World of One Piece
The 'Blues'
EAST BLUE
East Blue, like its sister seas, comprises almost entirely of ocean, with a few scattered islands and a border called the Red Line. It is commonly known as the weakest of all the seas. Ironically, despite its poor fame, the East Blue was the birthplace of the most powerful pirate of all time, the late Pirate King Gol D. Roger. The average bounty for the East Blue is set at only 3,000,000 beri.
WEST BLUE
West Blue, like its sister seas, comprises almost entirely of ocean, with a few scattered islands and a border with the Red Line.
NORTH BLUE
North Blue, like its sister seas, comprises almost entirely of ocean, with a few scattered islands and a border with the Red Line. To this date, not much has been said about the North Blue. It is known to be the birthplace of the legendary explorer Montblanc Noland and the Bellamy Pirates.
SOUTH BLUE
South Blue, like its sister seas, comprises almost entirely of ocean, with a few scattered islands and a border with the Red Line. It is also home to an island famous for its martial arts known as Karate Island.
LOGUETOWN
It is a city on the Polestar Islands. Almost all ships, especially pirate ships, pass through to stock up on supplies for the Grand Line, since Loguetown is in a convenient location very close to Reverse Mountain, just out of sight of the Red Line.
REVERSE MOUNTAIN
Reverse Mountain is a mountain at one of the points where the four Blues meet and is one of the two known entrances to the Grand Line. This place is unique in that rivers from the Blues flow up the mountain, meet at the top, and then flow down into the Grand Line. This is due to the fact that the mountain, being a "Winter Island" using Grand Line terminology, is much colder than the surrounding sea in the Blues but not in the Grand Line.
The Grand Line
GRAND LINE
The Grand Line is the ocean current that is surrounded by the Calm Belts and follows an imaginary line that runs from north-west to south-east across the middle of the world and perpendicular to the Red Line. This stretch of ocean is said to be the most dangerous place in the world, and is commonly referred to as the Pirates' Graveyard by people from the four Blues because of this reputation.
CALM BELT
The waters of the Calm Belts remain static year round, and there are virtually no winds or waves (this makes it difficult to cross without propulsion). Extremely large sea monsters called Sea kings live in the Calm Belts; in fact, the monsters found in the Calm Belts are the largest shown thus far in all of One Piece. The combination of no currents, no wind, and the presence of the Sea Kings makes these belts perfect barriers to any traveler trying to directly go into the Grand Line
NEW WORLD
It is the second half of the Grand Line. The New World stretches from Mariejois to the other side of Reverse Mountain. Some islands in the New World change, or completely hide their magnetic fields, which makes a special New World Pose necessary so as not to get lost. Furthermore, the stability of the magnetic field of an island tends to indicate how stable that island is.
ENIES LOBBY
Also known as the Judicial Island. It is a government controlled stronghold that led directly to Impel Down and the Marine Headquarters, and was the base for CP9.
IMPEL DOWN
Also known as the Great Underwater Prison. It's the World Governments maximum-security prison for the most dangerous criminals and pirates.
MARINE HEADQUARTERS
Headquarters of the Marine organization where all the admirals, vice-admirals and the fleet admiral are stationed. It is located in New World.
FLORIAN TRIANGLE
It is a stretch of sea that one must cross over to get to Fishman Island. It is completely covered in Fog, and no sunlight gets through. Many ships go missing in this area every year, and it is also said that there are ghost ships roaming these waters.
ALL BLUE
The All Blue is a mystical sea of legend, rumored to be the only place in the world where the North, South, East, and West seas meet. In this legendary ocean, it is said that there are fish from each of the four seas.
RED LINE
The Red Line is a vast continent that circles the globe from north-east to south-west, along the equivalent of Earth's Prime Meridian.
SABAODY ARCHIPELAGO
Sabaody Archipelago is the final island in Paradise, close to the Red Line. Though it is called an archipelago, it is actually a massive mangrove forest growing out from the middle of the ocean with each tree of the forest serving as an "island" for which people live on. Since it is just a group of trees and not an island like those found in the Grand Line, it has no magnetic pull for which to affect a Log Pose. Due to the place being in close proximity to the part of the Red Line bordering the first half of the Grand Line and the New World, it is a highly visited rest stop for all sorts of travelers to prepare before entering the New World.
Races and Tribes
HUMANS
I think everyone knows what a human is.
DWARVES (TONTATTA TRIBE)
Dwarves are an extremely small sentient race. They are mostly human in shape, apart from having a thick fluffy tail and chibi-like proportions, and often have pointed noses. Despite their small size, dwarves possess great strength, with a single dwarf being able to easily destroy a building. They are very fast, enough for them to disappear in a blink of an eye, making it nearly impossible for a normal person to see them. They are known as great cultivators as they stated that they can cultivate any plant. Dwarves are shown to be extremely gullible and trusting, easily convinced to believe anyone, even if they are obviously lying.
