First off, Hello forums. Happy Overtaking-The-Original-Forums-Forumversary to you all. I'm so happy this little community still thrives, and I'm grateful to have gotten to meet all the people who are still here after all these years, or people who just came here for the first time without ever having known about the og forums. You truly mean so much to me, so here's to 7 more years of growing up together, living our lives, and sharing our love and sometimes hate for the silly little cat books we all came here for. <3
The moon glows round and bright...
... A mysterious power shifts among the stars of silverpelt. Once in these clan cats lifetime, and then never again, an arrangement of stars lines up in a perfect sync, and the moon beams down into Fourtrees. The trees tremble in the ominous wind. Something is coming. Something is here! Many things are here, in fact, as this is no normal gathering of the four clans, but many clans, many times, many places, many universes.
From the trees emerge shapes of other cats, strangers to this forest mingling among familiar faces. Intrigued, bewildered, some frightened, some in awe. As they try to figure out why and how they came here, they begin to share tongues. Who are you who has found yourself in this strange gathering?
The intention of this roleplay is to catch some of the "old magic" of what roleplaying used to feel like where anything could happen. There are no pre-planned plots, no hard rules about what you can and can't do, no guidelines for how to create a character and make sure the "genetics" are right or that you pick a name that would be "canon-enough". Simply have fun and let the cringe flow through you. I encourage everyone to rediscover what makes it fun for YOU and not be bound by worrying about what other people think or what would be good enough. I hope that with this in mind, you can even carry a little bit of the spark of imagination and cure the creative blockages that might plague you otherwise.
Some Loose Rules & Things:
- This RP will go for however long people still feel like playing it. It may be called One Night at Fourtrees, but hey, maybe time just works differently and we could all spend what feels like another lifetime here.
- There are no post length requirements. Write one word. Write a short novel. Who cares! Don't strain yourself for motivation you don't have.
- Please don't use post formats or fonts that could make it harder for other users who are on mobile or may have a reading disability unable to read your posts.
- Any type of character is fine. Canon, non-canon, different series, AUs. More than one person can be the same cat, or be the sparklekat sue of your wildest dreams. However, do not steal someone elses oc.
- Please DO introduce any intriguing or wacky scenarios you can think up that would make it fun and exciting!
- Please do not attempt to control other peoples characters/actions. If your oc has powers or something you have to come to an agreement with the other person that they are okay with it as well.
- Edginess is okay, overly descriptive mentions of harm or abuse are not.
- In general don't be a jerk who ruins the rp for everyone else, follow the forum rules, and have a good time.

Sorrelvine is a male tuxedo cat hailing from Colony Tempest, a group of cats who reside on an island without the presence of Twolegs. He wears a kelp eyepatch following an injury sustained while murdering a colony-mate in a fit of rage. He holds grudges easily, and is deeply fearful of being judged for his actions one day. Played By کیوان
Wetpool is a blue-gray she-cat with dark blue eyes. Played By 🍄🎶✨Brambleheart✨🎶🍄
Poppyheart is a night-black she-cat with green eyes. Played By Slightdapple
Mossclaw— torti she-cat with green eyes. Front paw is all black. Played By Captain Americat
Shinedawn-- pale golden tabby she cat with azure blue eyes and feathery white wings Played By ! (Ġray) !
Slippaw. H/h. Pansexual A nervous, skittish black tom with white-speckled paws. He has a fiery orange gaze and a skeptical personality. He enjoys having fun, but is often wary to do anything slightly dangerous. Played By Nettle
Lapislake a beautiful short-furred primarily white silver calico molly with striking blue eyes. Played By lazzylake
Brokenpetal- a cream and grey tom, with white paws, green eyes, his front right paw is twisted Played By Ember34
Leapkit - A small gray tom, who is actually not a kit despite his name. He has a vibrant rainbow tail and two small purple bat wings, orange eyes, and a yellow nose and insides. Played By Leapkit
Bloodyrose - The daughter of Blackstar, she looked identical to him until she killed so many cats her fur was permanently stained crimson. She has a tattoo of a rose on her shoulder. Played By Leapkit
Owlina - A young feline with a face as white as the moon and wide, lavender-colored eyes. Her pelt is plush and rounded with a beautiful light cream color. Speckles of gray and streaks of darker cream seem to accompany the owl-coated feline. Sometimes she wears as blue-to-green cloak and lace witch hat with strange eyes that shift their focus every now and then. Played By @swaggycassie
Ichorblaze is a black she-cat with pale pink markings on her left side and lime green markings mirrored on her right. Her eyes are the same colors, but on opposite sides to their respective markings. She has a curved pair of horns just in front of her ears. Played By Brownie
Bramblestar: He is a dark brown tom with classic tabby stripes. He has green eyes and a couple of scars on his body. Leader of Brambleclan a kit stealing clan. Played By @hawkeyes2581
Sunnyflight is an energetic, fun and loving she-cat! Her pelt is beige, but a sunny mural-like decoration runs along her flank. She has small, quick wings and a large, loving smile. Played By Nettle
