If she just studied it in middle school that's not going to get her to fluency, so make sure there are words she doesn't know and translation bumps, etc.))

((Okay... it's just that she's only 16 and we try to be as realistic as possible with this Rp. She's not affiliated with either Kingdom so I don't see how she could be on any official "mission." All we really need to know at this moment is whether she lives in France, and if not, whether her parents are with her. I gather that the answer to the first question is no.))

((Nah. Language education in Europe is way better than in the US. And Louis would have had more opportunities to practice English than Aspen to practice French.
Viktoriya speaks Russian, conversational English, and a little bit of French.))

Viktoriya gave the girl a strange look. She'd asked her one question in English; to assume Viktoriya spoke no French at all was quite the leap. "I understood you," she said to Louis in English, albeit with a thick accent. "My name is Viktoriya."
