❈ -- it's not possible to only like Moth Flight. just saying What exactly is that supposed to mean? Are you referring to her siblings? I've haven't read her SE yet, so I don't know much about her siblings, only her from the final DotC book. So yeah, she is the only one I like out of her siblings right now, and I haven't met Micah yet. I don't care much for her brothers, they didn't have much of a personality in DoTC. So yes, it is possible to only like Moth Flight. Just saying.

I think I remember Rock screaming at the Three, blaming that the Dark Forest is rising because of them, and the Clans. He also kept screaming, "Find the Fourth!" without bothering to help, and I am pretty sure he knew who the Fourth was. Rock is just annoying, but he's so minor, I don't really care for him much. The Erins tried to make him important but all he does is scream at the Three and Jayfeather for wanting to take Half Moon as a mate. He's no better than StarClan.

Why do you dislike Blackstar? I didn't care for him much. I didn't like the fact that he murdered two cats, and then later was rewarded with leadership. Even Firestar lifted a brow when he said he was going to moonstone. Imo he didn't deserve to be leader, even if he was a decent leader. Also I think he puts up a front a lot, he's always picking fights with Firestar, trying to act all big and intimidating. But then is easily swayed by Sol, mentally, to give up on StarClan, much to the rest of the clans disapproval. I think his mother is awesome, but he just doesn't live up to her in my eyes. He may have gotten ShadowClan back on their feet after Tigether, but personally I think Nightstar would have been better for them in the long run if he had lived.

Why do you dislike Birchfall? To me he didn't stand out much, and when he joined the Dark Forest trainees I actually lost a lot of respect for him. He should have known better, especially as a senior warrior.

This is my first time posting, so please be patient if I do things wrong. Now, I would like to reply to what you said here. Normally I wouldn't debate about Blackstar, but this is 'change my mind' so I will endeavor to do so. Firstly, 'he murdered two cats', yes and I agree that that was absolutely wrong. There is no excuse for it, it is just wrong. As for deserving to be leader, he may not have deserved it, but he was deputy, so he was next in line. It was Shadowclan's decision to allow him to be their leader, not Firestars . He is easily swayed by Sol, mentally, to give up on Starclan Well, he already had his doubts before Sol came. He admits to Sol that he was questioning if Starclan was right in sending them to the lake. He was weary of fighting the kittypets all the time, and was comparing everything to the old forest, which he had known most of his life. Then the eclipse happens and everyone is scared by that, and... Sorry. Actually, I have to go. I'll have to finish my thought later.

Thanks for waiting! Okay, let's see... so the eclipse happened and everyone is scared because nothing like that had ever happened to them before. The moon had been hidden but not the sun disappearing. There was nothing heard from Starclan beforehand, and apparently nothing after, as well. So Blackstar is confused and then comes Sol, and he finds out that he predicted the sun would disappear. To Blackstar that makes him someone worth listening to. Blackstar was already having doubts about Starclan and Sol convinces him that they either have no power to help Shadowclan, or that they don't care. After all, Starclan couldn't save their old forest, and led them on great journey where he at least lost on cat(rip Smokepaw) to a place that he was not sure was right, a place where kittypets fight back and there are fox traps and the twolegs camp on their territory every summer. And if Starclan can be wrong, than maybe the warrior code can be wrong, too, so maybe there's a better way to live. He's trying to do what's best for his Clan, even if it's not. Remember that Sol can be very persuasive, he almost had the Three following him. So to summarize my rambling statement: Blackstar already had his doubts, Sol just made up his mind.
I don't have your quote anymore, but I believe you said Nightstar would have been a better leader? I don't know, that's purely hypothetical and I'd have to think about that more. It's hard to guess. Also you said he 'didn't measure up to his mother' His mother is Hollyflower, I think. Yeah, I can't answer that either, she was in Yellowfang's Secret, right? I only read it once when I checked it out from the library, so I don't really know. You could give some examples, though.
Anyway, thanks for waiting so long, I tried to reply earlier, but my batteries died, and the charger wasn't working. I'm interested to hear(read?) your answer!

Why are you neutral on Brackenfur? I personally liked him a lot. I know his personality was kind of boring, but he would have had a much better personality if he had been a spotlight character. He would have become deputy if not for StarClan's sign, but he definitely deserved it.

Well, you have pretty much proved my previous points though. That Blackstar is mentally weak with his faith, he murdered two cats, and doesn't really deserve leadership even if he was a good leader. I still kinda just don't care for him much, he's just, there. And when I found out he died, I kinda shrugged it off, an off screen death is pretty messed up though.

Other than that he's a great warrior imo.

So I don't know if anyone's ask what you think of Dovewing. Sorry if they did but i'd like to here what you think of her Neutral, leaning on dislike. My opinions on her is quite complicating. I'll defend her for certain things, but then criticize her for others. I don't like how hypocritical she was when it came to Ivypool, saying she was betraying her clan but then going behind her back and seeing Tigerheart. She also had the gal to accuse Ivypool of wanting to take Tigerheart from her, yuck, and was utterly bratty about it and wouldn't believe her sister about being a DF trainee. I didn't like how much she whined, and complain, given she didn't have much time to live how she wanted and forced into the prophecy, I still found it to be annoying. Her whole character is summed up as a dramatic annoying love triangle, sister issues, and prophecy this and prophecy that, blah blah. One the other hand when it comes to Bumble and Tiger I would defend her, she owes neither of them anything and I dislike how she gets hate for their stupidity.
