"Ugh. Those Elementals are just as bad as the Ice Elementals. They're antics are enough for me to want to boil them. Too bad I'm not supposed to get in fights." Thea rolled her eyes. She knew that she wasn't supposed to mess with Water Elementals, and they weren't supposed to mess with their opposing race. Then again, neither race listened. The council in the castle wouldn't do anything of course. Most of them were your average human and we're quite afraid of getting caught up with the Elementals.

Sebastian could hear the hesistants in her voice. It was far away, that was good. It made leaving easier. A garden? He could 'borrow' some food supplies before he left as well. She wouldn't do anything, being a Nature elemental, he assumed the worst she could do was ask her questions. Which Sebastian could avoid answering if he wanted to, which he likely would. He grabbed his stuff and stood up. He looked up at her, "Let's go then." He said flatly, making a sort of shooing gesture with his hands.

"Fortunately I am under no such restriction. As a certain idiotic young elemental can attest after he tried to put out our forge." Blake said grinning at the memory. The idiot in question had nearly killed himself trying to use enough water to extinguish the extremely hot fires required for working with metals. Blake had only needed a single punch to send him sprawling and even his parents considered it a lesson well learned for him. It had taken the help of some fire elementals to get the flames back on to prevent a days loss of production.

"Lucky you. If I touched another Elemental, that isn't an ally, I would be asking for a fight. Which, would ultimately end in me and them in trouble. And that isn't exactly something I strive to do." She opened the door and threw it open wide enough to let Blake in as well. She studied the patrons of the restaurant, and it appeared to be a good mixture of Elementals of almost every race - save for the Shadow Elementals - and commoners. Which she supposed could be good or bad. Assumptions and rumors have a possibility if being thrown about here. Especially when they see a Fire Elemental and someone who looked strikingly similar to an Ice Elemental were dining. But Thea tried not to focus too much on that, and chose a seat in the corner of the room

Shocked, Demeter opened her mouth like she was going to say something. Then she noticed her basket on the ground. "Um...oops," she muttered before leaning down to pick it up. She gathered all of the scattered onions, putting them back in her basket. Then she began to walk back the way she came. "Follow me," she said softly. "I was planning on cooking these onions for dinner, I hope you don't mind..."

Blake followed her in and took a glance at the other patrons. He was pleasantly surprised to see one of his friends from the carpenters shop eating alone. Upon noticing him said friend looked like he was about to get up and come greet him until he saw who Blake was with. After a brief wordless conversation where Blake promised to tell him about it later he followed Thea to the table and took the chair across from her. "Would you recommend anything in particular?" He asked glancing at the options.
(I'm trying to decide between two characters to make. They're mutually exclusive and with the character limit I couldn't make both anyways but I'm thinking either Aylin: A manipulative Shadow elemental noblewoman who is willing to do anything to get what she wants. or Eric: A regular human nobleman who is obsessed with his own importance and all of the trappings of nobility.)

(Hmm, well I like Aylin. But we need boys xD)
Sebastian watched her pick up her onions in silence and followed her when she began walking. He was sure this was a good decision. However, was it worth the endurance of her conversation? He’d have to find out on that fact. When she mentioned cooking the onions he replied, “I’ll eat my rabbit.” He crossed his arms and then went silent again.
(Bash is so grumpy sounding xD)

Hey, it gives character lol) Also I like both characters lion, but it's true we have more girls ^.^')
Demeter stopped talking, realizing that this man wasn't one for conversation. There were lots of questions burning in her mind though, for she had never seen someone with these kind of powers. In fact, she had never really seen anyone in these woods before. Not often, anyways. I have to at least ask his name. she thought. Even if he doesn't answer. "Is it alright if I ask your name?", she said after awhile. A small part of her was hoping that we wouldn't stay so quiet. It made her uneasy.

(xD yea)
Sebastian looked at the back of the girls head. Almost in disbelief. He frowned, almost tempted to ignore her question entirely. But if someone asked her who was staying with her and she didn’t give a name, it would look suspicious on her which in turn, would look bad on him. He cleared his throat, “Alder.” He lied easily, taking his father’s name for her to call him. Sebastian didn’t bother asking hers, by the way she acted, she would probably just say it anyway.

