That's wonderful. I'm around Toronto in Ontario, so the weather is kinda rainy and really unpredictable these past few weeks. Really warm ( 16c or even 18c ) weather, then suddenly cold rain.

They describe her as beautiful, flowers or stars or whatever in her eyes ( I forgot ), perfect fur, perfect everything. And when they rescued her she was all so helpless.

Did....did I miss something here? Dang it, I leave the forums for like, a day and when I come back I've somehow morphed into a damsel in distress.

Cloud: Oh that does sound really nice/picturesque! It's been awhile since I've gone to the beach in my hometown, it's usually pretty windy. I like the beaches in Prince Edward Island though, I'm on the East Coast and they're pretty nice as Canadian beaches go. They're the ones with the famous "red sand". I've been to Arizona for a family vacation/leadership camp thing for a few weeks before. I'm not sure if I could live there or not permanently, I think my body's too adjusted to the cold at this point. But it was fun to visit/the mountains there are beautiful.

@brambleisback: Okay.... I'm super awful at detecting sarcasm (and especially when its just in text/online), do you and Maple actually take issue with me for being a Mary Sue irl, or.....? Are you kidding around/referring to some other Starflower I'm unaware of? Because let me tell you a thing.
I am far from perfect. -For starters, the whole name "starflower" was a joke/me kidding around being a hipster because I KNOW you can't start a prefix with "star" (it's also an indirect shoutout to Starkit's Prophecy as a joke, that thing is hilarious) -I'm generally super insecure -I'm alright at making, but bad at keeping, friends -I cry a lot. Like, at least weekly. I suffer from anxiety and I've been trying to get my emotions in check -I'm clumsy as all heck -I have a horrible sense of direction
Again, not directed at you at all if you're just kidding around/having fun. I've just dealt with a ton of drama/bullying on this forum space before and I'm not about to deal with it again. I'm getting to old for drama, haha.

Sorry if you felt like we were talking about you. In the books Starflower got kidnapped by Slash's rogues when she was expecting kits and had to be rescued, acting all helpless then. Also they described her as immensely beautiful and very perfect, which I rage about.

@brambleisback: OHHHH OK. I'm sorry then, haha! I've never read DOTC, but that makes sense/sounds like a plot thing I would expect. I seem to have a knack for choosing names the Erin's really like (I ranted on a previous post about making a character Dovewing before she was cannon in the books). No hard feelings dude, I jumped to a conclusion

I haven't read those yet so I didn't understand at first. I kinda was just like "._. What's going on" Yeah this was me too, haha! I can be a wee bit oblivious at times.

I had the name Cloudpaw before I knew who Cloudpaw was in the series and I get a lot of crap about it. I also have social anxiety and mild depression so I feel you. Except I'm terrible at making friends and worse at keeping them.

Cloud: Aww man, at least Cloudpaw/tail is one of my favourite characters. He is the ultimate comic relief/since he's supposedly a good "tracker" with the clan I just imagine him being one of those cats with really dog-like personalities! Sorry to hear about the anxiety/depression, it can definitely be rough. And I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who doesn't excel at the keeping friends thing. I always feel like part of it is also just that I outgrow common interests with some people? Like my best friend in middle school and I grew apart because she went through a phase where all she wanted to do was talk boys and One Direction, and I was super focused on school/was going through my Panic! at the Disco phase xD (It's still semi-present I guess, haha)

Cloud: The funny thing is, I own a dog who acts like a cat! Super independent, she'll seek out attention from you at her leisure. Also acts really dumb like she doesn't "get" tricks, but is smart enough to figure out who certain people are/where to find them, used to know her toys by name and is a certified escape artist. She's also about cat sized if not smaller than some. Aww, I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not super religious, but I can't drink/don't do drugs/don't swear too much/not into the party scene, so it's still difficult to find like-minded people. At least at this stage in life, maybe it'll get easier when I'm a bit older.

@brambleisback:
YAAAAAASSSSS! Welcome, fellow fan! Oh man, that's actually such a tricky question. If we're going for older stuff, I Write Sins Not Tragedies will forever be a classic, but on his newest album I really like LA Devotee. The music video/Stranger Things only made it all that much better. What's your favourite?

Well, out of all the songs, old and new, I like This Is Gospel. Probably because it was the first P!ATD song I had ever heard. Before that I thought P!ATD was an art club or something in my school XD

I literally just realized like, 2 months ago that P!ATD did a cover of Bohemian Rhapsody

@brambleisback: Man, I'm not even good at art and I would go to an art club called Panic! At The Disco, haha. This is Gospel was a great song, I love the entire album it's featured on/I remember bonding with some of my soon-would-be-schoolmates over that album in the summer between high school and university.
And that's right, they did! It was pretty moving. I think it was featured on the Suicide Squad soundtrack? I could be way off/remembering wrong.

Yeah, I think it was on the soundtrack for Suicide Squad. Not entirely sure though. Sadly, only one of my friends know about P!ATD and the other are... Not as interested.

@brambleisback : Aww, that's too bad! A few of mine are pretty avid fans, some others are....aware of the band but don't understand my depth of appreciation for them, haha.
My friend and I were bonding the other day over our mutual panic in previous years as the band kept shrinking until it became literally just Brendan Urie, haha.
EDIT: I made a horrible pun there....mutual panic...whoops. #noregrets

Yeah, just shrinking and shrinking and shrinking....
Something crazy happened to me last Friday. Well , something crazy happened to my friend. The only one that likes P!ATD. We were in a class together ( Finally! ) And she was not paying any attention. The teacher asked her the name of something ( I forgot what the question was, something involving a war ) And she said "Brendan Urie." I was laughing like crazy..... That is what happens when you are distracted, Tina!!!

@brambleisback: HAHA, that's amazing! I always used to figure I could luck out when daydreaming in class and manage to blurt out the right answer once I came to. Although honestly this term I've found I can usually stay pretty focused in class anyways, my profs all speak SO FAST I can hardly keep up with my notetaking.

I understand. Well, at least I can write fast to my advantage! That really helps when taking notes, writing essays quickly, speeches, etc.
