"Nope!" Kuina said lightly. "I got this." Just as Able had suspected, she was stubborn about it. Kuina pressed a cloth to the wound again, trying to ignore the sting. Luckily, Kyoden ended up distracting her with his transformation. "Whoa," she gasped.

Able nodded, not as surprised as his sister. They have been living in the New World for most of their life, so what surprised him most was the fact that his sister was surprised. Waiting a moment more, Able held out a hand, gesturing that it was enough steam. With one hand, Able swung his spear, and a burst of wind erupted. The steam billowed and twisted, and Able focused on creating a mist out of it, becoming a fog and covering the ship's trail.

So sorry for my poofiness, I'm busy studying for finals and I'm moving out of my apartment tomorrow so my poofiness may continue... but I should be more active again starting next Wednesday/Thursday!!!]]

"Ah, ok," Scarlet said. She tightened her grip and quickly spun the wheel to one side as another ship entered her vision. She made a face in response to the other sailor's angry words before getting back to concentrating on getting them out of there, not even noticing Kyoden's transformation.

Kyoden nodded and took a step back. He let out a long breath, and his body shifted back to its normal human shape (as far as the others could tell). He covered the bandanna over his head with a hand as the wind picked up and watched the mist rise. "I hope this works," he murmured, hearing the distant yells of the marines from their ship.

A few of the crew members were visibly relieved after seeing Masaki back in his good mood, and they grinned at his offer. A few of them gave words of confirmation that they would help before rushing back on deck to bring the rest of the meat down.

Raiden came strolling into the kitchen not too long after the crew had left, glancing back over his shoulder with suspicion. "What's got them grinning like that? It's creepy," he muttered. (You're one to talk, Raiden xD)

Able watched as the mist covered their tail, hoping that it would distract the marines long enough for them to get away.

Kuina used her teeth to tighten the bandage on her shoulder. Letting go, she scanned herself, making sure that she had tended to the major wounds. "Done!" She announced.

"Well it looks like I should get back to cooking if its bigger than the last one" Masaki said "Im not using a lot of the meat either. Its mostly rice which is cheap and abundant in any island. Anyways Captain, was there any other reason why you actually allowed me to do this? Was it because I was still a kid when you took me in and remembered how I looked?"

Able nodded, agreeing with Kyoden.

Lowering her voice, Kuina spoke. "We need to watch out for cannonballs that are going to hit the ship. We'll have to deflect them so they land close to the ship but also in a line in which it came. Otherwise, they might notice where the ship is based on not hearing a splash or hearing one in the wrong place."

Kuina and Able exchanged looks. "I'll take one of the sides," Kuina said. "And he'll take the back." Able immediately turned to head to the back of the ship before she had finished speaking.

(Sorry for the short post, I'm a bit tired but can't seem to sleep.)

Kuina took the starboard side, unsheathing her sword and getting ready. She wasn't about to shift until it was necessary, in order to avoid the temptation of using fire, which would give away their location.

Able took his position at the back, spear at the ready.

As the cannonballs came flying at the ship, Kuina could only focus on deflecting hers, and couldn't pay attention to anyone else.

Able used his spear to deflect a cannonball down into the water without giving away their position.

Kuina stretched, letting out a sigh, glad to finally be rid of the marines. Hearing Scarlet, she looked up. "My brother and I do," she replied. "But he's a better navigator." She glanced over to where he was just coming from. "You could get to the next island, right?" She asked him.

Able blinked at his sister, before nodding. He knew the waters better than she did, and was in charge of taking care of the poses in their possession. He took out one, which was just the normal pose needed to navigate the first part of the Grand line.

"No kidding," Kuina replied as Able stepped in to take over the wheel. "I'm Kuina, but my friends call me Kai. That's my twin brother Able." Able raised his hand as a slight greeting. "You guys are pretty strong too," she continued. "I mean, you were able to stand up to an admiral."

"Nice to meet you too!" Kuina replied, Able nodding as well. "So, how'd you two meet?" She directed the question to Scarlet, as she could easily tell Kyoden was less than likely going to answer.

Kuina laughed. "Still, that's cool," She said, placing her hands behind her head. "But I guess you're going to need to find a new crew now, right?"

Kuina smiled. "We're looking for a new crew too!" She replied. "We've only recently left to try to find one." Able took his eyes off where they were going to glance at his sister as she spoke. "That's why we were on the island, to get a ship and supplies to go find a crew."