I know right? So much nostalgia ^.^)
"I see," she replied. "That is a nice name...Alder." Hearing that name reminded her of the plant, and when she started thinking about plants, a lot of times she couldn't stop. "It is quite a beautiful tree, the Alder. I know you probably don't want to hear about trees, but the Alder, despite it's beauty, is often overlooked in my opinion. Truly," she turned to glance at the man before looking back in front of her. "You have a very appealing name....thank you for sharing." She then returned to watching where she was going, knowing that her cabin wasn't much further away. Maybe I should stop babbling. Yes, I should definitely do that.

"I typically eat whatever special they have, or the ale chicken." Thea knew that once you cooked anything with alcohol, the actual alcohol left the food, only the taste remained. However, that did not stop her from ordering a drink for it as well. Her Clan liked to drink, and of course, Thea was the same way. "But you get whatever looks good. I'm not paying for your food." {Yeah I would go with the male just cuz of the ratio. But if you want to change the genders of the characters that could work too.}

Sebastian, who’d simply expected to get a name back. Instead got an agricultural lesson about his father’s name being a tree. He walked quietly through this conversation, tuning out of most of it and simply looking around. He’d have to remember his way to this place if he wanted to use it. When she finally silenced Sebastian almost sighed out loud. Silence and peace.

Blake had never been much of an ale person in terms of drinking, too bitter in his opinion. Mead was his drink of choice. Cooking ale on the other hand, especially with chicken, did sound appealing so he went with that. "Wasn't expecting you to, but I've found its best to get the local opinion when it comes to eateries." He explained. He considered offering to pay for her meal instead but figured that would give the entirely wrong idea.

Thea figured he knew that she wasn't paying for his meal, but she figured she should say it to make a point. "And like I said, get whatever you want. From what I've tried, the menu in general is pretty decent." Thea told him as she continued to scan the menu. Although there was no point, she already knew what she wanted in the first place.

Blake closed his and set it down to indicate he was ready to order. "So what's life in the canyons like?" Blake asked, he'd gotten to visit some of the Earth elementals enclaves as some were very big in the mining business due to their ability to find the ores and coal that fueled the forge. He'd also once gotten to visit a small nature elemental community in the forest when he was getting some medicine for a neighbor but he'd never had an excuse or a reason to go to the canyons.

Sorry I haven't been on today, had things to take care of)
Demeter felt the silence between them, and it made her uneasy. Why had she invited him to stay again? Finally, she could see the edge of the woods, where her small cabin sat. It really was small, but Demeter didn't mind since she always lived alone. It had one wooden door and a small window on the outside. Under the window was a uniform garden, not too big but big enough to add some nice color to the otherwise dreary place. In the garden, there were various plants; a couple of rows were used for vegetables. The other two were used for an assortment of pretty and colorful flowers. "Well, here we are. Shall we go in?" Demeter walked up towards the door without expecting a response.

Thea opened her mouth to respond to his question, but then a waitress approached their table and she was cut off. She would have said something, but knew the woman was merely doing her job, not purposely interrupting their conversation.
"What can I get you two?" She asked.
"The chicken and ale is fine. With water I suppose." Thea wasn't really in a drinking mood right now. And it would be best to stay sober while in the presence of someone she hadn't gotten to know yet.
"And for you?" The woman turned towards Blake

"I'll have the same but a mead to drink." He told the waitress. Blake figured one drink couldn't hurt. His size made it harder for him to get drunk than a smaller individual and if Thea wanted to hurt him it wouldn't matter how sober he was.

"Okay then, your order should be out soon." The waitress gave a friendly smile before heading to where the food was being made.
The turned her attention back to Blake, "What were you saying?" She had forgotten his question while she was distracted by the waitress. Like names, Thea wasn't good with remembering a whole lot. It must be a genetic thing, as he mother was the same way.

"I was just asking what life was like I'm the canyons." He repeated after the waitress departed to get the avian flightless birds cooked with the use of fermented hops.

{It's all good} "Oh yeah. Well, for one thing, it's vast but at the same time it isn't. The canyons are large, yes, but that's from the top. On the bottom though, it's like wide roads with walls on either side. It makes you curious, that's for sure." She was starting to get a dreamy look in her eyes before refocusing them back on Blake. "But they aren't exactly safe either. Anything from rouge Fire Elemental, rockslides, and floods, it's all happened before." Perhaps that's why Fire Elementals are the way they are. Wary, quick to anger, proud, and strong.
