"Sounds like an interesting place to grow up." He remarked, wondering about the kinds of people who would be comfortable living in that environment. He imagined standing at the edge of one of the top and internally shuddered at the idea of looking down from that kind of height. His mind creating a far worse image than the real thing could possibly be.

(hey! this looks super cool and interesting and i'm a sucker for magical things, especially elemental magic, so i'm definitely going to join. maybe not tonight because it's late and i should get to sleep, but i should have the form up by tomorrow. a bit of a disclaimer, though: i'm a very busy person, meaning that my activity on here will be limited. i'll definitely try to come on as often as i can, though. spring actually happens to be the time that i'm least busy, which is good)

{ ❥ [[ 𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 ]] - thank you for looking at this! And it's okay if you aren't really active, if one reply of rp every other day or so is all you can squeeze in, that is fine.} "Interesting is one way to describe it sure. But besides the dangers, it is a wonderful place in my opinion. Except for probably the river running through it. It's impossible to tell how fasts it's going by looking at it." Thea warned, but a smile started creeping upon her face as she remembered something. "I learned that the hard way." Thea grinned. And it was true, she had fallen in once, but there was more to the story.

(That's alright xD)
Sebastian studied her house on their approach. It was small indeed. Not very strong looking, but it wasn't very noticable. In the shadows, hidden, unnoticed. Just the way he liked to live his life. Sebastian's thought broke as she spoke again. He arched an eyebrow, well I don't expect we'll just eat and sleep outside. He thought, but managed to hold his tongue. Instead of speaking he just followed her. Until a sudden question burst to his thoughts. "Do you live with anyone? Family, friends?" He asked suddenly and harshly.

Demeter gave him a strange look. "Nope," she replied. "It's just me. So whoever you're hiding from probably won't find you here." She snapped her mouth shut after that. I sure hope I didn't say the wrong thing. She shook her head to clear her thoughts, then opened the small wooden door and stepped inside. The inside was spacious and tidy, even though it was still one small room. Up against one wall was a wooden bench big enough to sit two or three people. On the other side of the room was a single bed with a nightstand next to it. On the other side of the bed was a shelf for gardening tools, with drawers to store vegetables. And in the center of the room, in the back wall, was a small but efficient stone fireplace. Demeter walked in and set her basket of onions on the table. "Um...you do have a bedroll, right?", she asked.

Sebastian’s purple eyes snapped into a sharp glare at her comment. But he ignored it and followed her inside. He didn’t bother hiding that he didn’t want to be found by someone. It was obvious by now and he doubted she could do anything about it. Trying to hide it took too much energy and thought at this point, he didn’t have time for it. Sebastian walked to the other side of the room and dropped his stuff to the floor ungracefully. He looked up at her question, “Why wouldn’t I?” Sebastian said flatly, this time the harsh rude tone of voice was gone. Despite himself, it was nice to be in a house again, not looking over his shoulder at the open woods every hour.

"Good", Demeter said, going over to her nightstand. Opening one of the drawers, she took out a small pouch and put it on her gardening belt. Then she went over to the table and started taking her onions out of the basket. She had so many questions to ask this stranger, but was afraid to ask them. Preparing the onions made her mind wander though, and pretty soon her curiosity got the better of her. "So um, Alder..." she began. "Why exactly were you out in the woods? I never run in to people out here, so I am quite curious of your whereabouts." She didn't look at him when she asked, grabbing a knife and keeping her eyes on the onions as she chopped them.

(i retyped the form lol. that was painstaking and annoying but i did it. also if there's any part of her character that i like...can't have or that isn't okay just tell me and i'll remove it or change it. i just want to make sure that everything about her is okay also i'm sorry it's so long i didn't intend for it to be so long)
Persephone Daye : Female : 16 : Shadow Elemental : Persephone is a slight girl, barely taller than five feet and thin as a rail, described by most as a ghost, the girl who's there one minute and gone the next. Because of her size she appears dainty and almost fragile, and Persephone wields this misconception like a blade, taking advantage of those who underestimate her and fail to anticipate her brutality. She has unsettling features, appearing to be a contradiction of herself with skin paler than death and long hair black as the night she thrives in. Her eyes, too, are a particular point of unease among others, a lavender so pale they almost glow in the dark. Some view these strange features of hers as a source of beauty, a delicate porcelain princess swathed in shadows, while others see her as unnatural and otherworldly, demon spawn that arose straight from Hell itself. She tends to dress in dark, drab clothes and stick to the fringes of crowds, doing the best she possibly can to go unnoticed among others. : Persephone is quiet, but not the forgettable kind of quiet. Though she never speaks unless she can contribute something important to the conversation, she never lets her presence go unnoticed; she is, to say the least, unsettling. A master of disguises and a wearer of a thousand faces; no one save herself knows her true personality, for she seems to be a different person in every interaction she has. Gaining her trust is an incredible feat that no one seems to have achieved, though why anyone would want her trust is a question in itself. The girl can hardly be trusted herself, and she lies, cheats, and manipulates others to get what she wants and to extract information. Rumors about her and her...unethical dealings are abound, though no one seems to know what's true and what isn't. She thrives off of the mystery surrounding her, adding it to one of the many thousands of masks she wears. Some would say she would stop at nothing to reach her goal. Some say she's killed people for the fun of it. Some say she's not such a bad person at all and merely uses all the gossip to hide herself. Some even say that, underneath all those masks, mystery, and rumor, she has a soul, and that when she does let herself care about someone, she cares almost too much. But these are all rumors, and no one knows the truth except for her. : Persephone grew up as an orphan but not really. Though her mother was alive and she even lived with her, Livia Daye would disappear for days at a time and turn up for only a few hours before taking off again. It was in this way that Persephone was forced to be independent at a young age, and it was in this way that she learned all her skills of lies and trickery. Persephone never knew her father, though the circumstances of her birth were no mystery: young, desperate, starving, and poor, Livia turned to...an unsavory way of money making, and Persephone became the inevitable result. Because of this, both Persephone and her mother were unaware that she was an elemental until her powers revealed themselves in her early childhood. Without a proper teacher, learning to use them proved to be a struggle, and this wasn't helped by Livia encourage Persephone to keep her powers hidden. Eventually, she ran away from home at age 13 in search of a proper teacher, and perhaps with the intentions of seeking out her father. However, due to her lack of training as a child, Persephone still has much trouble controlling her powers. She's often prone to outbursts and cannot use them for a prolonged period of time without tiring herself out, and the things she can do are weak and sometimes ineffective. : Livia Daye, her mother, and an unknown father. : ❥ [[ 𝚗𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 ]]

