Gabriel Krusen ; 27/28 ; Man ; Class A Teacher
Gabriel was named after the legendary tale of Gabriel (or Abraham) Van Helsing. The jist of the idea behind the person was that he was a fallen Ark Angel, trying to redeem himself by hunting the monsters that roamed the earth. However not monsters that are considered shadow people that lurk in the darkest corners, or poltergeists either. More so of the infamous Dracula, Frankenstein, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hide. Now, with the BBA in order and running, Gabriel seems to live up to the title his parents have given him. His hair is a styled undercut, the hair color being caramelized toffee (brown with creamy blonde highlights). The locks are short, giving it the look of ruffled feathers. His cheekbones are high, but the soft skin over them subtly make them distinct. His eyes are a Serene color, and seem to reveal the rare odditiy found within his family's genetics. Thankfully, it wasn't mutation. He stands at about 6'3", at average height and seem to wear... Not so average clothing. He's always professional, with a hint of late 1800s clothing. He wears a black button up shirt with a black vest with highlights of sapphire, and black pants that house equally black riding boots that reach his knees. Often found sitting over his shoulders while outside is a black tail coat that hold a ruffled layer over the shoulder blades and around the shoulder with a stand up collar. Gabriel isn't one to talk, and instead finds interest in the confines of his own mind. That being said, he doesn't talk unless needed, and he's strictly business. He keeps a straight face, and its very rare to find the smile that he often flashed while being in the Academy in his younger years. He never acts upon a situation, nor mutants or other monsters unless he knows definitely that they are cruel, and evil. That being said, he isn't trigger happy at all.

(one down, yay!)
Alessandra Cusmano ; 17 ; Female ; Class B
Alessandra is full blooded Italian, and she makes you know it with her afternoon Siestas. That being said, she doesn't even bother to do well in her testing and makes herself quite lazy. Curly chocolate brown locks bounce every time she skips down the hall, and she flashes pearly white canines in her unashamed flirting. She has a softer face, and her Azure eyes stand out in the darkness that frames her face. She tries batting her eyelashes to the teachers in hopes to pass on by without trouble, but ends up more in trouble than she was already found in. The female is only 5'2", and walks in converse that slap lazily on the ground when she carelessly moves about. She's not really skinny (or fat), and complains on well... her chest gets in the way most times. Anyways, she often drowns herself in her black hoodies and black leggings. This being said, she often glares at people when she is found trying to hide in the corner of rooms to sleep while her hood is up. Aside from the cheery face and friendly atmosphere, she seems to say that her family comes from the haunting of Plague Doctors. Because of this, she often disappears for the nights with no moon, and will be adamant as to not come out until the break of dawn. Theres a rather large tattoo of a crow's wing outstretching over her shoulder and down her arm, and is rarely seen (as she sometimes removes her sweatshirt to find a new tank top. A noticeable marking, or mutation, is that she is said to smell like constant spices and other herbs because of what is believed to keep the scent of the plague from being inhaled by the said Doctors. When there is no moon, she hides because her supposed power is most predominate, with the large disfiguration of that being hidden behind the mask of the plague doctor- burn scars and markings. It's unknown as to what kind of monster created the disfiguration but its believed in the family generation as one of the victims was a monster and had punished her family through generations.

Gabriel Krusen
The teacher that usually was picked to be left behind in the attempt that the kids get lost on patrols. The teacher that, even if he had wonderful scores back in the day and now, was stuck, inside a building. Of course, he had been rather amused after first, and over the years it took him to let his lips curve in a frown when he wasn't allowed out after the 6-7 years he worked there. Until now of course. All thanks to Alessanda Cusmano.
The short Italian had simply walked past him while stuffing her mouth full of bread and some fanciful pastry items on her way to her room. Of course, seeing her left behind made the man irritated. He had originally was just going to let her slide and those fluttering lashes go, but his Serene gaze met the strange Azure ones, and he used the youngest to his advantage. He let her in on a deal, saying she can take as many siestas she wants as long as they get to go outside and check on how the expedition was going.
It worked surprisingly- how Gabriel got the short female to cooperate, he wouldn't tell. But he got to the armory, loaded himself with holy water, a cross bow and silver arrows with rock salt, and handed Alessandra silver bullets and a wooden stake in the shape of a cross. That led to where they were now. The man walking along the forest, in search of the group while trying to avoid confrontation. It managed to prove a small success, emerging from the trees with crossbow slightly raised towards the group.
"Well I'll be damned," his deep voice rumbled out as he lowered his weapon. An annoyed look then twiched his brows as he glared at the mingled group. "Class B must've done amazingly to be in the presence of Class A," he remarked, although a tone of amusement and... Praise was held in reguards to the lower class.
Alessandra Cusmano
The short Italian, to say the least, was smearing away crumbs as she walked through the brisk morning air. The female was actually quite content with the fact that she was with the quiet and (somewhat) handsome teacher. In fact, all she did was walk casually through the misty area and gave a hum when they stepped into the clearing.
Her eyes wandered away from the group, knowing if she made eye contact with her classmates that she would probably be hassled by them. She knew they had every right to, but still. It wasn't her fault the moon decided it didn't want to show up last night. Her gaze traveled to the ground, slowly scuffling and stifling a yawn before bounding after the teacher that opted to move ahead.
"Morning~" she told the group in a voice that suggested she had little sleep, and gave a little giggle in the end as she opted to stand by familiar faces. It was probably a great idea too; she was feeling uneasy with the quiet presence the higher up teacher had. He was great in his classes for a reason, now wasnt he?

