Nariku The Avaricious : A twirl from a dark violet umbrella hanging over the railing of the ship signified Arana's position and soon her face appeared beneath it. One corner of her lips curled up as she peered down at the individual standing on the raft. She whispered something the crewmate beside her and he disappeared. Soon after there was a splash from the other side of the ship as the anchor was dropped. "Well if it isn't my good friend Matogai, it has been quite some time," Arana called. "I will be honest, I was not expecting to run into you in these waters. Still sailing alone, I see?" ~~~ WanoRaiden was moseying back to Masaki when he received a call from Kandji. She took a few minutes to relay to him more information on the general state of things, including where the other yonkou had his main ship docked. Once she had finished she passed the call on to the captain of the second division, and he discussed some possible tactics with Raiden should fighting break out between the two sides. Tatsuo meandered around the ship while following Ursa's voice, taking a few wrong turns until he finally found her along the side of the ship. "Ah, there you are!" he exclaimed, grinning. "So here's my idea: what if the ship could walk up on land as well as sail the seas? Sure, this place is mostly water... but there are some pretty big islands out there." He crossed his arms and leaned in, clearly very proud of the idea. "So, whaddaya think?" ~~~ Sabaody"Hmm... fairgrounds... shops... so many choices..." Scarlet murmured. "Does this have to be done here? There's a pretty big marine base at the other end of this place, and there's the celestial dragons like Kuina mentioned," Kyoden said. "Hmm? Is someone chickening out?" Scarlet teased. A subtle chuckle emerged from her throat and she shook a finger at him. "Kyo, surely you realize that the worse the odds, the greater the impact? If we're able to pull off something with some bigshots hanging around, it'll be that much more impressive!" Kyoden just blinked, unable to come up with a retort for once. (What if they 'kidnapped' a certain marine's daughter named Calli? ) ~~~ Buster Call
"Concerning Kana, we deal with her on a case by case basis," Hayle started. He was watching the marines ship intently, keeping track of Kana's movements that he could see. "Sometimes she is able to calm down on her own. Other times she requires someone else, usually myself or Ari, to step in and help. This time she appears to have things under control as far as I can tell..." A soldier cleared his throat behind them and saluted before speaking. "Um, sirs, we are nearly at the island and it looks like all the marines have arrived with the exception of the ship we are taking. How should we approach this?" "They arrived faster than expected," Hayle muttered. "This isn't going to be easy." Dash jumped back a step as he witnessed Melody's expression change. He knew that look all too well, and could do nothing but shake his head as he looked to the beach. "Ooh, he really shouldn't have said that..." he whispered. Melody's violet eyes lit up with a furious fire and she nearly crushed the snail in her hand. However, a few deep breaths better it appeared the storm had passed on the outside at least. "Dash, watch the ship while I am gone. It won't take long," she said calmly. "Watch this for me as well, keep it safe and hidden." She handed the captain the golden transponder snail... which may not be one of her best ideas. As the captain looked on with shock, she went on speaking. "I am merely going over to erase the presence of something that could hinder the success of this mission, nothing more or less." With that, she was off to the shore. ~~~ Elegant Pirates
Adeline's face lit up as Rodas came over to their little group. She placed a gentle hand on Raion's shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. "It's fine, Raion, though I appreciate the gesture~" She took a step toward Rodas then and dipped slightly in a curtsy. "Of course you may join us! I know all too well how lonely it can get when shopping on your own," she answered. With a glance back at her brother she clapped her hands together and smiled a bit wider. "We are all looking for jackets too! That should make things much easier!" There was a lull in the conversation, and Olivier stepped up with a gentle tap on Adeline's shoulder. "Sister, we are forgetting something." "Oh yes!" Adeline cleared her throat and placed a hand on her chest. "I am Adeline~" "I am Olivier~" He mimicked his sister's gestures and added a deep bow. "We are the captains of the Elegant Pirates." "And this is our lovely navigator, Raion~" Adeline added with a gesture to their friend. "May I ask the name of our new companion?"

Matogai looked up at Arana, his hood falling to his shoulders as he let out a tired sigh. "The spider" he muttered under his breath before speaking in a loud enough voice for her to hear. "I wouldn't think that would surprise you. I stopped looking for one ever since I became a Shichibukai. Having one is completely unnecessary." He turned back to his wreck of a boat and gritted his teeth. The only thing intact was the mast and a few boxes. Matogai cursed "I'm going to need a new one once I get to shore."

