Gulfstar || Talking to Splashfrost || SlightdappleHis gaze flickered over to the warrior. "Of course!" Sitting down, he left his tail curled up behind him- while his gaze fluttered around like a butterfly. "Should we go soon? I'm not sure if we can call it a dawn patrol if we don't hurry." His ears flicked- the only sign of annoyance while his tail curled up even more- not the only sign of amusement. |

Shadow in the forset, may or may not have a huge crush ( Ravenshadow) "Oh! erm! huh?" Shadow stuttered and his eyes met with Copper eyes, where those golden flecks too? Shadow paused his train of thought. I hope she's not upset with me... "Ah! uhm! yes, sorry, I'm Shadow, sorry that i crossed into your territory, i thought I had heard the mewling of kits and was looking for them," he paused his story, "sorry I'll leave now," he dipped his head and turned, about to leave.

"Alright," Splashfrost meowed, heading for the camp entrance. "Let's head for the beach." she meowed, brushing past the thick ferns and undergrowth that surrounded GulfClan's camp. "It's a nice day to be out patrolling." Splashfrost commented.

Rain
Rain stands up on the beach, and walks for a little bit, then starts to hear voices. (This is where Rain meets the clan) She makes her way towards the voices and runs into a tabby she-cat!

Gulfstar || Dawn Patrol || Slightdapple ( 🎃*:.｡. Rain .｡.:*🦇, please wait until Slightdapple responds before answering for now)  He would hear a crash in the bush and a cat crashed through- straight into Splashfrost. Intruder! Was his first thought- but then he scented the air- wait... There were other cats nearby! "Splashfrost!" He yowled quickly and nudged the other cat away roughly. He bared his teeth into a hiss and crouched down next to Splashfrost. "Splashfrost? Are you okay?" He waved his tail at Waspwhisker, "Make sure they don't go anywhere." Gulfstar pointed his tail torwards the loner. He sniffed Splashfrost quickly, making sure she was okay before pushing her up gently. Waspwhisker || Dawn Patrol || He eyed the stranger curiously- but he made sure to do it in a menacing way. Waspwhisker scented the air as well and glared at the loner. As Gulfstar helped Splashfrost, he edged closer to the cat, teeth bared and his pelt pricked up. "You've brought friends, haven't you?" He paused- but he growled- warning the strange cat to not reply. His gaze dropped to the ground for a split second- but then his head lifted and he- trying to act strong and tough(yadi yadi ya) threw his shoulders back proudly and dropped into a crouch, 'slithering' closer to the cat. He made sure not to go a fox tail too close to them and stayed back- waiting for Gulfstar and Splashfrost. |

Splashfrost bristled. She saw a young calico she-cat bump into her. "Who are you?" she asked. She heard Gulfstar ask her if she was okay. "I'm fine, Gulfstar. Don't worry." She looked curiously at the calico she-cat. She looked young, probably only around ten moons old. "Who are you?"

| Viper regretting things w/ Shadow | ✦⚝Stormscar⚝✦ | “Wait!” She said as he turned to walk away. “You heard kits around here? I wasn’t paying attention; if there are kits I’ll help you find them. I’m Viper, by the way.” She stood and followed him. He had muscles that rippled under his pelt as he ran, and she blushed under her own dark fur as he glanced at her. Those eyes… but she told herself she would have plenty of time to ‘acquaint’ herself with him later. Soon she too heard the distinctive mew of kits as well and they picked up pace. As they rounded a bend, they saw an overflowing river and a few kits washed up on the bank, mewling pitifully. Viper paused as she saw them. They were further down the beach, and she saw a cat huddled around them. She was about to rush out and help them, but she saw a few other cats emerge from the brush. She motioned to Shadow and they both flattened themselves in the grass and watched things unfold. She could feel the heat from his body next to him and she refused to turn her head to look at his face. They watched as the cats began to talk... Stormscar, you can start where you left off and give a description of Viper too if you like… ;) |