Lilah almost felt bad for this monster. It could never be a match for this astonishing duo. At least that's what she told herself as she spotted a flicker of movement from below. It was Fiona, diving beneath the beast, as if that was an intelligent idea. She had half a mind to yell down at her to stop being stupid. Until the monster started to stumble. Tossing a glance over her shoulder, she realized what Fiona had actually done, and began to cackle. It was a short lived triumph, seeing as Lilah was, once again, thrown in the air. This time was much less ceremonious. The creature's jaw fell to the ground, the wire snapped, and the thing lurched to the ground, all in one fell swoop. It left the student laying on the ground beside the now motionless monster, covered in black goop and groaning. She wasn't hurt, thankfully, but quite out of breath. Stumbling to her feet, and finally taking the time to look at her kill- because the thing was, it turned out, dead. Apparently sawing something's jaw and half of its neck apart killed it. Lilah giggled. Then burst into full out laughter, filled with endorphins and adrenaline. Probably a dangerous mixture, honestly. "Haha! You don't mess with Lilah Chastain!"
Cassie was ready to just take a break from life at that point, because there were so many things happening, and she was just a poor, lost and confused kid who didn't even belong here! And now, she had shot her friend, had some girl kabob a monster in front of her face, yelled at a girl who randomly threw spears, and- and! Cassie was practically hyperventilating as Stile dragged her away, eyes widened and blank. She couldn't even say anything, only really reacting when the teacher showed up. "...c-can we finally go back now?"

Fiona felt the weight of the beast pressing down her chest, it's thick skin rubbing against her face. She hadn't quite managed to slide out of the way like she hoped. Legs free of the beast's carcass, she kicked wildly for a moment, trying to haul herself free. It took her a solid minute or two, which was by far the most terrifying minute she'd ever experienced. Something could attack her right here and now and she'd be entirely defenseless. Heart pounding a mile a minute, she finally managed to lift part of the monster up just enough to slide forwards and out. Covered in blood and mud, she slowly lifted herself up to check carefully, make sure nothing was broken. Reaching down, she ripped her spear through its body and picked up the katar and tucked it into her belt. Glancing around, she realized the battlefield was nearly empty save for herself and Lilah, who was currently mid-celebration. Swinging the spear over her shoulder and back into its carrier before charging over to Lilah with a wild grin. Without hesitation, she reached down and picked her up, swinging her around in a massive hug, "That was amazing! You were so incredible, you rode that sonofa like a pro!"

Piper straightened as he heard the familiar voice of one of their teachers, throwing a glance over his shoulder at Mr. Krusen. The bit of confidence he had accrued during the skirmish seemed to quite visibly drain away as he dropped his head, hand falling from where it grazed his sheath. "We should meet the others-" he pointed out, taking one last look at the bloody and ruined stretch of clearing in front of them, and the mangled corpse of the big monster, the two responsible for it looking prideful, deservedly so. He shivered and drew in a breath, making brief eye contact with the teacher. Piper never particularly liked any of them, as the staff knew about his condition and liked to make that fact as emphasized as possible. It was hard to trust them when they seemed to peer hungrily into his glass cage, waiting for him to lose it or die. Frowning, he nudged Seven before climbing back up the hill, hand pressed to his thigh and head ducked into the collar of his coat.
Sure, getting shot sucked, but Stile wasn't exactly going to hold it against Cassie. After all, she was a newbie and held her shotgun as if it were a wild animal. She had room to learn, and at least this was the worst thing that had happened to her so far, and not something more deadly. "I'm pretty sure we have to make sure the other group is safe. Then we're done, okay?" he insisted, patting her shoulder. "Then you can brag about your sick skills, Ms.Gunslinger." He turned to catch Lilah in his glance, mouth twisted into a begrudgingly proud smile. He didn't want to praise her recklessness, but it was kind of badass. At least now his fragile motherly heart could stop worrying.