Alrighty, replies are finally up!]] Nariku The Avaricious: Arana let out a delicate chuckle, covering her mouth with a hand. "You never know, people can change with time," she murmured. "However I feel I may have to agree to disagree with you there. I may not have a large crew, but they do make life easier~" Her eyes narrowed slightly as she studied what remained of her colleague's raft, and motioned for her crew-mate to bring over some rope. "I do apologize for the damage done to your craft... would you like a lift to shore? It is the least I can do..." she called down with a smile.

Matogai shrugged "if that's how you want to think then fine." He then squinted when she offered a ride. Part of him was saying to turn down the offer and go to the next island on his own. The other part was saying that getting a lift from her would be faster than trying to make use of a broken raft. Finally, he made his choice "I'll take you up on your offer." With that, he began to put together the boxes he had, which contained supplies, a Log Pose, and a Transponder Snail. He didn't want to have to get everything again, so keeping it was his best option.
~
Ursa furrowed her brow at the suggestion, thinking over his idea. "Honestly, that's not a bad idea" she smirked "Though, executing it would be more problematic." She put down her hammer, looking up at him. "If you're serious about this, then I can see what I can do." She snickered a little to herself, remembering people talk about how the Strawhats' ship could fly. The whole thing seemed impossible, but after seeing it herself, anything less than that was possible.
(Well, I made forms for someone in CP9 and an Admiral, but I'm debating if I want to post now, or wait :thonk: )

"Oh, where are my manners?" With flourishing grace, Rodas swooped off his hat and dipped into a low bow. "I am Kano Rodas, it is a pleasure to meet all of you." Placing his hat back on his head, he gave them all a smile
---
Kana finished on the ship. She took a moment to regain herself, breathing hard. Finally, she peeled herself away from the ship, heading back to the revolutionaries. With a simple jump, she cleared the gap between the ship.
"It is done," She said as she landed, walking over to Hayle.
---
(Omg. Calli walks over to them and asks if they need help with finding someone to coat the ship. They agree. Along the way, they find out who she is. And Kuina just asks if she's good at acting and would like to pretend to be kidnapped so they could get Kyoden a bounty xD)
"Oh, we could end up raising all our bounties in the process!" Kuina grinned, excited. "That would be so cool."

Masaki finished up grilling the meat and started to fill up the bowl for their prisoner. He placed the meat on top of the rice before going to find Raiden. "The food is already ready Cap'n" Masaki said when he had finally found him
Nakazo cursed "We need to get some people on that ship to start loading the cannons. I'll steer the ship, I'll try stalling for time with the marines but I'm not sure how long I will be able to do that" he said
Paloma's ship was currently pulling into her place as she picked up her transponder snail and started to call Melody's transponder snail to inform Melody of her arrival
Raion said nothing except let out a low growl at Rodas as he crossed his arms across his chest. Raion had a bad feeling about inviting Rodas to shop with them. Normally other pirates dont just hang out and Raion could tell that Rodas was a pirate just by the smell of him. He had the smell of the ocean on him so he wasn't a normal civilian clearly.

Shichibukai
Arana flashed a satisfied smile. She snapped her fingers and a nearby crewmate came trotting over. "Be a dear and bring over a ladder for our friend here," she asked. While the young man ran off, Arana looked back down at Matogai and hung a hand over the edge with a nod toward his boxes. "I can bring those up for you as well," she offered. Shortly after the young man returned with a ladder and the two of them draped it over the side for Matogai to climb up. "I suppose you would like for us to tow your raft behind the ship - or what's left of it, that is - as well?"

Tatsuo's grin seemed to widen at what he took as a positive response from Ursa. "Really? You'll look into it? Sweet!" he exclaimed with a little fist-pump. His foot shifted as if he was about to turn away, but instead he plopped himself down beside Ursa with legs crossed and elbows resting on his knees. "My first idea was to have four legs..." He paused and scratched his head. "But just how possible would that be? It'd really look cool," he added with a hearty laugh.
Raiden gave the captain and Kandji some last points of advice before hanging up and tucking away the transponder snail. Turning his head toward the kitchen he started walking over. "What was that? You're finished? Let's go then~" he said once he was close to Masaki. Raiden led the way below deck and pushed open the door to Shuji's holding room. "Your food is here," he announced to the pirate. Shuji glanced up at the captain for only a second before grunting and looking back at the wall. "If you're planning on winning me over or something with this, it's not gonna work," he muttered. "Hmph, we'll see."

