Sky Valley
Welcome to Sky Valley, the home of CliffClan, CloudClan, MarshClan, and OakClan. These four clans have lived here for decades, though not always peacefully. Tensions are high and the future is unclear as a new prophecy threatens the fragile peace that currently exists between the clans.
RULES:1. Follow all forum rules! Be nice, respectful, and kind to one another.
2. Please be fairly active in the RP! Try to get on at least two or three times a week, if you are going to be absent for longer than this just let me know! Thanks!
3. To keep things literate, please write at least four lines per post (to clarify, this means per post for an individual cat).
4. If you want to have border squabbles, that's fine! As long as the involved players from both clans agree. But please don't go overboard with this. If you/your clan wishes to declare war/invade another clan, please let me know ahead of time, and we can take a poll first so everyone is on the same page.
5. I will write the prophecy once we have 4-8 characters who are interested in being a part of it. If you want one of your cats to be a potential part of the prophecy, please put that in the "other" section of your form. Only one cat per person and 1-2 per clan can be a part of the prophecy. Also, if you have an idea for a prophecy, let me know!
6. Also, since things might get confusing with four different clans in one rp, I'm going to ask that you color coordinate the text of the cat you are RPing to the clan they are in. CliffClan is blue, CloudClan is white, MarshClan is brown, and Oakclan is green. If you can't do that, at least put what clan they are in at the top of your response  This is just to help save people from confusion ^^ if you read these rules, please put the word color in your joining form!
7. Please no romantic relationships/apprenticeships between your own characters! This takes away from the fun. I will be in charge of assigning apprentices to warriors (until we have all the Leaders claimed, at which point, they will be in charge of things like apprentice assigning). You can make siblings/parents, however.
8. Please join with at least two cats, and try to keep the genders even.
9. Each member is allowed to make 1 high ranking member per clan. But no one may double up on a position (meaning, you cannot have two leaders, two deputies, two medicine cats, etc.). Do not, however, make a leader, a deputy, and a medicine cat just because you can. Only do this if you are confident that you can handle the roles well. Positions are given on a first come, first serve basis, but if you accept a high ranking position, you MUST BE ACTIVE. It ruins things for everyone if they have a leader who is never online.

Cloudclan:
Rainstar slowly wakes up from her nap and lets out a yawn. She meant to wake up earlier, but last night, she had been apart of the moonhigh border patrol and ended up a lot tired than she realized. She and her patrol had checked the border near Cliffclan. She was never a fan of Cliffclan and tried to keep a close eye on them. Marshclan wasn't much of a threat considering she considers them pushovers. Slowly, she rises to her paws, stretches her limbs and carefully leaves her den to see what her clanmates were up too.
Eagletalon was out among the grasses mostly out one part hunting, and another part just out on a walk. He glances up as a couple of birds fly overhead. He watches them for a few before continuing onwards. He slowly makes his way towards one of the larger hills and hoped to get a better view. He wanted to hunt something before heading back to camp.

WILLOWPAW
Like most mornings, Willowpaw had woken up early, before most of the other apprentices. Her tiny fluffy body was coursing with youthful energy, and she couldn't wait to see what the day held for she and her sister, Missingpaw. Holding out a paw, the tabby she-cat gingerly brushed Missingpaw's cheek, she whispered, "Pssst...wake up!"
The tip of her grey tail flicked back and forth in anticipation as she waited for her littermate to rise for the day and end Willowpaw's loneliness and boredom. Since patience wasn't one of her virtues, she barely waited for a response before lifting both paws to push on her sister's side. "Come on, Missingpaw! I want to get going!" She whined impatiently, desperate to join the rest of the clan outside of the apprentice's den. In all honesty, most of the clan would likely still be asleep, but she didn't want to risk it.
FENNELFUR
Fennelfur had been sharing tongues with one of his fellow warriors near the entrance of the CloudClan camp when he spotted movement near Rainstar's den. The clan leader had slept in after a late patrol last night, and he knew she must be tired. Nodding a goodbye to his friend, he hurried over to the freshkill pile and picked out a plump rabbit. Hefting it up to keep it out of the dust, the orange and white tom trotted towards Rainstar and dropped the freshkill at her feet. "I, uh, figured you'd be hungry..." he mewed, awkwardly shifting his weight from one side to the other as he awaited her response.
The short-haired tom wanted to be helpful to his leader and to gain favor in her eyes, but he wasn't always sure how to go about it. But he figured that everyone likes to eat, so it would be hard to go wrong with that.

