Moonfreckle stared at the herb stores, trying to decide if they needed anything. "We are running a bit low on yarrow" Moonfreckle murmured to herself. She padded out into the clearing, looking for a warrior or Rabbitpaw to accompany her. She could go out alone, but it was faster if she went with someone else. "Does anyone want to go herb gathering with me?" She asked, talking to the remaining cats in the crowd.

Moonfreckle|Herb Gathering with Opaltail|Myrtleleaf "Yes, that is a good idea, we need watermint and yarrow, so if you could lead me to that Watermint patch that would be great" Moonfreckle mewed, following Opaltail out of the cave and into the territory beyond. She noticed that Opaltail veered off to the west, where they usually gathered watermint by the river closer to camp. "Did you find another River?" Moonfreckle asked. Watermint didn't need to grow next to a river, but that was where it was commonly found. The yarrow is this way too, so it should be nothing but helpful to us.

Edit: The purple I was using for Moon was an eyesore on the dark blue post backround, so I had to change it

You seemed a bit, unfocused today" Flowerfur remembered back to Kestralpaws apprentice ceremony, where Mothstar almost forgot to assign a mentor for the young cat. Something was definitely troubling Mothstar today, but what is it? And is Mothstar willing to spill to a young warrior?

I’m setting up drama, though…) Opaltail was startled by Moonfreckle’s question. “N-no, I just remembered something Midnight told me.” That wasn’t… entirely a lie. Midnight had told him to try to see stars, but that wasn’t all he was doing. Opaltail had seen a loner out west, on the edge of their territory at the foot of the mountain. He had hunted a sparrow for her, and he wanted to make sure the she-cat was doing well in the forest. He spotted a patch of yarrow and scampered for an excuse for him not to pick with Moonfreckle. “Oh, I think I dropped something around here yesterday. I’ll go on a little farther.” His heart raced at the idea of seeing the she-cat again.

Having trouble sleeping was affecting his duties above, he grumped towards the apprentice's den, glancing though the covering to watch his apprentice's flanks gently rise and fall. Even though they've barely spent time training, he had a feeling that Kestrelpaw had potential to match that of any of his greatest ancestors.