Scarlet gasped, grip tightening on her spear in anticipation. "Yeah, that's true!" she exclaimed. She turned to Kyoden with a wide smile. "That would be a win-win situation for everyone! Well, except the marines. Since we'd be getting away from them and all that," she laughed. "I'm upset that I can't really argue against that," Kyoden muttered. "But first: coating. We can't escape from anyone until that's happened."

"Good work, Kana," Hayle said as the girl returned to the ship. "Take a moment to take a break, things are going to get rough pretty soon." With a glance at Nakazo he picked out a small group of soldiers to accompany the younger man to the marine ship. "Take them with you, and start taking out the other marine ships once our ship gets a little closer to the island. I'll do my best from this ship as we make our way to Ari and the refugees. Something tells me we do not have much time left before this place becomes a full-on battlefield," he said.
Melody landed hard on the sandy beach, puffs of sand rising around her feet. After a quick scan of the shore she located Marcus and slowly began to march to him. Her long coat was already shining with a metallic sheen as she approached the bounty hunter and she stopped several feet from where he was seated. The admiral stared down at Marcus with clear disgust in her eyes. "Sitting before your opponent after calling them out... very respectable," she murmured.
Back on Melody's ship, the familiar call of the transponder snail came ringing from Dash's chest pocket. Melody had entrusted him with the normal snail as well as the one for the buster call. He pulled it out and answered promptly. "Yes? Admiral Melody's phone, Captain Dash speaking~" he said.

The siblings both smiled wide in return. "The pleasure is ours Rodas!" Adeline replied. Her hand remained on Raion's shoulder, as she could tell he was still feeling a bit uneasy, and her other hand came to neatly rest on her hip. "Well, now that that is out of the way we can focus on our primary goal here. We are all looking for coats, yes? Shall we get started?" Her smile now turned to one of determination. "Before we leave this island we will all be looking our best!"

Once the ladder came down in front of him, Matogai took no time in getting up. He jumped all the way to the ship by using each space as a foot hold to jump off of. "I want everything salvaged, even the raft itself. It makes everything easier that way." He stated, starting to walk around the ship, taking in the look and feel of it all. It's been a while since he's actually been on another ship. "Mind telling me where you got it? The ship I mean" Matogai asked in a lax tone. --- Ursa furrowed her brow "legs like that won't work. They'd have to be sturdy enough to carry the ship. They can't be too short or the ship could be damaged by rocks on land, and they can't be too long or the whole thing will be unstable. Plus, having them move is already a worry on itself, not to mention what we will do with them once we are at sea. There are others, but I don't think I should get into it, or it will take all day." She looked up at the ship with her hands on her hips, trying to think of what else needed fixing.

| Tenga Kuren | Female | 31 | Snakeneck/Longleg Tribe | Cipher Pol 9 | None | | Kuren is a very tall woman stemming from her genes as a Snakeneck and Longleg. She stands at 10’. She has long, straight black hair that's mostly in a high ponytail and bangs. Her eyes are cold and green, not showing much emotion. Her skin is fair with some rings of tattoos around her neck and legs. Like her bloodline suggests, she has an abnormally long neck and legs. She wears a black kimono, wooden sandals, and a large hat that drapes a screen over her face to hide it. When not in use, her weapons are strapped to her back. | Kuren is well known to be a woman who shows no affection to anyone. She is cold to everyone she meets and rarely shows any other emotion. In a heated fight, she carries herself with a sadistic smile. While being a cold and sadistic person, she'll never disobey an order and will carry out a mission until it's complete. | Typical of someone in CP9, Kuren is a master of all 6 forms of Rokushiki, and also knows how to use Armament Haki. She fights with two giant, bladed fans. Recently, she got the Snow Snow fruit, a Logia Devil Fruit that allows her to turn into, manipulate, and create snow. | Kuren never knew her parents, as she was sold to the military when she was young. She spent her entire life training to be a killer. Eventually, she became a member of CP9 and put all those years of training to use. | Follow orders and kill anyone who stands in the way of justice. | Unknown | Other* | | Nariku The Avaricious |
| Bayorne “Oren" Sigmund | Male | 145 | Giant | Admiral | None | | Oren is a giant muscular man that is so large that the average person only reaches the top of his foot. Because giants age slower, he only looks like he's in his 40s. He has short, loose hair that is ginger in color. He has a mustache that reaches to his sideburns and a disconnected goatee beard. His eyes are hazel and his skin is fair. Over his shoulders is a military coat with the word “justice" written down the back. He wears a brown vest over a white shirt and black tie. His dress pants and shoes are also brown in color. | Once a man who was known for his kindness to those in need and hate of pirates, his attitude and reputation have gotten worse in the past 7 years ever since his daughter ran away from home. He has become angered and spiteful, deciding that if there was a chance someone could be an enemy of the government, he would want them taken out before they got the chance. | As a giant, Oren has immense strength and durability, along with knowing how to use Rokushiki and Armament Haki. He also ate the Mini Mini fruit, which allows him to shrink down to the size of a regular human and smaller. He doesn't use it for combat much, but he stays the size of a regular human for convenience. | As a young kid, Oren had grown up hating pirates and joined the military once he got the chance. His duty to the navy became his sole purpose in life. Eventually, he met a mermaid that stole his heart and opened up his narrow way of thinking. They got married and had a daughter, who he adored. Unfortunately, after the child was born, his wife vanished. He desperately looked, but never found her. His heart was broken and he was left to raise their daughter all on his own. He tried to teach her about how evil pirates were, but she always questioned this, angering him. Eventually, this lead to a heated argument and his daughter running away from home. After that, Oren went down a slippery slope of hate and frustration. His reputation around citizens became worse and worse, peaking a year earlier when he attacked a Galley-La foreman in Water 7 while on a mission, leaving him in critical condition. | Put and end to this Age of Pirates and, hopefully, bring his family back together. | New World | Prefers to go by his alias, Oren, over his actual name. | | Nariku The Avaricious |