The CliffClan deputy had put Whisperwing in charge of gathering a group of cats to patrol the eastern border, where the river separated their territory from that of OakClan's. Looking around the cave where CliffClan made their home, the tortie she-cat spotted her mate, Swanflight nearby.
Smiling softly as she walked up to the handsome grey tom, she sat beside him and gave him a loving lick on the cheek. "Any chance I can convince you to join me on a patrol of the eastern border?" Whisperwing asked her mate, not doubting for a moment that he would want to join her, but still wanting to ask.

Applespots stretched luxuriously as he stood up. He had been sorting a few herbs and was sitting for quite sometime. As he stretched, the bones in his body crackled and popped. He let out a long yawn and headed out of his den. Applespots slowly made his way to the fresh-kill pile and sorted through it; pawing past a mouse and a shrew. Picking out a plump starling, he headed to a shaded area and camp and began to tear through the piece of prey
[Open] Turtlestar huffed as she heaved herself out of her nest after cleaning herself. She wished that something interesting would happen around camp, but alas, there was no drama or places to explore. The Clans had been a bit tense lately, but what did Turtlestar really expect; they were cats with their own territory and an intention to defend it. She hopped out of her den, doing a little dance as she sat down outside it.

Rainstar watched as Fennelfur walks over and drops the rabbit in front of her. She quickly realizes just how hungry she was and could faintly hear her stomach growl. "Much appreciated." She remarked as she lightly flicks her tail. "How are you doing?" She questioned as she crouches down in front of the rabbit. Rainstar figured they could chat for a little bit or as much as Fennelfur wanted to talk.

Cliffclan:
Blazefall hummed to himself as he made his way out of his den. He was getting ready to set out and gather a few herbs outside camp. He glanced around the camp, wondering if he should ask a warrior to join him. A sigh fell from his muzzle, deciding not to bother the others as he walked out of the camp.
Mothscar was curled up just outside the warrior's den. He yawned, slowly sitting up and stretching. His eyes scanned the camp, tail flicking as he walked around. He checked in on the others, peeking into the warrior and apprentice's dens to make sure they were alright.

The feeling of something poking her cheek cause a grumble to rise from her chest, her paw swatting out blindly before resting across her nose to settle back into sleep.
All the air left Missingpaw's body as sudden weight landed on her side. Her single green eye open as she used her front legs to push at her sister's chest. "Get off me, Willowpaw! You're heavy!" The apprentice rose to her feet groggily, shaking her body to wake herself. Nudging her sister's shoulder with her nose, she mumbled, "Fine, i'm awake!"
»»————- ★ ————-«« The large maine coon sat about cliffclan's camp, grooming his long tabby fur. He was prideful when it came to his appearance, taking immense amounts of time to make himself look presentable. He felt the presence of his mate before he saw her and looked up just in time for the quick lick she gave him upon his cheeks. A purr rose from is chest as he caressed her back with his tail lovingly. "a patrol? with you? i would never miss it!"

Always anxious, the patched maine coon wasn't the most sociable cat in the clan, and couldn't handle a lot of activity unless it involved few of his clanmates.
His pale green eyes caught sight of Blazefall leaving camp alone. Picking himself up, the tom trotted quickly after the medicine cat. "Hey Blazefall," Ferncreek greeted quietly as he came up to the red tom's side. "Would you like a companion?" he inquired. His eyes drifted downwards as he stuttered, "Un-unless you would rather be alone? W-which is.. which is fine, I can head back!"

Lavendertail was out roaming in the hilly grasslands that were CloudClan's home. She wasn't really looking to do anything specific aside from enjoying the scenery. Suddenly, she caught movement in the corner of her eye. Was it prey? No, it was just Eagletalon doing a bit of hunting. She wished she could go over and have a chat with him, but didn't want to ruin his hunting trip. Lavendertail decided to creep closer towards Eagletalon and wait until he was done stalking whatever it was he was stalking. Pigeonpaw lied down on his back, somewhere near the edge of camp. He had been bored all day with nothing to do but sit around. Mistywillow hadn't called him for training today, so he assumed that he was pretty much free to do whatever he wanted. Whilst lying on his back, he watched his toes as he made them stretch and relax. For some reason, he found it very entertaining. He let out an amused squeal as he rolled over and attacked his toes.[open] |

Blazefall jumped at the tom's voice, tail flicking quickly from his nervous he was"oh, sure. You can join me"he said softly"i could use an extra pair of paws"he slowly began to walk again, tail very barely brushing against Ferncreek's side. Blazefall was mainly looking for borage and poppy seeds, running low on both

Eagletalon reaches the top of the hill and looked out at the scenery in front of him. He could see the trees in the distance marking the territory of Marshclan and possibly some of Oakclan. A part of him wondered what the other clans were up too. Eagletalon takes a moment to relax and sits down on the grass.
