Oceanfeather's work slowed a bit as she listened to Shellstream speak. "No, I am but one cat who lives for the sole purpose of being the best cat I can be in RiverClan. If I stop now, I would be weak." She had a tired tone through out all that she said. Her paws started feeling heavy at the thought of a break but this is where Oceanfeather had to push harder. She winced and pulled her paw away when she felt a sharp pain. Her claw was ripped in half and a patch of fur was torn off of her paw. Oceanfeather looked at the branch she was working on. From it a a thorn stuck out. *I must have caught it between the thorn and the branch next to it...* she thought to herself

Nightflame was helping build up the elders den again.
Mossclaw carried in some reeds.
Coppers hade had gone hunting with Shininglight.
Thawpaw was carrying in moss.

Reedheart felt embarresed when she caught him staring. He shook his head before going over once Ottermask was done. "Need help?" He offered, always one to try and impress a she-cat.

Oceanfeather cursed under her breath. She gingerly set her paw down on the ground, as the exposed skin was starting to rub together and proved to be quite painful. She winced and shut her eyes tight but didn't try to draw attention to herself. There were others to be taken care of and she was the least of her worries. Oceanfeather began to make her way over to the medicine cat den, limping slightly but tried to hold back any pain she felt. Not to much success however. Upon her arrival she called out to the Clan's trusted Medicine Cat Apprentice.

Oceanfeather let out a sigh, as she remembered the medicine cat was out hunting for herbs for who knows how long. She instead of deciding to wait, limped back to the den she was working on. She would be okay. It's just a torn claw and missing patch of fur. Oceanfeather began to weave the reeds and branches together a bit faster than she did before, the tiredness shaken out of her by the accident. She stifled a yawn but tried not to take her eyes off of her work.

Diamondheart returned to camp with two fish, nodding to his clanmates and hoping to battle train with Thawpaw later. The deputy's youth certainly allowed him to move and work without tiring, as he was already a very hardy cat. He moved tirelessly, a rather handsome cat while he worked. He waved his tail and greeted Earthstar before moving to deposit his prey.
Ivypaw was practicing battle moves with Dewpaw.
"Ignore Reedheart, when you all talk. He's a mousebrain. But you. Don't let your past define you either. You and I will be warriors soon. Let's be tougher than cats like him." Ivypaw nodded.
