Name : Cobwebstare Age : 47 moons Gender and Pronouns : cis(?) male, he/it Orientation : Pansexual Role : Healer Description : A small, lanky tom with oddly wavy white fur that tufts at his ears and tail, and often his pelt gets tangled. It has muddy yellow eyes that glint in the light, and sometimes it almost seems as though he doesn't blink (though he certainly does). He has barely-there stripes on his forehead and tail. Backstory : Growing up, Cobwebstare always tried to sneak into the healer's den, watching as the healer, well, healed others. The sight always entranced him and he quickly made himself useful if only to watch the mending process longer. It wasn't a big surprise when he became a healer apprentice, but the focus he showed during his training was odd to those who knew the dreamy young cat, who always seemed detached from situations. But having something he enjoyed as his main focus made things a lot easier on him and for those interacting with him. Still, he remains a bit of an oddball with a strange, distance inflection when he speaks.
Family : (Open to siblings, parents, previous mentor, etc. Also friends.) Other : Weird guy /pos. Unsettling but cheerful, loves anatomy and deeply curious. also sn is lepidopteran Codeword : Badtz-Maru or Kyupi Blessing : Spider attraction. Spiders tend to flock to him, which proves useful in keeping insects from eating the herb stores and in getting cobwebs quickly. Description : A dense-furred she-cat with a dark grey pelt, the dusty color broken up by white on her belly and face. One of her ears has a noticeable nick in it, and her front leg has an odd scar on the elbow. Pale yellow-green eyes, typically half-lidded in a stern glare.
Backstory : Raised in the clans, Alpineridge was afraid of heights. Which wasn't a great trait to have on a mountain. Her family urged her to get rid of this 'silly' fear, but no method was working. So, they decided they'd force her out of this fear just after her warrior ceremony. She didn't really know what her blessing was just yet. Until her mentor got her to stand on the edge of a cliff and look down, trying to help her conquer her fear. They didn't know the snow had grown loose, and she tumbled down below-- but her fall didn't hurt as it should have. She broke a leg, and though it healed properly, she still holds a grudge to this day, and that same fear persists.
Family : (Open to siblings and parents and previous mentor, though note they would've been semi-involved in incident. Friendships will probably develop during the rp)
Other : Stern, no-nonsense lady who dislikes inefficiency, but who is still afraid of heights, and generally kind of anxious. (also coming up with names for blessings is hard qwq)

Blessing : Fearful numbness. When she is in deep fear, like fight-or-flight response type fear, her pain shuts off. It comes back on a bit later, and only lasts about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast her fear dissipates.

Name : Flashpaw Age : 8 moons Gender and Pronouns : nonbinary, they/them Orientation : undecided (likely bi?) Role : Apprentice Description : A ginger tabby with darker swirling stripes, and white on most of their underside. Their eyes are dark amber and their nose and pawpads are all partially 'freckled', having darker spots. Backstory : You wanna talk about energy? Flashpaw has energy. Energy enough to be an absolute menace, at least by most cats' terms. They aren't intentionally being annoying but they are just a bit 'too much', overactive and excitable. For them it's been difficult to go through training, because the lessons just don't seem to mesh well with how they learn. Family : (Siblings and parents, and especially mentor. Also friend group :3) Other : Not much for backstory bc they are baby. Granting my ocs my adhd and/or autism one at a time. (May have noticed with the others too but shrugs.) Codeword : Badtz-Maru or Kyupi Future Blessing : Sun-charged. After resting in the sun for an hour or so, Flashpaw will gain a lot more energy, and will not need to sleep for a night. Starting out with only three characters for now, will likely add more later. Tell me if the powers don't fit here, I love making powers with drawbacks :33 (If desired I can make a leader for one of the other camps. Also side note but for me personally the font in the main post and this one are kinda hard to read? But it's not a big deal.)

Can't resist making one or two more cats XP I'm still open to making a leader too, I just don't want to yet in case others want those roles (though the high ranks should get filled out). Name : Cardinalcloud Age : 27 moons Gender and Pronouns : trans male, he/him Orientation : unlabelled (no pref) Role : Warrior Description : A short-furred calico who is mostly white except for his back, head, and tail, which all have splotches of black and red tabby fur. Has bright yellow eyes and quite long whiskers. Backstory : If one were to imagine the clan cat equivalent of the average Joe, its Cardinalcloud. Perfectly average in pretty much everything, his life has been... kind of forgettable? Not to say he himself is forgettable, no, he's such a sweet guy. More that he just hasn't had many important events in his life. Family : (siblings, parents, friends, former mentors, etc.) Other : Just a very polite guy. He is... a little dumb. But that is okay he is having a good time. Golden retriever energy. Codeword : Badtz-Maru or Kyupi Blessing : Soft paws. Cardinalcloud can walk on snow without sinking in or leaving pawprints. If his paws are in anyway damaged, even just one, the effect goes away. Good for sneaking around or just avoiding getting stuck in snow. Also, as a bonus, legitimately soft paws. He's always been worrier and he to sweet for his own good once when he was an apprentice he gave his prey to a friend rather than eat himself, after he was attacked by the Cougar during his apprenticeship he became even more of a worrier, which his mother found worrying, he also suffers from a lot of anxiety due to a lot of things mostly during his kithood as he was made fun of by his siblings for being the only hairless one in the litter, he's very nervous when talking to other cats due to it hes mostly comfortable talking to his friends and family but he means well mostly to his mate and kits. description: russetshade is a longhaired black tomcat, whose deep black pelt grew a great ombre of rust along the thick waves of his coat. his chest and neck fur bush out into a great soot-grey mane, seemingly untouched by the bleaching from many a day spent in the sun. any otherwise noticeable features include a white splotch deep in his chest, closer to the beginnings of his underbelly, and a white right forepaw. his eyes shine a deep orange hue, a shade not too unlike the reddened fringe of his pelt. some of his whiskers are also crimped and somewhat curly at the ends.
backstory: russetshade was clan-born, nothing else to it! he historically struggled quite a bit with the beginnings of his healer training, and often still invokes the name of his former mentor as he performs daily tasks - as if the name itself were to bless his work and make all things right again. he... lowkey had a crush. even though this cat was much older than him. (dw, crush developed when he was of-age, it was never reciprocated anyway.) ultimately, the former medicine cat of the xxx camp perished to a nasty bout of greencough, and this is something russetshade actively blames himself for each and every day. (he's fine, don't worry about it, he's fiiiiiine...)
family: open to any and all family!
other: a bit of a nervous sort who mutters to himself quite a bit, the anxiety can roll off of his poor thing in waves at times. he's been working on it though, and does his absolute best to not let it show/effect any of his patients! because who would like to be treated while your healer is sweating full-on buckets?! eye-contact is either an all-or-nothing with him, too. he's trying his best, i swear. he's otherwise very gentle and rarely cross, unless absolutely overwhelmed.

blessing: poison immunity; though it's not quite a true immunity and more of a resistance, russetshade bears the gift of being mostly-impervious to, well, most poisons. (at least, ones he's been exposed to and has tried... out of dangerous curiosity...) his current list follows: lilies, yew, nightshade, carnations, oleander, daffodils, and aloe. rather than succumbing, he'll often just get feverish and mildly ill, before sleeping it off within a night or so. volume of ingestion does not seem to matter. does this extend to poisons and/or venoms that come from live animals? we don't know... and hopefully, we never have to test it? hopefully this is entirely plot irrelevant, because i'm not good at coming up with stuff on the fly.