He stepped up and sniffed them, "Are you alright? You seem..." His voice trailed off, his ears pricked. Gulfstar turned back to Splashfrost and meowed in her ear quietly, "Do you hear something? Something like... other cats?" The fur on his shoulders was going up again. Stiffening, he heard it again, and he eyed the cat- Rain and Splashfrost curiously. |

|| Seafoam || Taking a Walk around the territory | Open
Seafoam was standing on the edge of the water, letting the waves roll over his paws. He remembered when he had lived on his own, and how lonely he had been. He did like the freedom of it though. Now he couldn't eat until those older and younger than him had, and he still was getting used to it. Multiple times he had caught himself almost eating his prey the second he had caught it, like he was used too. He did like that the clan took care of each other, and in the end, he knew this was the right choice for him. He closed his eyes, a new wave coming and splashing him in the face. Suddenly, he heard the wails of nearby cats. His ears pricked up, taking a sniff at the air. It was no use, as all he got was a wiff of salt. His tail puffed up, scared of what had made that sound, and what had caused it to be so. The cat wailed again, and he realized that it was kits! Seafoam rushed down the shore, gliding on the wet sand. He skidded to a stop when he saw the kits, small and feeble, laying in the sand.
|| Turtletail || In Camp | Open
Turtletail was pacing around camp. She had gotten up just as Gulfstar's tail had whisked around the entrance of the camp, out of sight. Now she was just waiting for him to come back. Turtletail hated that she only seemed to trust Gulfstar, hated that she seemed attached to him at all times. She wished that she would trust the other cats, because she knew that they were all trustworthy. I guess that Fluffy was fine, but he didn't join the clan. Maybe this was the universe telling her to make some other friends. But what if no cat ever wanted to be her friend? Turtletail resumed her pacing, as moving was the only thing that kept her thoughts at bay.
|| Creek || Idk, anyone wanna chat? | Open
Creek emerged from his makeshift nest, taking a sniff at the air. He was upwind, and he got the faint smell of salt! That meant he was close to the ocean, more or less. His fur stood up with excitment, he had heard so much about the ocean! Although, he had heard other cats call it the 'sun-drown place'. His belly told him to go eat something. He went further into the woods, opening his mouth to sniff the air. There! The scent of mouse filled his senses, and he crouched down to track it. There it is! Creek didn't really know how to hunt, but he had taught himself, and he caught his prey the majority of the time. He finally spotted it, the tiny creature sniffing around the roots of a tree. He leaned forward, his tail flicking. The mouse pricked up its ears, and Creek pounced, killing it with one bite.

Hi! fluffy squeaked to Turtletail and saw her jump. He lowerd his voice back to normal. "I know I'm not supposed to be here... But I've decided to join!" "Now do you know where Gulfstar is?" He gazed at her beautiful fur. "You really do have a nice coat" he said shyly.

Turtletail nearly jumped out of her fur when Fluffy appeared behind her. He's going to join Gulfclan? "Oh! Um. Hi FLuffy. Your here to join... Gulfclan?" Did he know she had been thinking of him minutes prior? Well, maybe the universe wanted me to have a friend after all. "Well Fluffy, you proobly should have waited at the border instead of just padding into camp, you could have been killed!" But, would Gulfstar have killed Fluffy? The two knew each other, briefly if anything. But the clan had started moons ago, would that knowing have saved him? "Um, Gulfstar went out on the dawn patrol this morning."

Gulfstar || //Spamming text at Slightdapple until she responds // Dawn Patrol || Slightdapple 🎃*:.｡. Rain .｡.:*🦇"Uh- I think we should go check out what that sound was. It doesn't sound right." He said, flicking his tail towards where the sound came from. His gaze was locked on Rain. "Uh..." It sounded weird to ask a loner in their territory to accompany them but he did anyways, "Rain, would you come with us?" Another cry- and then some nearly audible pawsteps. He smelled a GulfClan warrior over there as well. Stiffening, he wondered, were they meeting up and mating with another cat? Quickly he shrugged the thought away and led the way through the trees and bushes to where the sound was coming from. He gasped as he saw what but kits- and Seafoam. Tropic || //SELLING KITS BY DA SEASHORE!!!// Near Freezing || DewHe would meow at the stranger. But he felt attracted to their warmth. He left his huddle and edged closer to the cat- who seemed too shocked to move. They were wet too- but they were warm. He shivered and crouched under their warm coat. |

Gulfstar || Dawn Patrol || "I wonder who there mother is..." He checked the shoreline- then he saw that a flood occurred here just overnight. No wonder! He thought to himself. Is there mother... dead? Gulfstar was shocked to find himself thinking this but- what if it had happened. "Look at the shoreline... There was a flood last night. I wonder why the last patrol didn't tell us about it..." His voice caught in his throat- and he realized he was close to crying as he remembered when Nightsong had drowned during the flood. He looked at the ground, weakened by the memory. Tropic || //Ooh! We got customers!// Stole Seafoam's pelt and next up I am stealign Splashfrost's pelt. || He opened his eyes and peeked from under the strange cat's legs. Spotting the female cat, he- still shivering weakly trotted towards them, "Hungry!" He peeped at them- bouncing on their paws, only to fall at their paws, weakened by the tiny jump. |