FISHMEN
Fishmen are one of two humanoid species that inhabit and rule the seas. Fishmen are more fish-like than merfolk, usually looking like a combination between a man and a fish or other aquatic creature. They also have gills between their shoulders and necks, sometimes covered by their clothing, as well as often having webbed hands. Depending on species, they may have multiple limbs (mainly extra arms). In water they breathe with gills, and on land they breathe with their lungs. They are ten times stronger than normal humans, and are incredibly fast underwater, though still slower then merfolk.
GIANTS
Giants are a race of beings that vastly overshadow the other known races of the world in size. The most commonly known giants are those from the island of Elbaf. Being giants, they are literally giant humans in appearance, although many giants seen have been noted as having more exaggerated proportions and features than most humans. They are so large that when they cry, their tears can cause large areas on the ground to appear flooded. All giants can live for up to three times longer than human beings, and though they still feel pain, they are more resilient than normal humans.
LONGARM TRIBE
As their name suggests, all members of the Longarm Tribe seen so far have two elbow joints on each arm, which results in them having abnormally long arms. Furthermore, most members seen so far wear Chinese style clothing, with a kanji in the front. Other than that, they have the same appearance as normal humans.
LONGLEG TRIBE
As their name suggests, they are a race of very long-legged individuals and because of this they are very tall and outsize the average human greatly (although they are nowhere near as tall as giants). The incredible long legs of the Longleg tribe endows them with not only height but incredible leg strength as well, and those that are hit by the legs of a Longleg fighter consider them to be like metal whips
MERFOLK
Merfolk are one of the two major races that inhabit the sea. Like the mermaids and mermen of folklore, their upper half is that of a human while the lower half is that of a fish or other undersea creature. Mermaids may walk normally on land as when they are thirty years old, their tails split into two. Like the fishmen, they are based on the different fish of the sea. Two mermaids of a similar species can also have very different looks. They have the same blood type as humans, and can interbreed with them as well as fishmen. They do not eat any meat except for shellfish, so are primarily vegetarian.
MINK TRIBE
Minks are humanoids with animal features. Similar to fishmen and merfolk, each individual takes after a specific animal. Fur, which they refer to as 'mink', covers most of their bodies and is considered their pride and joy. Females tend to look more like humans, while males tend to look more bestial. They possess humanoid hands and feet, but those based on animals with paws will also possess paw pads on their palm and up to their first knuckle. Minks have a variety of abilities like humans. Overall, it seems that a mink's strength is dependent on the animal they take after. All minks are natural born fighters that are able to use a skill that produce electric shocks known as Electro from a young age, and maintain their strength in old age. They are vulnerable to heat due to their fur.
KUJA TRIBE
The Kuja are a tribe of all women who live on Amazon Lily. Until Luffy landed on their island, most had never seen a man before. Biologically, they are no different from a normal human woman. They are brought up and trained as warriors and all know haki. They know almost nothing about men in general and the rest of the world outside their island, though this is slowly changing.
SHANDIANS
Their dress generally resembles that of Native Americans and their skin is often decorated with tattoos that cover large areas of their bodies (leading the Straw Hats to constantly refer to them as "guerrillas"). Their wings are similar to those of the Skypieans' in shape and upward direction, however they tend to have several more feathers, which are longer and have a more defined shape than the Skypieans'. Hundreds of years ago, they lived on the moon with two other tribes and were called "Shandorians".
WOTANS
The Wotans are a crossbreed species between a giant and a fishman. In comparison to full-blooded giants, Wotans are not as big, but they are still considered big by human standards. The Wotan's fishman genes are also passed on to them. These genes grant them incredible strength and the ability to perform amazing feats underwater. They seem to have far fewer visible fish features than a full-blooded fishman, such as gills and webbed hands.
Skills and AbilitiesDEVIL FRUIT
A rare fruit that grants the consumer a mysterious power. There are three different types: logia, zoan, and paramecia. Most devil fruits have been identified, but there are still many more that are undiscovered. They taste horrible, and make the consumer weak to seawater and seastone. They lose all strength and will sink to the bottom of the ocean, and will be unable to use their power.
ROKUSHIKI (SIX POWERS)
A set of superhuman martial arts skills, limited to the marines and Cipher Pol with few exceptions.
Geppo: allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual
Tekkai: hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks; when active user is unable to move
Shigan: close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound; not mastering the technique could lead to broken fingers
Rankyaku: users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body; almost any appendage can pull this off at a high enough velocity
Soru: allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power
Kami-e: makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper

HAKI ("Willpower")
Haki is a mysterious power that is found in every living being in the world. It is not that different from the normal senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it. Broadly, there are two types of Haki common to everyone, given the proper training; however, there is a third type that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess. In simple terms, Haki is an ability to sense spiritual energy, use life force and overpower enemies.
Kenbunshoku Haki: also called Mantra, Observation Haki; allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally
Busoshoku Haki: Armament Haki; allows the user to use their spirit life force to create, in essence, an invisible armor around themselves. Similar to Tekkai, this Haki allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Significant physical force can still overcome this defense
Haoshoku Haki: Conqueror's Haki; rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training. Only one in several million people have this ability. This type of Haki allows the user to exert their willpower over others. It is said that whoever possesses this type of Haki has the qualities of a king.

