Misty ((Finish your work. Survive the semester, and reply to me in June! LOL )) mintedstar/fur🦇"Aye, it's always an opportunity to practice, with new people." Noir stated with excitement. He walked towards the edge of the curb, and stood there with a rather curious gaze towards the floor below, there wasn't much to look at there, since it was snow.. "(V)Well, I wish I could last night." He shrugged, "But I was several hours away from this town last night." He admitted with a shrug. "My supervisor needed me to look into something else, but with this out of the blue he asked me to come here as soon as I returned into town." He shrugged now, "I mean, I like working to death, but even death needs a breather." He stepped away from the curb now. "I have a name of the victim, and some information from the person who was attacked, as to whether I may release this information.." He rested a hand on his chin, "You (V)would need to ask my supervisor." He slightly looked up.

(Shining has goals for you, Misty. XD ) AuranskyDing! Eveline felt very much like she'd just been given a hint. Noir's words hit her brain and then bounced off and she gained quite a puzzled expression as she tried to figure out what had sent up a flare of recognition. It ended up being a waste of time, because like water, the idea slipped away. "And who," asked Eveline. "Is your supervisor?" It wasn't like she needed whatever information Noir intended to supply. She really doubted the man who had been stabbed was going anywhere and she also knew his name. But this odd man (oh so clearly supernatural, but what sort?) was someone far more curious. No, check that. She couldn't afford to find him interesting. This, all around them, this place was also out of the ordinary. And the fires. She'd known that from the beginning. She understood, when making a connection like that, why Noir's supervisor might think they were connected. They both had that odd sigh of being too ... too. Fires created by person or persons uncaught, with little or no evidence ever left. Then this attack, with evidence left, but far too much in her opinion. Evidence that wasn't always humanly possible. And Noir was looking slightly up. With Eveline suddenly hyper aware, this was throwing her as well. Maybe she just needed sleep if she was going to take even that slight action as suspicious.

mintedstar/fur🦇Noir walked around the scene again, he was clearly not your typical stand in one place kind of guy. He again looked towards the ground, then at times back at the sky. "I'm impressed.." He commented out of the blue. But he stepped out towards the street, there appeared to be no cars coming so he took the opportunity to walk backwards. "Hmm..." He looked at the scene as a whole, stopping midway. "I'm impressed to see that this fight took place in such a small spot. Sometimes fights get out of hand and resort to a wider radious-not this one." He started to walk back to the curb. In the meantime he took out a notepad and pen, sscribing on it he bit his lower lip as though in a deep mental battle on what to write. This was brief, as he had finished writing what he wanted. He folded the paper then gave Eveline a rather plain look. "Assuming you don't have time right now to meet him, just give him a call and you can probably set something out when you can. Whether it be in person or online as all the kids do it." He rolled his eyes at the thought. The reaper extended a hand to hand Evelin the folded paper, On the content of the paper, written in what appeared to be doctors unreadable handwriting was, "Rowlin S. Willow; phone/email" He silently stepped back after handing the paper.

AuranskyIn contrast, Eveline was a very stand in one place kind of person. She remained where she was, fiddling with one of her wrists a bit. She seemed a bit more surprised at Noir's sudden comment and she looked after him as he backed away from the scene. What ... ? "Ah," she said, getting what was being explained. He had a point. It was a concentrated bit of information that had been left for them. Left for them. Well, that was a thought, but she'd leave speculation alone for now. She reached out and took the slip of paper she'd just been handed. She opened it without hesitation, reading it easily it would seem, while with her other hand she reached into a pocket and pulled out a business card. "Here," she said, looking up. "This is a guy you should talk to if anything comes up on your end." Like the paper she'd just been handed, the one she was handing Noir seemed to have no connect to her. It said in print, very simple print at that, "Percival Regimald; office phone/phone/email" And underneath it, where the familiar name of the police office should have been, there was instead, "Six Stars Dry Cleaners: The Brightest and the Best Around!!" She seemed completely unfazed that she was passing a card around with this on it.