Seafoam stood there dumbfounded looking at the three shivering kits. He knew it had flooded last night, how could it not with all the rain? But he never expected kits to be washed up with the flood. Seafoam was still getting his bearings when one of the kits snuggled up to him. He looked down and saw that it was a tom. The cats pelt was soaking wet, and still smelled of milk. Oh dear... these kits have just been weaned! Seafoam picked up the tinykit and padded over to the over two, bundling them together. He then curled his tail protectivly around them to try and warm them up. How am I going to bring them back to camp? Oh dear, we should have sent a patrol out the second it stopped raining to check the damage from the flood! Speaking of Gulfstar, suddenly the leader popped out of the trees with Splashfrost. Trailing after them... was a stranger. "Thank Goodness your here!" Seafoam exclaimed, just relzing that he looked suspicious with these unknown kits. I hope they don't think that they are mine! But of everycat, Gulfstar would understand... right?
[ Ooc: Why do I imagine this scene happening when its pouring out? Also, should I make a queen that maybe just lost her kits so the kits can get milk? or do we have a plan for that already? ]

Splashfrost looked at the kits with worry. She'd never expected kits to be washed away by the flood. What had happened to their mother? Such young kits couldn't survive for long out here alone. "We need to get these kits back to camp." she meowed decisively. A little tom-kit bumped into her, mewling. His fur was wet from the rain, and Splashfrost curled her tail around the kit, hoping to warm him up.

Seafoam picked up one of the cats at his paws, dropping it off at Gulfstar's paws. He then went back and quickly picked up the other kit, giving the stranger a weary look. "Let's go." He said though it was muffled. He started to pick up speed the second he started walking, and ended up running back to camp. The first thing he saw was Turtletail talking to a... stranger. The other cats entered camp quickly at his heels. "Wait... Who's going to feed these kits!? They're too young to eat fresh-kill!"

Turtletail spun around as Seafoam zoomed into camp, followed by the rest of the dawn patrol plus another cat. And were those kits with them?! "Wait... Who's going to feed these kits!? They're too young to eat fresh-kill!" Seafoam said. Who is going to nurse the kits? She wondered, not sure exactly what was going on. Kits?! Where had these kits come from? She turned back to Fluffy, who looked nervous. "After this you can talk to Gulfstar" Turtletail whispered to Fluffy, backing up let the other cats pass. |

Gulfstar || Coming back from Dawn Patrol || 🎃*:.｡. Rain .｡.:*🦇 Slightdapple Dew aquatail He raced to camp, picking you a random kit, and Splashfrost ended up picking up the one that was snuggling with her. Gulfstar cast a look at Fluffy- who was waiting beside Turtletail. Bending down, he carefully dropped the kits and nudged them into the nursery gently. He flicked his tail towards Splashfrost and Seafoam. "Do you guys mind taking care of those kits for a bit?" He left without hearing the response, too busy to pause. Leaving the nursery, he swooped his tail at Fluffy, telling him to follow him. Turning to Rain, he told them the quick story of GulfClan, "This is GulfClan. A clan... it's a group of cats- a big group. This is our camp and I am Gulfstar. The other she-cat that you ran into was Splashfrost. Oh my... she's going to claw my ears off for that." He continued, "She is our deputy- she's the well. Co-leader I suppose." He paused, unsure if the other cat understood. "We can discuss everything later- but for now..." He looked over at Turtletail and motioned for them to come over. "Turtletail will lead you to where you can sleep." Gulfstar glanced over at them, "And Turtletail, after you have, I want you to come to my den." His tail skirted the ground and then he flicked it at Fluffy, getting their attention. Motioning for them to follow him again, he trotted up to his den and sat down, dipping his head at Fluffy for them to sit down as well. He twitched his ears, slightly impatiently, waiting for Turtletail to come inside and explain. //just realized how short this was despite how long I thought it was// |

Splashfrost picked up the young kit by his scruff and headed for the camp. When the patrol reached it, Gulfstar went to talk to Rain, and Splashfrost curled her tail around the young kit again. "Sure, Gulfstar," she meowed. She and Seafoam entered the nursery with the kits, Gulfstar padding away from them.

Yo @dewbranch I already have the mother and father for the lost kits, i just hvn't rped as them yet, also could you please pay attention to recent posts? My and Raven's Ocs just found those kits already.