Raiden closed the door once Masaki was inside and proceeded to place himself strategically in front of it once it was locked and the keys safely in his coat pocket. "Masaki, go ahead and take the handcuffs off him while he eats. There's no danger of him escaping," he said. Shuji remained silent with his scowl aimed at the two pirates, until the food was placed before him. He gave it a sniff and felt his mouth water. A distant shriek caught Kyoden's ears beneath his bandanna and he stopped for a quick glance around. "Did you three hear that?" he asked. "That yell." "Hm? Oh, yeah," Scarlet said. "Sounded close." ~~~ Buster Call"Excuses, excuses," were the only words to leave Melody's mouth as she stood before Marcus on the beach. "What about some kinda wheels? Would that work?" (Sweet ^^) (Lol they would not get along at all) Matogai nodded in response "As long as the ship functions, then that's good enough. I was just curious because I need a new, sturdier ship." He put his hands on his hips and shook his head "It gets difficult when the ship isn't able to keep up." He took a step forward and flopped down into a crossed sitting position. He placed his head on his hand and said "as long as I can get it..." before he instantly fell asleep. Ursa chuckled in amusement at the captain's expressions "wheels would work much better, because we could figure a way to make them double as paddles in the water. Though, before you ask, no, we can't put them on right now. I still need to figure out how it would work, which requires me to sketch out ideas, use some smaller models, and maybe see if it will work on the ship." When she noticed there was nothing else she needed to repair, she picked up her tools and started making her way back on the ship. "I'll let you know it won't be an over night thing. It's going to take a while." Ursa said as she walked.

Marcus sighed and said," I see you are still as hard headed as ever." Marcus then turned his right arm into a drill and had is begin to rotate fast enough to cause a vortex to form around the drill. Marcus then asked" before we do anything else can you tell me what I am most known for?"
Arthur shook his head and said," no way you are to stay with me until I have my ship."

She really couldn't stand Dash sometimes. They were in the middle of something really important and here he was still being his usual self. They were Marines and ones that were currently at a Buster Call. Paloma never liked being called to one since she hated seeing innocents die in the crossfire as well but knew that there was a reason for it so she always tried her best to appear as respectful as possible at one. I don't need your help and highly doubt I ever will" (sorry my sleep schedule is so messed up due to work so im a little sleep deprived. sorry if it doesnt make much sense)

Masaki noticed the flinch "What's the matter? Are you afraid of going back to your Captain? I would think you'd be happy with that or is it because you're afraid of how mad he will be?" He asked curiously "I only ask since I haven't heard much about how he is as a Captain. All I know is that he is fairly powerful seeing as he is a Yonkou as well"

Arana let out a soft chuckle once Matogai awoke. "Yes, yes I was," she said, taking a step back. She pointed her fan toward the back of her ship, indicating where her crew was taking care of the man's raft. "I was in the middle of asking why you chose a raft of all things? My apologies if you've explained your reasoning to me before, I can't seem to remember."