Melody Nakara | Female | 35 | Human | Melody is very tall and very thin 35 year old woman, standing at 5'11". Her hair is a snowy white, and is cut in a bob style that goes just below her chin. Her bangs are cut straight across her forehead and fall a bit over her dark violet eyes. Her pale skin nearly matches the color of her hair and uniform. Speaking of uniform, she always wears her admiral's coat completely buttoned up and it nearly reaches the floor. Under this, she wears a pale lavender formal shirt with a darker tie and black vest over it with long white pants. | She is the strong but silent type. She only speaks when she feels she must, and she is VERY strict with her subordinates. With her, everything must be clean, neat, and orderly… otherwise you will incur her wrath upon you. She expects only the best from her subordinates, and makes it painfully obvious but at the same time she provides them with everything they need and thus gains their loyalty and respect. | She knows haki and rokushiki, and she has the paramecia type Devil's Fruit Tetsu Tetsu no Mi (Iron Fruit). It allows her to turn her body to metal and change the shape, for example turning her hands into blades. | It may come as a surprise, but Melody was a married woman at one point in her life. She was in her early twenties and a vice-admiral at the time, and married a fellow vice-admiral. Three short years later, however, her husband went off to fight and never returned. Melody was told that he died while fighting bravely against pirates, but to this day she still has not completely come to terms with this and part of her is still clinging to the hope that he is still out there. | She is from North Blue originally and dislikes her first name, and has everyone call her by her last name. | Kuragehime | ((Coby)) Coby has grown a bit taller and more muscular since his time as a marine captain. His pale pink hair is a bit neater now as he has matured, but is still in basically the same style. He wears a white high-collared marine jacket and dark blue scarf, dark blue pants, and now an admiral's jacket with the word "Justice" on the back. His round glasses are tucked neatly in a pocket on the inner lining of his jacket, and he still wears a green bandana tied across his forehead to cover up his scar. Coby is confident, perceptive, and polite, and gets very apologetic if he feels like he has done something too ambitious. He is one of the more emotional and compassionate admirals, and mainly acts based on his own morals. He fights for what he thinks is right, and has put his life on the line a few times for it. He has a small family living in Sabaody, and though his duties as an admiral keep him travelling around the world, he tries to visit home as often as he can. | Bayorne “Oren" Sigmund | Male | 145 | Giant | Admiral || Oren is a giant muscular man that is so large that the average person only reaches the top of his foot. Because giants age slower, he only looks like he's in his 40s. He has short, loose hair that is ginger in color. He has a mustache that reaches to his sideburns and a disconnected goatee beard. His eyes are hazel and his skin is fair. Over his shoulders is a military coat with the word “justice" written down the back. He wears a brown vest over a white shirt and black tie. His dress pants and shoes are also brown in color. | Once a man who was known for his kindness to those in need and hate of pirates, his attitude and reputation have gotten worse in the past 7 years ever since his daughter ran away from home. He has become angered and spiteful, deciding that if there was a chance someone could be an enemy of the government, he would want them taken out before they got the chance. | As a giant, Oren has immense strength and durability, along with knowing how to use Rokushiki and Armament Haki. He also ate the Mini Mini fruit, which allows him to shrink down to the size of a regular human and smaller. He doesn't use it for combat much, but he stays the size of a regular human for convenience. | As a young kid, Oren had grown up hating pirates and joined the military once he got the chance. His duty to the navy became his sole purpose in life. Eventually, he met a mermaid that stole his heart and opened up his narrow way of thinking. They got married and had a daughter, who he adored. Unfortunately, after the child was born, his wife vanished. He desperately looked, but never found her. His heart was broken and he was left to raise their daughter all on his own. He tried to teach her about how evil pirates were, but she always questioned this, angering him. Eventually, this lead to a heated argument and his daughter running away from home. After that, Oren went down a slippery slope of hate and frustration. | Paloma has thick, wavy white hair that goes down to the small of her back. Her eyes are purple and almond shaped. She has a light tan and a little bit of blush on her cheeks. She stands at 5 feet, 6 inches tall. She has a small nose, graceful jaw, and a fair face and wears red lipstick. Paloma wears a red button up shirt with an open collar and red pants with a maroon belt that holds her two katana, and black combat boots. She has an attractive figure, with generous hips, thin waist, and an ample bosom. | She is very short tempered and despises pirates. Merciless in battle, and expects none in return, and she holds grudges against any pirates that escape her and views it as a stain on her record and will continue pursuing the said pirate until he or she is captured. Though she isnt so much as the ambitious type seeing as she has turned down the offer to become an Admiral many times, though its mostly so she can keep hunting down pirates without as many strings holding her down. She is also very honest and will return any favor she owes. Paloma respects her subordinates and never abuses her power. She doesn't trust the Warlords and adheres to her own sense of justice. She can be quite benevolent and protective of her subordinates and civilians.