Well I think I just thought of someone I should have him posted today most likely)

| Nakazo mostly wears a black suit, and the rest of his clothing is also black. He also wears his swords, or katanas strapped to the side of his suit. His hair is pure, snow white. He has two small earrings on each ear.| Nakazo, despite his short temper, is a sweet kid. Due to being mocked as a child, he beat up to near death those who mocked him around. Still, he is still mocked around towns when he is during undercover missions. He acts cold hearted to targets. No mercy will come from Nakazo if you're a target. Though, he does have some self control. Nakazo is also a very respectful person. As long as he isn't disrespected by someone he will show that person respect. Despite his cold demeanor though, he is quite a cheerful guy to be around. He usually relaxes around his friends and is one of the only times you'll ever hear him laugh or see him give a genuine smile| Nakazo has been trained in Rokushiki since he was a child and his Doriki is 3600. Nakazo was also trained in both Ittoryu and Nittoryu. His swords look like any normal katana except for the hilt which is in the shape of the World Government which he received while he was a part of CP9. Due to him being in the CP9 he was given a devil Fruit. This devil Fruit is called the Tenpi Tenpi no mi or in English, the Sun-Sun fruit. The Sun Sun fruit is a logia type fruit that allows Nakazo to create, control, and transform into solar energy at will, turning them into a Sun Human.The fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to produce and become solar energy. The fruit allows the user to produce hot burst of solar energy to attack thier opponent with, the user can also use it to compress the solar energy into a dense ball almost like a star, to attack the enemy with. The downfall to this is that the user can only compress the solar energy into a cold dwarf star trading heat for density. Being a Logia, the user can let attacks pass through them unless imbude with Busoshoku. When passing through the user weapons and opponetss can burn up do to the extreme heat that the solar energy can produce. The user can also be hit if they are caught off guard. If the user uses their solar energy for extend periods of times it progressively gets weaker over time until the user can no longer produce burst of energy and must rest for a period of time. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses. Nakazo is also able to use both Busoshoku and Kenbushoku | Nakazo had a heavy childhood, always being mocked around because of his father. His father, Kaku, was a street performer, more, a giraffe man. But this never bothered Nakazo. Years passed, and he was taught the fighting style Rokushiki from his father. On one fated day, Nakazo did one thing he had wanted to do in years. He pummeled the kids who used to mock and tease him, near to death. Days passed, and the word spread out. Everyone avoided Nakazo, but his father was rather proud. Then, his father began teaching him how to use two swords, even though he always preferred one. One day, the World Government found out about Nakazo's knowledge in Rokushiki and tried to recruit him to which he agreed to since he wanted to make his father proud of him. They rebuilt the CP9 around Nakazo as the leader even though he was only 16 but out of the others, he was by far the strongest at the moment. When he was 18 years old, Nakazo found out his father had been murdered. With some digging, he found out the World Government had ordered his father's death since they didn't want someone outside the World Government teaching Rokushiki to others they didn't accept or could possibly be pirates. Nakazo, now furious and tired with the World Government and all of the immoral things they had him and his team do on missions as well as for the death of his father, started wreaking havoc on the Marine bases close by. He then decided to completely desert the Marines and went off in search of the Revolutionary army, hoping that they didn't operate the same way as the World Government. He was found and recruited by the Revolutionary army though many do not trust him since he was once a part of the World Government. | To become one of the strongest fighters in the world|

Yeah I think so too but for his backstory I think I might make him a former CP-9 member possibly the former leader before he deserted them)

Well when he gets accepted I'm thinking that Nakazo and Kana get sent out on a mission and CP9 is sent there to take Nakazo back so they end up in a big fight at least if that's okay with you)

That could be interesting maybe Nakazo could try to introduce himself and Kana has heard rumors about him and it causes some drama)

In fact that he only times he isn't talking about death is when he is talking about his sword and his Technics. Aside from thous two topics Arthur doesn't talk much at all. However, the reason he does this is because in doing so he hopes to distract his enemy long enough for him to strike them down using he personal sword style. | He wields a katana that was forged by his father, the man who taught him who to wield a sword in the first place. | Arthur never knew his mother due to the fact that she died during child birth so he was left to be raised by his father. His father was a a well respected swordsman in their village and upon Arthur's birth he decided teach him the way of the sword. However, as the years went bye and his training started his Father saw his natural ability with a sword and was afraid. For his father would say that whenever he picked up a real sword it was like the grim reaper was standing there with him. In seeing this Arthur's father decided that he could not in good concuss let his son run free and risk the lives of everyone. So he decided that he would take his sons life before anything bad could happen, but when he went to slay his son he was slayed instead. Arthur knew of his fathers betrayal and decided end his father with his own prized sword.