Tatsuo laughed once more. "Good to hear, good to hear! Hahh, if this works it will be so great! I can already see the looks on the other pirates' faces!" He blew a strand of silver hair from his face before returning to a grin as the two made their way back on board. Once they arrived, a nervous looking crew-member was awaiting them on deck. "What's up?" Tatsuo asked, striding up to the young man. "Captain! I saw some unfamiliar pirate ships sailing near the island... and when I showed the others, they recognized the jolly roger of the Thunder Beast Pirates!" the young man replied. Tatsuo let out a great chuckle in response. "Well, this is their territory, you know!" he said, clapping the pirate on the back. "Looks like Raiden finally got the message!" "H-Huh?" "Remember way back when I sent Shuji out? Hope the kid's doing alright..."
Raiden looked down his nose at Shuji, smiling. "Oh yes, do tell. I would love to hear about this," he said. "It's been quite a qhile since I've seen Tatsuo." Shuji set aside the eating utensils and turned to the two pirates. "Afraid? Of my captain? Ha! The only thing I'm afraid of is what'll happen to you and your crew when we get there," he retorted. "Tatsuo treats us like family, he's gonna be ticked once he hears about what you guys did to us." The words did not seem to faze Raiden, and he shrugged. "We'll deal with that when it comes."

Sabaody
"Huh? Seriously? Fine," Calli said, putting on a pretty convincing pout. As they approached the small group, it was getting harder to hide her anticipation. If this went well enough, there was a possibility that she'd be able to leave Sabaody for good. Suddenly she cupped her hands around her mouth and called in her loudest voice. "Hey! You guys over there! Talking about coating! I can help!" She followed this up with an emphatic wave. "Huh? Someone talking to us?" Scarlet grunted, nearly whacking Kyoden in the face with her hair as she looked around. "Over there. That creepy-looking guy with the pink-haired kid," Kyoden pointed out. He raised his hand to the pair to signal he had heard them. "You said you can help?" "Yeah!" Calli replied before giving Arthur a soft poke. "Hurry up!" she whispered.

Melody peered out from under her snow-white bangs at Marcus, her eyes narrowing ever so slightly. "You are most well known for being a bounty hunter," she replied, uninterested in having this conversation. Without another word she took a swing at Marcus, sending the large spiked end of her arm-mace hurling toward his face.
"Paloma that hurts!" Dash replied with mock heartbreak in his voice. "I'm just trying to be helpful to a fellow marine during this trying time! You know, make sure that every--- " "Admiral! ...Huh? Dash, where's the Admiral?" A lower ranking marine came running over to Dash. "Pardon me for a moment, Paloma," Dash murmured before turning to the other man. "Melody's in the middle of something at the moment, what is it?" "Revolutionary ships have been spotted coming from two different directions! What should we do??" Dash's eyes widened. "Oh dear... Uh, Paloma, any ideas?"

"Hope 'Lil Shuji didn't get in any trouble" Ursa stated, but she didn't sound too concerned "he should be fine, I doubt anything could kill him." She squinted before asking "So, what exactly is your plan for that Sparky fellow? You've got his attention." She put her hands behind her head "It wouldn't be a very smart move to face him head on." Marcus jumped back to dodge the attack while keeping his drill spinning. Marcus then looked at her and said," That is not what I was talking about miss Melody, I was referring to my mode of attack." Marcus then pulled his drill arm back and said," long range attacks, and like you saw they are dangerous."
Arthur glared down at the girl and said," since when did you think you could give me orders." Arthur then walked towards the group.

But I will let you in on a little secret and knowing a little about Tatsuo, I'm sure he has already figured it out. But we are bringing a large majority of our fleet so unless you have a force to match it, Tatsuo would have to be fairly stupid to pick a fight with us right now. So how many of you are there with Tatsuo right now?" Paloma pinched the bridge of her nose, closed her eyes, and let out a sigh when Dash had started speaking again though her eyes quickly opened back up and her eyes started to scan the seas for the Revolutionary ships and managed to spot one of them "I'll deal with the one closest to me right now. See what you can do about the other one and find out who is onboard also be prepared for more Revolutionary ships. These people are like rats, where there is one you will always find another" Paloma said as she took off her Vice-Admiral coat and handed it to one of her crew members as she took off to the sky using Geppo (up to you do you want the one she is currently heading to to be the one that has everyone on it, the one with Nakazo or a fodder ship?)