| Paloma is able to use all forms of Rokushiki as well as both Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku. Paloma is also a devil fruit user. She ate the Hito Hito no mi model: Kagatsuchi which is a mythical Zoan type devil fruit. Due to it being a Zoan type, she has her hybrid form, where she turns into a tall beast with flames surrounding the entire perimeter and area of his or her body. Paloma gains well defined arms and legs with three finger and toes each. Paloma's hair turns into an inferno of flames and their eyes become red. She also gains razor sharp teeth as a result, and her limbs are shaped in a manner that are identical to dinosaur limbs. In her full Zoan mode, turns gigantic, towering over that of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu. Paloma's skin turns black-orange and their upper body is no longer surround by flames. Rather, her legs are placed by pure flames and the number of her arms triple in amount, resulting in her gaining six arms in Full Zoan mode. She still retains her hair of flames and razor sharp teeth, but now loses her red eyes, which are replaced by white ones, and her mouth can be used as a beam that shoots fire. Paloma can become, manipulate, and generate limitless amounts of fire, similar to that of the Mera Mera no Mi. He are immune to all types of heat, be it fire itself, solar energy, blazing temperatures, or magma and lava. She can also generate heat with temperatures up to 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Paloma can also heal herself rather quickly with the flames that encompass their body. She can also take part in pyrokinetic flight, using the flames on her body like rockets to propel herself into the air. Paloma can also create solid pyrokinetic constructs, such as weapons, walls, and even solid clones. Paloma has control over any type of fire and can generate it as well, such as regular fire, hell fire, holy fire, blue fire, etc. Though the devil fruit does have weaknesses such as heavy amounts of water, seawater and seastone as well as the opposite of her devil fruit power, the Hito Hito no mi Model: Suijin | Paloma grew up in the East Blue on an island that was raided at least once every year. Each time they were raided, civilians ended up dying, taken as prisoner and their supplies were taken from them. Due to this, Paloma grew a deep hatred towards pirates especially since she was left practically an orphan at the age of 12 due to her father, who was also a marine, died when she was 5 in front of her very eyes. Her mother was taken as a captive when she was 12 and the only reason Paloma was not taken captive was due to her hiding in the forest. By the time Paloma was 16 she had stolen a devil fruit that one of the Pirate Ships had on board. The pirates were not happy but they could not do much against the flames. Later then Admiral Issho, came to her island to give aid and protection to the island when she was 16 years old but was surprised to see that they didnt need much protection due to Paloma doing it all herself. Issho was impressed and decided to get her to join the Marines, though she refused because of the villagers that needed her. Issho did not give up though and kept asking her since he "saw" that she had the power to become a powerful Marine to protect the civilians all around the world. Eventually Paloma agreed and became one of Issho's subordinates. When she was 20, she became a Captain, became a Commodore at 22, a Rear admiral at 26, and recently became vice admiral only a year before. | To make the world a peaceful place and to get rid of the Pirates | East Blue | Lioncl |

| Kuren is a very tall woman stemming from her genes as a Snakeneck and Longleg. She stands at 10’. She has long, straight black hair that's mostly in a high ponytail and bangs. Her eyes are cold and green, not showing much emotion. Her skin is fair with some rings of tattoos around her neck and legs. Like her bloodline suggests, she has an abnormally long neck and legs. She wears a black kimono, wooden sandals, and a large hat that drapes a screen over her face to hide it. When not in use, her weapons are strapped to her back. | Kuren is well known to be a woman who shows no affection to anyone. She is cold to everyone she meets and rarely shows any other emotion. In a heated fight, she carries herself with a sadistic smile. While being a cold and sadistic person, she'll never disobey an order and will carry out a mission until it's complete. | Typical of someone in CP9, Kuren is a master of all 6 forms of Rokushiki, and also knows how to use Armament Haki. She fights with two giant, bladed fans. Recently, she got the Snow Snow fruit, a Logia Devil Fruit that allows her to turn into, manipulate, and create snow. | Kuren never knew her parents, as she was sold to the military when she was young. She spent her entire life training to be a killer. Dash is a 5'11" tall 21 year old man, and he is fairly well built. His hair is a dark dirty blond and can be best described as 'eternal bed-head', sticking up in all directions. He is constantly brushing it away from his eyes, which are a deep bluish green and always look tired. He wears the typical marine uniform for lower ranking officers, usually leaving the top few buttons undone. Under the sleeveless white shirt, he wears a tighter pale grey shirt with sleeves ending just at his elbows, though sometimes it'll be a blue shirt. On his feet are usually flip-flops. He has a tattoo on each shoulder, and one on the left side of his face. | Contrary to his nickname Dash is a very laid-back, "go with the flow" sort of man, having earned the nickname from his fighting. He's not easily provoked, and prefers to the provoking himself. When he's not on the job or getting yelled at by his commanding officer, you will find him either sleeping or at the closest tavern.