Scarlet smiled. "Great! So we're a crew now!" she said. "A crew on a stolen ship without a name or a flag, but still a crew I guess," she added with a bit of a laugh.

"This is going to take some getting used to," Kyoden murmured.

SOrry I was gone for so long! I couldn't really bring myself to do much of anything after the convention ended >_<]]

"Ah, right," Scarlet murmured. She looked around at the other three, attempting to see if they were going to step forward. After a few more moments of waiting Scarlet steeled herself and lifted her hand to volunteer herself, but was interrupted.

"I'll do it," Kyoden piped up, taking a few steps closer to the group. He flicked his head to the side to clear the hair from his face and sent a glance to everyone. "If there aren't any objections."

I could also see that happening xD Who knows, he might even just get tired of having all the responsibility after a while and pass it off to someone else, we'll see xD]]

Kyoden glanced at Kuina, rolling his eyes as she gave the bow. "I appreciate it," he said before sending a glance to Scarlet. "What? No objections from you either? I expected you to be the second loudest."

"Me? I was too surprised to say anything," Scarlet said with a laugh. "I was actually gonna volunteer myself before you beat me to it, but I think it suits you," she added, walking up and placing a hand on Kyoden's shoulder. She flashed him the kind of smile that looks genuine, but has the slightest bit of mocking underneath it. "Ladies and gentlemen, Captain Kyoden!" she snickered, placing her feathered hat on his head (I keep forgetting she has one of those oops).

Kyoden shot Kuina an irritated look and crossed his arms before sweeping his gaze around to Scarlet and Able. "First things first, my goal is to be one of the four emperors. Naturally that means taking one - or more - down," he said bluntly.

Scarlet raised a finger up in the air. "Question... why not aim for Pirate King?" she asked. She'd never heard of anyone aiming for the position just below it before.

"I have my reasons," Kyoden snapped. "Any other questions?"

About to give Kuina the deadliest glare he could muster, Kyoden instead paused and did his best to crack a sly grin. "Huh? When I lose? What are you talking about?" he said, forcing his voice to stay calm. "Did you hit your head in that battle or something? I think you should get that checked out," he went on, his self-control slipping.

Scarlet sighed. "Ah~ We all just get along so great!" she joked. She let out a laugh, clearly getting a kick out of Kyoden and Kuina's little exchange.

Is it bad that I kinda want to ship Kyo and Kuina? xD]]

Masaki smirked "Sure, that's the reason" he said sarcastically "Well, thanks anyways for allowing me to do this again, Cap'n. It means a lot. Any news on any of the other Yonkou yet?" He asked

Raiden shot him a glare and stood, shaking his head. "Haven't seen even a sail for weeks and that's how it should be," he replied. He walked over to a map spread out over a long table and traced his finger around a few islands. "But that Tatsuo might be trying something, heard one of his ships was spotted near our waters to the west. That upstart needs to learn his place," he growled.

"If it happens again I'm sailing this entire ship over," Raiden replied, looking up from the map. The familiar grin came to his face. "If they try anything else you can be sure I'm gonna make an example out of them."

Raiden shrugged, cackling. "You don't know for certain, I might let them explain themselves before killing them," he said. "Maybe have them tell me where their captain is hiding. Or I could send our silent assassin over~" he added, glancing over at Kandji. When she gave him no response he sighed and glanced out one of the square windows. "Next ship we see then, have your way with them."

Raiden shook his head. "I'm fine," he replied. He glanced at Masaki and Kandji before stepping out onto the deck once more. They still had a ways to sail before reaching the next island, so it was training time. He called out to one of his crew-mates to bring out the training dummy and unsheathed his sword.

Sure! Shall I come up with a crew for a Davy Back fight? Or maybe bring back a canon crew?]]

Scarlet dropped the anchor in the water as the ship pulled up to the shore. She went up to the ship's railing and peered over the edge. The wooden dock looked a little shifty, and the rest of the island at the end of it had dense clouds looming over it. A tall Victorian-style castle loomed up into the clouds in the distance, with smaller buildings of the same style surrounding it. "This place looks... interesting," she commented.

"Well let's go," Kyoden replied, stopping beside Scarlet to take a look.

(Either is good.)

"I've seen nicer places..." Kuina muttered, mainly to herself. She dropped from the ship onto the dock below, almost losing her balance as the dock shifted beneath her feet. "Well, that was unexpected." She said as she steadied herself.

Able shook his head at his sister. He seemed to do that a lot.