/ mintedstar/fur🦇((I had a good post going, then I reloaded this page twice)) Noir took the card with a silent nod followed by a tap against his fingers. He took out his card book, and put the card away. With that he glimpsed away briefly unsure as to where to take the conversation. I should go check the next scene... He looked at Eveline before returning his attention towards the scene. Do I just walk away, or end the conversation with words? "Noir!" Rowlin called out from the corner further down the street. He walked to the corner, then paused seeing a guest. Blinking to the surprise of seeing another person with Noir, he fell silent; surprised... well... He slowly made his way for the scene, his hands in his black coat's pockets. His face was covered by the warmth of a red scarf, which slightly swayed as he moved.

Auransky (OUCH! I am so sorry to hear that.) Eveline would have walked away if Noir didn't. She wasn't much for ending a conversation with more than a nod of the head farewell and continuing on her way. However, the appearance of a new comer (there would have been no feasible way for her to directly know Rowlin) caused her to remain where she was standing, hands now in her pockets, one gripping the business card and the other simply hiding away from the cold. "Hello?" she greeted, unable to keep the question out of her voice. It was clear that both this fellow and Noir knew each other. They both stood, looked, and acted like they did. There was no feasible way for Eveline to know who Rowlin was, however, she could gauge just a bit more about him from general stature, how he walked, and how he handled noticing her. If she could have seen his face, maybe she would have been able to figure out more. He was, against all odds, easier to read than Noir. Noir seemed all over the place. Like he picked up what was happening around him by jumping from idea to idea until he got enough information to form a solid one of his own. "Eveline Mortan Fir," she said, taking one of her hands and sticking it out in the direction of Rowlin. It was still the one holding the business card. "Greetings," she added, raising an expectant eyebrow, like she still thought he'd shake even if the card was in her hand. Or maybe, just because there was no feasible way for her to know who this man was that didn't always mean that she didn't.

Auransky“You don’t look like you’re ‘somewhat alright,’” Elliot stated flatly, glancing over at the woman to try get a better look at the amount of blood on her shirt. He had seen plenty of injuries during his time as an officer, so he could make a good guess at which were serious enough to warrant a trip to an urgent care center or emergency room. “That looks like a lot of blood loss.” And someone got away with a crime… That pissed him off. Any unsolved crime did, and the unsolved fires were at the top of his list of cases that frustrated him.

(*tilts head, arms go out, stretches, yawns* Hello everyone. Just going to throw the lazy lump out there and see what he does.)
Though to that omnipotent onlooker it is always clear who the culprit is spelling it out so often seemed to fix within the mind the guilt of another. Percival Winfred Regimald the III started fires. For that there was no denying or hiding. But to think that this was all he did, day in and day out would have been very misleading. In fact, it would have been downright deadly. No, no, Percival had a life far outside the wondering ideals of that nonsense that plagued the single paper every time a building burned to ashes. In fact, it was a pretty boring, solitary life. You'd think he'd have something to fill it with. The early morning light flickered through the shutters of the window and Percival's eyes temporarily squinted against the intruding light. Oh joy. Another day. It was in this fashion that the vampire found out that he'd fallen asleep in his chair. Pushing himself straight again he rubbed at his nose, sneezing once as every part of his body adjusted to the light and his head tilted to the side as if he was considering something in the Winter morning. His chest was warm. Good. One hand moved to grab a pair of glasses that were on the side table and he jammed them onto his face before standing. The glasses weren't anything that helped him see, as it were, they were more of that extra layer between him and when his eyes adjusted to the sun. He kept the same clothes that he'd changed into when he'd gotten back home. The only thing he grabbed before he left the house was his phone and his keys. The former he checked as he locked up the house, scrolling through old messages first. Checking. There was what appeared to be a string of numbers, completely random. They might well have been a telephone number, but a local one and certainly not one from the United States. C: Are you still up, Percy? My god, you think you'd learn to compensate for jet-lag. Percival closed this message before 'C' could chide him long distance anymore. He rolled his eyes heavenwards and walked down the drive, turning left as soon as he reached the street. Walking around in the cold was preferable to hanging around the house like he expected something interesting to happen.