| His preferred way to fight is hand to hand, but when needed he will use the two guns strapped around his waist. From his military training, he knows armament haki and knows the basics of wielding a sword...though the last time he tried handling one it left him with a few scars. | Arana is a tall and slender woman with long legs, standing at a height of 6'2". She has ashy pale skin and pale amber eyes. Her hair is a dark yet vivid red-violet of which she changes the style fairly regularly, at the moment she has it worn in a pixie cut with her bangs coming down at an angle to cover half o f her face. Her wardrobe consists of many patterned kimonos in various dark shades, and these are always worn rather loosely. On her feet she wears wooden sandals with thick soles. | Arana can have quite the sharp tongue, and she demands respect from those below her. The most striking thing about Matogai is his skin. His feet and most of his arms are a pale color that is sectioned off with scars from stitches. In other places under his clothes are sections of skin that are clearly from different people and species. The only place the different skin doesn't reach is his face and his back, where there the mark of the Celestial Dragons is burned. | Matogai is a man that doesn't hang out much with others. He is weary of new people, but he tends to be rather lax when he does socialize. He doesn't form bonds with many people, but the bonds he does form don't usually last long. He has an elaborate tattoo of a roaring tiger covering his upper back, one of a branch with sakura flowers going down his right shoulder, and a bright tattoo of a large peony on the other shoulder. | Raiden always has a droopy-eyed, bored expression on his face yet at the same time one look at him is enough to tell that he obviously regards himself as much higher than everyone else. This only changes when he is fighting a strong opponent, then his eyes turn to those of a predator locked onto its prey. He roamed the streets at night targeting lone samurai and found that his skills did in fact work, and better than he thought. Her favorite outfit is a burgundy tank top, and it is tucked under her pants. Her pants are a dark brown canvas material and are loose except for where they end just under her knees. She is usually wearing a pair of lighter brown flats or sometimes boots. A dark belt goes around her waist with a long pale teal sash underneath and there is a golden band an inch or two wide on her right arm. Scarlet has an eyepatch over her right eye, and wears dark fingerless gloves on her hands that cover her wrists. | Scarlet is a rather loud girl and very active, always looking for something new to do or find. She loves sweets, LOVES them. She likes to have fun with her crew mates, whether it's just joking around with them or teasing them. However, she also tends to get easily worried about her crew mates, since she does not want what happened to her previous crew to happen again, and will do anything in her power to make sure they are as happy as can be. However, she has yet to drop some of the bad habits she picked up from the pirates she had sailed with. She can be very cruel during fights, and sometimes her morality seems to slip a little. | Scarlet's fighting style is a mix of martial arts, and she wields a pair of spears as well. While the spears are her main weapons, anything with a blade will attract her. She knows how to use armament haki, but no other types. | Scarlet was born in the New World to Red Hair Shanks and Lena. The two decided that it would be safer for Scarlet to be raised elsewhere, so Lena and Scarlet went to live with a friend of Shanks' who owned a trade ship in the first half of the Grand Line. The young Scarlet grew up believing that Shanks' friend is her real father. At age 15 she went off to join a pirate crew, and was tricked into joining one she would have been better off staying away from. She only found out after joining how bad this crew was, but by then there was no way out for her. They would pillage and loot any town they came across, and the only thing that stopped them was a run-in with a marine captain midway through the Grand Line. Nearly the entire crew was captured or wiped out, and after managing to fight off the captain for a little while, Scarlet and one other crew member managed to escape. This is where Scarlet lost her right eye. Soon after the escape, Scarlet and her other crew member were separated and she ran into Kyoden and the Black Skull pirates. His old crew took her in and she helped out around the ship for a while to get back on her feet again. Now, catching up to current times, she and Kyoden split from the Black Skulls and have their own crew. | Her dream is to find a "cool devil fruit", and enjoy the free life of a pirate. He has pitch black hair that goes down just past his lower jaw. His bangs and slightly frayed and just barely cover his eyes, which are a bright blood red and are surrounded with a thick black line that ends in a point at the outer ends of his eyes. You cannot see his ears at the side of his head, and that is because he has long pointed black fox ears which he hides under a large black pirate hat. His clothing consists first of a white long-sleeve shirt with black trim, and a grey vest. His pants are black and on his feet are black steel-toed boots with red string lacing up the front. | Kyoden is easily irritated and has a sharp tongue even around the people he is closest to. He rarely shows a friendly side, so it's still a mystery as to whether it exists or not, and he enjoys teasing people. He hates dogs and water, and not just because he is a devil fruit user. | He ate the Oni Oni no Mi (Demon Demon Fruit) Model: Kitsune. This allows him to shift into a kitsune, or fox demon. One side effect is that he always has fox ears instead of human ears (warning: he hates it when people touch his ears, and good luck if you call him 'cute'). His fox form has pale cream colored fur, with black paws, ears, muzzle and tail tip. His strength and speed are increased, and he can summon blue flames, or kitsunebi. He mainly uses his teeth/claws as weapons, but he also hides tons of small kunai, shuriken, and other small throwing knives in his boots/pockets. | He grew up in a samurai