That tom would have to wait, he thought. Gulfstar bounded up to the ledge that he usually made announcements on. It also sheltered his den, and he called out to the clan, "Let all cat's old enough to swim in the rapids gather around the Ledge!" (don't know what else to call it lol) He waited as the clan gathered. |

He then raised his voice, along with his tail, motioning for Shadow, Viper, Moon, and Bloom, as well as Rain and Fluffy to go to the front of the clan. "We have had a interesting morning, and now, we also have six new cats in our clan!" He paused, and then muttered, though loud enough for the clan to hear, "Well- that's not even counting the kits..." He leaped down in front of the semicircle of the soon-to-be GulfClan members. |

And then he continued, picking up the speed, "From this day on, you will be known as Viperpaw." He spoke again, continuing on to their mentor, "Your mentor will be Turtletail. Turtletail, you have proven your loyalty many times before and you have courage in battle. I trust that you will pass on all your warrior skills to this apprentice." He licked Viperpaw's shoulder and let her bound to her mentor. |