mintedstar/fur🦇(( Gonna post two scenarios, you pick and we go from there.)) Noir turned to give Rowlin his full attention, despite this physical movement his eyes seemed very distant from the situation at hand. Rather it was almost as though he was zoned out from the situation, silently he moved a hand against the back of his neck in response to a cold prickle running down his neck. Geez... even in that form you put me on edge... He blinked thinking that Rowlin had called out to him. "Y-Yes?" He quickly addressed softly. Rowlin walked towards the two, with a bright smile hidden under his scarf, but his cheek muscles indicated he was smiling underneath. His bright green eyes were softened towards the two, once in close range he replied to Eveline's greeting, "Greetings" He replied, then briefly turned his head over to Noir with surprise, "I-I didn't say anything..." He replied with confusion. "Apologies.." Noir blinked, turning away to from the two to return his attention towards the scene in the background. He seemed to instantly zone the two out, or at least he wanted to. Rowlin returned his attention towards Eveiline, "How rude of me." He softly spoke out, realizing that Eveline had introduced herself. ""A pleasure to meet you, I'm Rowlin S. Willow." He pulled a hand out of his coat pocket then casually reached out for her hand which had the card. Yet~maybe he wasn't paying attention? Naturally a card would crunch between two hands, or another instance where the two hands feel uncomfortable when they collide. At worst one hand would retract at the feeling of the sharp edge piercing the palm. The two hands made contact and shook with the feeling of the card making contact between the two hands being entirely absent. During the entire hand shake, Rowlin's eyes kept direct contact with Eveline's eyes, watching her intently to demonstrate his full attention to her. "Fir, that's German right?" He asked with keen interest. Scenario 1: After shaking Eveline's hand, he softened the grip and took a step back with his head slowly tilting down to see his hand returning into the warm confinements of his coat pocket. After the two had completed colliding their hands together, it was revealed that the business card was still in Eveline's hand, in tact and in its natural state, despite the feeling of it being absent when the two hands collided for a friendly greeting only prior. "I hope the dead man wasn't giving you a puzzling time." He was referring to Noir. Scenario 2: After shaking Eveline's hand, he softened the grip and took a step back with his head slightly tilting down to see his hand returning into the warm confinements of his coat pocket. After the two had completed colliding their hands together, it was revealed that there was no sign of a card in Eveline's hand. The absent feeling of the card during the friendly greeting, can only lead one to conclude that the card had been collected during the exchange, a healthy guess. "D-Did you drop something?" Something the size of a business card, was on the ground, but he didn't pay too much attention to it as maybe it was there and he only glimpsed at it when he tilted his head downwards briefly back. MistyMariana couldn't help but smile, though slightly. Maybe of disgust to the fact that she was having some human scumbag help her out? They are here one day, and gone the next... little grass strips that fly with the wind.. "I guess you got me." She softly replied back. "It was a hit and run gone bad.." She spoke some more. "I wasn't hit directly, but I was on my...bike when I saw the two vehicles collide." She coughed. "The man who hit got out angrily and beat the other gentlemen sensibly. I happened to stop on my-my bike." She paused to take in a deep breath. "The one responsible.... for the crash... he beat the young fella and myself..." She took another pause. "The man who hit, his truck was still in better...condition t-t-then the car." She bit her lower lip now, "He put us on his truck, and pushed the other fella's car off the road. W-We passed out..." She added now. "The man drove into this town, and pushed me off then left..the other fella was still-still in the truck." She flinched in pain, Stupid, wolf.... She was still raging on about how she got hurt by Silverwood, but for now this was the story, and she would stick with it.