family in Wano Country but decided he didn't want to become a samurai and left via pirate ship the next chance he got when he was a young teenager. Though he has committed many criminal acts, he has escaped having a bounty because he always finds a way to blame things on someone else...until now. Her smooth skin is a very light silvery blue - almost white - and seemingly translucent with tiny white freckles. Her eyes are dark amber in color, and are always half open in an aloof expression. The jellyfish bell atop her head is the same color as her skin, though a bit more see-through. Her hair flows out from underneath this, and is a light silvery blue a shade or two darker than her skin and then it fades to transparent. Her hair, intermixed with white frilly tentacles, flows down nearly to her feet and she has a long strand on either side of her face as well as a pair of long pigtails. She wears a long, loose pastel pink kimono with white flower designs all over it and a light blue obi. Over this Kandji wears a transparent silky robe with very long sleeves, and nothing on her feet. | She is very quiet and unassuming, being the sort of person that is always in the background and always has her head in the clouds. Though fishmen are known for their great speed underwater, she is one of the slower members of her race, only picking up speed when it's absolutely necessary. She prefers to be alone and lived by herself in the outskirts of Fishman Island, for good reason though. | Beneath this defenseless outer shell, Kandji can be very deadly. Due to her sea jelly ancestry, Kandji has specialized stinging cells concentrated in her fingertips and the tentacles flowing from her head. These cells carry a deadly toxin that causes a multitude of nasty side effects. Other than these, she does not know anything about fighting or how to wield a weapon. | As mentioned earlier, she lived on the outskirts of the Fishman District but now her home is Raiden's ship. Kuina is rebellious, witty, intelligent, short tempered, annoying, and sometimes prone to fits. She is more independent, always looking for a challenge, and will not hesitate to kill someone who looks down on her. | She is skilled with a sword and in hand to hand combat, and she has a Zoan type devil fruit, which changes her into a dragon, though she is still getting the hang of it. She is also a haki user, though she does not have conquerors haki. She carries one katana, usually strapped to her back. Sometimes she'll carry it on her shoulder though. She also has a knife, tucked into her clothes. | She grew up as a pirate, her father being Trafalgar Law. She learned some medical training from him, but found that most places they went people looked down on her, and considered her weak. She has a tendency to get left behind, having a habit of getting easily distracted and not having the best sense of direction. She likes to fight and brawl. She has a habit of finding the toughest opponents and refuses to back down. Her hair is a light bubblegum pink and is very fluffy. Her bangs hang down over her eyes, while the rest is tied up into two buns with shoulder length strands of hair hanging down from each one. She has a teal colored ribbon tied around her head, the ends of the ribbon sticking up like bunny ears on top of her head. On her left cheek is a light yellow tattoo of a star. As for clothing, Calli tends to keep things simple. She has a light blue t-shirt taken from her parents with a 'Soul King Brook World Tour' t-shirt. She wears a white frilled miniskirt. Her shoes are white flats and she has a silver belt around her waist. She also has an oversized white and grey striped sweater that she carries around everywhere. | Calli is very excitable, and absolutely obsessed with music and 'cute' things. This gives the appearance of Raion being a very calm and rational individual, though if you attack his pride, he is easily angered. However, that view was drastically changed after one incident. 10 years prior to joining the Elegant Pirates, a World Noble came to visit Raion's home island. During this visit said World Noble attempted to take both Raion's mother and sister as wives. In desperation Raion attacked the World Noble, assaulting the Noble viciously. In anger the World Noble attempted to call in a Buster Call, but the natural dome-like structure over the island blocked the signal of the Den Den Mushi, rendering it useless. The villagers drove out the World Noble, but the Noble swore to make the village pay. From then on the Marines were always docked in the sea, harassing traders and visitors that attempted to come to the village on behalf of the World Nobles; it got so bad that the village had to rely on Pirates for trade. Such behavior from the Marines infuriated Raion. And when his village was attacked by the Excavator Pirates, the Marines did absolutely nothing to stop them, again on the orders of the World Nobles. She managed to convince one of her clients, a group of pirates, to take her with them. Ursa grew close to the pirates and became a member of their crew officially. He looks much like a crocodile except he has a more humanoid body shape. He can hold onto weapons still and can breathe underwater for nearly two hours. In this form he has enhanced strength and speed and with his scales, a higher defensive ability that he normally has. Navy swords and guns won't hurt him unless they are shot near his vitals since his thick hide protects him. In his full beast form, Ashton is a full-fledged crocodile and has many of the abilities that crocodiles usually have other than being 15 feet long and weighing about 1,500 lbs. It's easy to differ him from normal crocodiles due to his large scar on the right side of his mouth that and him being intelligent. He is unable to speak in his full crocodile form though. Ashton also uses a Halberd as his weapon that he had custom made by his old village's blacksmith. It has a crocodile emblazed on the axe blade of the halberd and is about 7 and a half feet long. Ari's eyes are