Turtletail was very surprised when Gulfstar gave her Viperpaw as an apprentice. Also, Viperpaw was about her age (I'm assuming). But her stomach fluttered as she looked up and met Gulfstar's gaze. His words warmed her, and giving her this apprentice said to her: I forgive you, and I always will. Turtletail padded up to Viper(paw) and touched noses, whispering to the she-cat; "After an apprentice is named they touch noses with their mentor"

Poor poor rain Bloomflower dipped her head in thanks while Moonsky pondered his intresting new name, Moonsky he thought intresting. Bloomflower hurried back to her sleeping kits and looked at them with loving motherly eyes before curling back up next to them to take a nap. Moonsky hurried to the fresh kill pile, so much had happened today he had forgotten to eat, I'll be contributing to this pile soon enough, for now I will thank the clan for letting me eat he looked back up at gulfstar, waiting for him to announce more new clan members. (am not writting much due to busyness  ) |

He spoke again, continuing on to their mentor, "Your mentor will be Waspwhisker. Waspwhisker, you have shown energy as an apprentice, and you have also shown patience. I trust that you will pass on those skills to Rainpaw." He licked Rainpaw's shoulder and allowed him to go to his new mentor.

Around them, Turtletail huddled with Viperpaw and Splashfrost was talking to Shadepaw. He lifted his tail and puffed his chest out proudly. He bounded towards them and halted when they met. "I'll teach you to be a great warrior! I promise!" He said excitedly, his tail waving behind him. |

Quietly she turned and asked in a low voice to Turtletail, “Where did this clan come from? It’s not like cats are particularly native to this area.” |

From this day on, you will be known as Fluffypaw." He continued on to their mentor, "Your mentor will be Seafoam. Seafoam, you are determined, and I have always seen certainty in your step. I trust that you will pass on those skills to Fluffypaw." He licked Fluffypaw's shoulder and allowed him to go to his new mentor. He watched all of the cats, and then raised his voice into a yowl, "Viperpaw! Shadepaw! Moonsky! Bloomflower! Rainpaw! Fluffypaw!" His voice was joined by the cats of the clan, and he raised his tail in pride and happiness. The clan was strong, and there would be many more ceremonys.

Gulfstar || Waking up || SlightdappleHe woke up as he heard threads of bird songs coming through the lichen covering his den entrance. He rolled over and got up, shaking the moss from his pelt as he yawned. Gulfstar stretched and groomed himself quickly before bounding out into the clearing. Spotting Splashfrost coming out from the warriors den, he trotted to them. "The new cats seem to be fitting in well, from what I saw yesterday." He said, flicking his tail towards the nursery, where Bloomflower and her kits were. Not to say that Otterscratch had fallen asleep there and Moonsky had stayed there during the night, and hadn't come out yet. |