Ollie Richardson : Male : 16 : Commoner : Pale skin, light brown hair and light green eyes; His fairly short sleeved, velvety jacket covers him to just above his waist and is barely tied with string at the right side. The sleeves of his jacket are wide and reach down to well below his hands, they're decorated with a single thread lining at the sleeve ends. The jacket has a deep v-neck which reveals part of the graceful shirt worn below it and is worn with a small rope belt, which is held together by a simple knot. The rope belt is almost entirely a functional addition. His pants are simple and a comfortable fit and reach down to his bound cloth boots. The boots are made from a rare cloth, but are otherwise a simple design. : he is a loner, anti-social and is rude toward nearly everyone, even if there noble. though he doesnt normally insult nobles, if he has a reason to, he will. he can be caring and hates seeing people get hurt, elemental or not; if he see's someone getting hurt(no matter who) he'll step in and try to stop it with words first, if that doesnt work then he fights. : somewhere along his family line a light and nature elemental got together, but somewhere along the line afterward mostly only commonder's were born; he in heretied the light elemental's pale skin from his father's side and nature's elemental green eyes from his mothers side, but otherwise, he didnt heretic anything else. his parents died from a illness when he was younger, since then he has lived with his grandfather. : Mother(Deceased), Father(Deceased), Grandfather(Ryan Richardson) : GuardianofFireandLight
Ryan Bailey : Male : 55 : Commoner : He has Light skin, Gray hair and Light green eyes; His long sleeved, furred jacket covers him to well below his knees and is bound at the center. The sleeves of his jacket are narrow and reach down to well below his wrists, they're decorated with a decorative band at the edges. The jacket has a round neckline which reveals part of the luxurious shirt worn below it and is worn with a small leather belt, which is held together by an intricate knot. The leather belt is slightly decorative, but mostly there to hang things from. His pants are simple and a comfortable fit and reach down to his furred boots. The boots are made from a rare fur, but are otherwise a simple design. he also has a few wrinkles that show from age on his face. : Kind, Helpful and Docile man, he trys to stear clear of conflict and trys to teach his grandson, that he shouldnt always jump in without thinking. : He heretic his light green eyes from a nature elemental, but didnt heretic anything else. after his Son's Daughter died with her husband he toke Ollie in, Raised him. : deceased, Ollie(Grandson) : GuardianofFireandLight
(is this ok?) (Edit: Fixed the Clothing)

{ Tawnyfire, since this is in a medieval setting, think about the clothing they would be wearing. Things like jeans didn't come around until the 1800s. So if you could fix the clothing on the characters, that would be great. I'll add them when you do that}

"That sounds like a far less fun situation than your face would indicate." Blake stated a hint of question in his voice. Blake for one, didn't know how to swim so the situation she described would have been absolutely terrifying to him. Making him all the more curious about why she seemed so cheerful about it/

"I just find it funny how stupid I was at seven years old. Obviously I had to be a real idiot to go near the river in the first place." Thea explained. She was basically traumatized until she was about ten, then she just simply learned to be cautious when near the river. Especially during the flood season. "Don't worry, I'm not insane and think the prospect of death is funny."

"Well the jury is still out on the insane part. You are out having lunch with someone you just met after all. Though what that says about my own sanity is a question for another time." Blake joked, he was still wondering how he had gotten where he was(it was almost as if two people on magic glowing boxes had engineered this meeting) but he was finding the experience much more enlightening that he thought he would. Who knew fire elementals could be so relaxed about nearly drowning?

"Well, I do whatever I can to keep myself from getting bored. Because when I'm bored, not great things happen. But I'm glad your sanity is somewhat relatable to my own. It's hard to come by." Thea grinned, and almost like the waitress was waiting for them to stop speaking, she approached their table. Their food was in her hand, and she gave them the plates of food.
"There you go, let me know if you want anything else." She gave a friendly smile before turning on her heel and walking to another table.

Christian Sole : male : 22 : Elemental, Earth : Like all earth elementals he has a nice olive toned skin shade that he doesnt mind showing off. He has light brown hair and eyes. He stands around 6'5 and not surprisingly in his element is muscular. It's mostly his upper body but he overall is big in size. He weighs approximately 150, mostly muscle.: Even for an Earth Elemental, he has a hot head. He tries to keep himself in check but needs some help sometimes to stay calm. But other than that he is really enjoyable to be around as long as you stay on his good side.: History (optional) : He has a father but his mother died of a sickness when he was 15 : Longclaw511
Sorry about the short description and everything. It was a little hard to make someone fit Earth type because I usually do really chill and easy going characters. But I hope this works. I CAN Make It MORE Detailed If you want?))