heavy-lidded and dark orange in color. His hair is thick and black and is usually slicked back but still spiky on top and a few strands fall forwards. He has a large stitched scar starting at his forehead. It goes down his nose and curves over his left cheek bone and stops at the ear. He has the Baroque Works logo tattooed on the right side of his chest and a chain around his neck with his father's four rings on it. His outfit consists of a white long-sleeve buttoned shirt worn loosely, beige jeans, dark brown combat boots, and a long black trench coat. He ties a pale yellow bandana around his neck and wraps bandages around each hand (excluding fingers). | As for his personality, he inherited many traits from his father. He is intelligent and strong, and just as arrogant and confident. He has a tendency to carry grudges, big or small, and has a low tolerance for goofing off and ridicule. However, unlike his father, he likes to finish things quickly instead of toying with people and often comes off quite blunt in conversation. | He possesses the Suna Suna no Mi (Sand Fruit) and is very close to mastering its abilities. His first goal after hearing that his father had been spotted in the New World was to find and join up with him, wishing to fight alongside his childhood hero. However, before he could reach the New World, the newspaper shocked him with an article that described Sir Crocodile's recapture and execution by the marines. He wandered around aimlessly for a while, eventually bumping into the Revolutionary Army and learning their goals were similar. As he got further into the army and discovered the heinous things that the World Government was covering up, it only fueled his desire to exact revenge. Once he moved up in the ranks he was offered a certain fruit which he gladly accepted, because now he could fight the marines with a power they thought they had gotten rid of. | Kuragehime |

She doesn't have a high pain tolerance and her mental state is unstable. She keeps her emotions in check, at least for the few she has. During times of anger or pain, Kana has a chance to fall into one of her "episodes". These are times when Kana's bloodlust takes over, causing her to go on a killing spree and wipe out anyone within her sight, friend or foe. Kana herself blacks out and has no memory of what happens during these "episodes", though she has stopped caring. | Her skills include Haki (including Conquerors Haki), and her weapons are a kodachi and a scythe that can retract to a short pole. | Kana was born on a small island. His hair falls just below the nape of his neck and is tinged with grey, the same color as his eyes. Hayle wears a light grey dress shirt with a black shirt underneath, and a pale blue heavy coat over both. He wears black pants and often switches between wearing boots and going barefoot. He has a few scars on his muzzle and elsewhere on his body, though the others are covered by his clothing. Last but not least he has a large talon on a chain around his neck and a double-edged longsword slung over his shoulder. Hayle is usually very serious, or at least tries to be, until his short temper kicks in. He gets in fights very easily and rarely holds back. This happens especially when someone insults someone close to him. He is very ambitious, and is constantly trying to get stronger to protect his fellow minks and/or other allies. He is very proud and loyal, though also very stubborn and tends to put on a “tough guy” act. This leads him to being a bit blunt and mean toward others, and anytime he does something out of the kindness of his heart he hides it with annoyance. Like most minks he does not hate humans, though he is usually wary of them until they prove that they are trustworthy. He also loves to swim. Hayle is very strong, a result of his hard training, and keeps his claws and teeth as sharp as can be. Using his long tail, he can easily balance on thin ledges or anything similar and when not wearing shoes his steps are silent. He knows how to wield a spear and uses it with his Electro, but is weak in warm climates due to his fur. Hayle was born and raised on Zou, and grew up to become a Guardian. He was very dedicated to his position, though his curiosity of the rest of the world kept growing each day. He left Zou to travel the world and ended up getting caught up in many wrong places at the wrong time. Things led to other things, and he ended up joining the Revolutionary army. (actual story coming soon) [ Kuragehime ] Nakazo mostly wears a black suit, and the rest of his clothing is also black. He also wears his swords, or katanas strapped to the side of his suit. His hair is pure, snow white. He has two small earrings on each ear.| Nakazo, despite his short temper, is a sweet kid. Due to being mocked as a child, he beat up to near death those who mocked him around. Still, he is still mocked around towns when he is during undercover missions. He acts cold hearted to targets. No mercy will come from Nakazo if you're a target. Though, he does have some self control. Nakazo is also a very respectful person. As long as he isn't disrespected by someone he will show that person respect. Despite his cold demeanor though, he is quite a cheerful guy to be around. He usually relaxes around his friends and is one of the only times you'll ever hear him laugh or see him give a genuine smile| Nakazo has been trained in Rokushiki since he was a child and his Doriki is 3600. Nakazo was also trained in both Ittoryu and Nittoryu. His swords look like any normal katana except for the hilt which is in the shape of the World Government which he received while he was a part of CP9. Due to him being in the CP9 he was given a devil Fruit. This devil Fruit is called the Tenpi Tenpi no mi or in English, the Sun-Sun fruit. The Sun Sun fruit is a logia type fruit that allows Nakazo to create, control, and transform into solar energy at will, turning them into a Sun Human.The fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to produce and become solar energy. The fruit allows the user to produce hot burst of solar energy to attack thier opponent with, the user can also use it to compress the solar energy into a dense ball almost like a star, to attack the enemy with. The downfall to this is that the user can only compress the solar energy into a cold dwarf star trading heat for density. Being a Logia, the user can let attacks pass through them unless imbude with Busoshoku. When passing through the user weapons and opponetss can burn up do to the extreme heat that the solar energy can produce. The user can also be hit if they are caught off guard. If the user uses their solar energy for extend periods of times it progressively gets weaker over time until the user can no longer produce burst of energy and must rest for a period of time. