One Night at Fourtrees (Happy Forumversary!)

Sunnyflight smiled. "Come on, then!" She said, spreading her wings and taking a small lift off into the air. "I know a quick way! jump onto my back and hold on tight!"

Excitedly, Sunnyflight soared into the air, feeling Pumpkinpaw's grip tighten on her back, a sharp pain piercing her fur, but she didn't mind, not for Pumpkinpaw. "Can I assume were friends now?" Murmured Sunnyflight, looking up at Pumpkinpaw and smiling happily.

Sunnyflight immediately reacted, diving down toward the barn. As they landed, Sunnyflight let her nose fill with all the smells.

She could scent the sweet smell of mice, ready to be hunted. Her ears twitched a bit, and she leaped toward a scurrying mouse in the hay. "Got you!" Hissed Sunnyflight hissed triumphantly. "It's kinda big, I won't be able to finish it myself, care to share?"

"Do you think they miss them or something?" Queried Sunnyflight optimistically. "If I were a clan leader, I would always believe in the best possible option. I guess it's just somethin' I do."

"Tribe... Don't know what that is, but I guess not. We live in mountains, sleep on clouds, the stars tell our elders things from the star tree, that kinda stuff I guess."

"Starclan? What's a Starclan? Is it like the mistywing's? Mistywing's are basically the cats that have died, and they talk to our healers about dangers and prophecies and stuff."

"Sort of. When you die and you're bad, you have to go to the place of darkness, there you must do nothing for the rest of your life-- Or death --So, yeah pretty similar I suppose. Hey, you know, it's been pretty fun hanging out with you," Sunnyflight said cheerfully, before rudely being interrupted by a yawn. "It's late out, and trust me, I'm not going back to sleep on the ground, I bet I could make nice nests out of this hay, If you want..."

Sunnyflight let out a short giggle. "Pretty hard, hey?" She mewed, as she swiftly jumped up. "It's pretty easy with wings!" She called down from the ledge. "Her I'll help you up," She said, reaching her paw down and smiling in a "you-can-totally-trust-me" fashion.

Yanking him up, Sunnyflight realized he had landed on top of her, and she scrambled out from underneath Pumpkinpaw, turning around to hide herself and pretending to look for a good pile of hay to use to make the promised nests. "This one looks good, uhm, what do you think?"

"Uhm, sure..." Sunnyflight meowed unsurely. Marigold, clan cats are weird... "I think this looks good. What do you think?" She moved out of the way to show Pumpkinpaw her nest. "I'll make you one next."

"What's a herb?" Replied Sunnyflight.

"Medical treatment? Don't you just use magic?" Asked Sunnyflight. "See?" She scratched her leg, and in a few seconds of waving her paw above the scratch, and a light blue mist cleared it up. "You don't do that?"

"Yup! Got any injuries you want me to heal?" Sunnyflight asked kindly.

"Pretty much, but I'm learning to be a healer... Can you keep a secret?"
