Malen frowned as the search revealed nothing. His drawers were nearly empty. In fact, Malen was a little worried. The room seemed too neat. There was too little stuff. She understood that not all people was fond of mementoes or extras, but she would think he would have more...stuff. In fact, most of his clothes were gone. "This guy must have washed his clothes everyday or he planed to go and packed his things." she said in a light-hearted tone. In all seriousness, this did tell them something. The student left of his own freewill. "Did you find anything?" She asked, halfway turning to look at Drustan. Drustan was rummaging near the window, wearing a confused expression. Slowly, he straightened. He held out a shimmering scale; when the light hit it it exploded with colours like a diamond, shining all around the room. 'I don't believe I've seen a dragon like this on the premises- I don't even think we have a white dragon.' He replied, sounding tense.

Silus jumped as he heard the laugh and looked up, blinking once at the dragon and rider, before he squeaked and turned tail, running away. i thought they'd left! Damnit, Cobak, you horrible little thing!!Fyacin laughed again, before standing up and beginning to follow at a leisurely pace. The distance between the elf and the dragon gan to receed, and she effortlessly cast her arm in front of him and stopped him in his tracks. Silus leapt over her arm with ease and into a tree, gaining a hidden advantage as he sprinted over the branches from tree to tree, still trying to get away from them. He was very determined to and wasn't about to let himself get caught!

Malen grunted. This didn't help. An unknown dragon taking away students out of their free will? That didn't sound good or real. It sounded like a fairytale. Malen hoped they had just put the information together incorrectly. She searched her mind for possible explanations. "Maybe it is some kind of treasure that he had obtained?" She guessed before brightening up. "Maybe he just found his dragon. He could have gone on a ride." The dwarf hummed, thinking about what would make sense. "Then he got lost or somehow hurt. That is why he isn't returning." he looked over at Drustan.

He slid down under the roots of the tree, panting lightly as he quickly set up a smooth glamour to hide their scent, sound, and any sight of them- he hoped the dragoness would be stupid enough to keep going, and that the elf would be, too.

'But there are no signs of a struggle, nor any lingering magic in the air- this indicates that he left of his own will.' He silently examined the scale. 'But this scale does not belong to his dragon.'

Malen hummed as her mind spun around the new information. Her brown eyes remained on the sparkling scale. Something new was happening and not the type of new to jump in joy about. Malen could feel a sense of dread curl up inside her. "We might have to hunt this dragon down." She concluded before looking up to meet the man's eyes. "I know Gerel has some skill with tracking. How is Lillith?" She asked oddly serious.

He ran a hand through his hair and smiled at her warily. 'But we will definitely do our best to find this mystery dragon. Shall we prepare to leave?'