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses. Nakazo is also able to use both Busoshoku and Kenbushoku | Nakazo had a heavy childhood, always being mocked around because of his father. His father, Kaku, was a street performer, more, a giraffe man. But this never bothered Nakazo. Years passed, and he was taught the fighting style Rokushiki from his father. On one fated day, Nakazo did one thing he had wanted to do in years. He pummeled the kids who used to mock and tease him, near to death. Days passed, and the word spread out. Everyone avoided Nakazo, but his father was rather proud. Then, his father began teaching him how to use two swords, even though he always preferred one. One day, the World Government found out about Nakazo's knowledge in Rokushiki and tried to recruit him to which he agreed to since he wanted to make his father proud of him. They rebuilt the CP9 around Nakazo as the leader even though he was only 16 but out of the others, he was by far the strongest at the moment. When he was 18 years old, Nakazo found out his father had been murdered. With some digging, he found out the World Government had ordered his father's death since they didn't want someone outside the World Government teaching Rokushiki to others they didn't accept or could possibly be pirates. Nakazo, now furious and tired with the World Government and all of the immoral things they had him and his team do on missions as well as for the death of his father, started wreaking havoc on the Marine bases close by. He then decided to completely desert the Marines and went off in search of the Revolutionary army, hoping that they didn't operate the same way as the World Government. Story
Monkey D. Luffy has become the pirate king, and the name of the Straw Hat Pirates is infamous the world over. Contrary to what some believed, Luffy's ascension did not put an end to the Great Age of Pirates. Instead, it sparked even more brave souls and old enemies alike to venture out to knock Luffy off his newly acquired throne.
Scarlet, Kyoden, Kuina, and Able have formed a crew and have arrived at Sabaody. They may soon run into a pair of potential new friends or enemies in Arthur and Calli.... or perhaps a young shipwright?
Yonkou Raiden, Masaki, Kandji, and crew are sailing to what could either end up as an amicable conference or vicious bloodbath with fellow yonkou Tatsuo.
Spoiler Alert-->> It ended up a vicious bloodbath
Ari of the Revolutionary Army was spotted on a small island in the New World, and the marines have issued a buster call. Bounty hunter Marcus turned on the government after the order was called, and allies Nakazo, Kana, and Hayle are on their way with reinforcements to hopefully save the island.
Meanwhile, the Elegant Pirates are being, well, elegant and working to gather new crew members at the start of the New World.

Kuina watched as the island approached. She absentmindedly traced the tattoos on her palms, watching the shore. The ship she was currently on was apart of her father's fleet, which had kindly volunteered to transport her and her brother to a different island. Kuina took a deep breath. Joining a different crew will be weird, but she could adjust. No one would know about the fact that they were the children of a Yonkou, so at least there was something to look forward to. She glanced behind her, where her brother Able was speaking to the captain of the ship. They would be docking soon.

The Dark Raider had just docked in the harbor, and Scarlet was just about the first person off the ship. She technically wasn't a member of the crew, but she helped out and the ship had just served as her means of travel until she found a crew of her own. She set off at a run, and only slowed when she heard a couple yells behind her.
"Sheesh, how many times do I have to shout your name before you finally here it?" one of the crew members snapped when he finally caught up.
Scarlet laughed and placed a hand on the man's shoulder. "Oh, it's you Kyo. Did the captain need to speak with me or something?"
"No, we're stuck on food duty remember?" Kyoden replied, though he looked less than happy to say it. "Captain's orders."

As soon as the ship pulled in, Kuina almost jumped off. Just before she did, she felt someone stop her. Turning, she found herself face to face with the captain.
"Be careful," he warned. "You don't have anyone protecting you anymore." Kuina just nodded, before turning and jumping off the ship, landing lightly on the dock. She started walking, hearing her brother land behind her.
"We need to start with supplies," she said immediately. "I know we will need a ship, but we could find a crew to join or to take us to the next island. But first we need-" turning backwards to face her brother, she saw that he was holding a piece of paper up. "Aaannd you already made a list. Of course you did."

Reading the list, Kuina looked over at Able. "So, split up like usual? I take the food, you take the medicine?" She asked. Able nodded his reply as they walked to the town. "And yeah, we'll meet back here when done." Together, they headed into town. Once there, the two split up, which wasn't that hard considering the bustling crowd that blocked each other from view. It would have been harder to stay together than to split up.