Gabriel Krusen
Gabriel looked to Piper, and then to Cassie and Stile. Hearing the questions and statements, his nose twitched. He saw the damage both groups had done. He didn't see Piper and Class B like the others did. In all honesty, he saw them as one with unique abilities that could be taken with caution and could ultimately be their aide should they all treat each other like they were normal humans. His boots crunched on the leaves, lowering his weapon and easily striding up. He was mulling over the options. It seems like one of them- Stile wasn't it?- was wounded, Cassie was shaken, and the others seemed a bit dazed about the ambush. He couldn't blame them, but what he could only hope was that Stile wasn't wounded from the monsters but rather maybe an accident caused by one of the students.
Turning his head, his hair was tugged lightly in the wind as his unusual and dark gaze flicked about. Coming to a pause, he raised his crossbow to one of the trees ahead and let his calloused index finger pad pat the trigger. An arrow let out with a soft puff of air and whizzed past the duo ahead of him. The silver arrow glinted in the morning light and lodged itself in a small monster, the black inky liquid of its lifeform oozing out as Gabriel moved on ahead in swift movements. His hand outstretched, fingers wrapping around the length of the arrow and tugging it up from the fur and twirled it between his fingers before looking ahead.
"Don't let your guards down. There's always more," he called out to them in a low tone as he opted to jog ahead and tuck his arrow into a sleeve that was perched on his back. The leather gave a low creak as he slung it over his shoulder. "I don't want to explain to the annoyance of a staff on what I let happen on my expedition out here," he added over his shoulders as he opted to steal a glance behind him. That being said, he made sure to look at Piper before turning his gaze ahead. Surely these kids couldn't be that much of trouble, could they?
Alessandra Cusmano
Alessandra gave a silent sigh through her nose. That's what happens when you're short. You're rarely noticed. Her footsteps echoed a bit more sloppily than that of Gabriel's, jogging after and making her way up to the leader of Class B and Seven as she made notes of who was there with them. Wow, good thing she wasn't really here. But then again, it would've helped overwhelm this nasty stench that's looming around them. Her azure eyes looked down to her converse as she swallowed nervously, the scent of lavender and fresh spices overpowering her nostrils as she begun to internally panic. What if Gabriel ends up turning them all in for mingling? It was taboo- God forbid the classes mingling.
Her eyes flicked up to the silent teacher as he called out his warning, the man holding a slow pace as he opted to scan the area and make a cover for anyone who straggled behind or so. Giving a quiet sigh, the Italian let out a muffled yawn and muttered out, "I want to siesta now..." Her tiny frame moved a bit faster, arms moving back and forth to help propel her body further up the hill and finally to Piper's and Seven's side. "Aish... Don't tell me you did this all? I applaud you... I cant even walk without messing myself up," she complimented their work, making a gesture to the bodies about them and turning her eyes upwards. A smile graced her lips then. Even then, she managed to nudge the stranger of a man and grin. "Theres no need to get down over Mr. Krusen here. He's pretty chill. In fact the staff say he wont really harm or consider others low without sensing the bad intentions within them."

Lilah had been a little too preoccupied with her own victory to notice Fiona struggling beneath the monster, flailing her limbs and kicking her feet in some deranged happy dance. So when she a body slammed directly into her, there was a moment where she stiffened, terrified some monster caught her in a moment of vulnerability. Only, it was about as opposite to that is the situation could get. Lilah was sure if she hadn't just killed a giant monster that she would be shaking and stuttering- Fiona tended to have that effect on her. Instead, Lilah giggled, clinging tightly to Fiona. "Well, what can I say! I'm a little bit great. But you were too! Like- you killed all those tiny things! Look around, they're practically all gone. And it's not like I could've taken that thing down without you."
Cassie was still just spooked.

Anna watched as the larger monster went down, twirling her knife in her hand. Exchanging a brief glance with her brother, she darted off towards the lighthouse in a blur of motion. The appearance of one of the teachers had been unexpected and changed a thing or two, but it was of no concern to her now. As she reached the lighthouse, she did a few loops around the perimeter. Everything was all clear and she raced back down towards where her brother was following the others who had stayed behind to fight. He gave her a big grin, covered in ichor and mud, but obviously unharmed. She gave him a slight slap on the shoulder, then glanced over at Stile and Cassie, "It's a clear shot to the lighthouse from here, as long as we move fast."
Seven scrambled up the slope, struggling to keep pace. The adrenaline was beginning to wear off and as he reached for a tree to pull himself up a slick portion of the path, he noticed a slight tremor in his fingers. Gritting his teeth, he gripped the sapling with as much strength as he could muster to haul himself forward and calm the vibrations. He just had to get to the lighthouse. Then he could collapse.
Fiona grinned up at her. The pair were a mess, Fiona's slide in the mud had blackened her side and she had a few twigs tangled in her thick red curls, but she didn't care. Lilah was right, they'd both done some serious work, "Let's call it a team effort then." Speaking of team efforts, Fiona glanced around to see who had remained and what she saw infuriated her to her very core. There was no way. It was unbelievable that the only two members of her class who had apparently stayed to fight were Seven, the class joke, and Cassie, the new kid. Where was Wisteria or Geoff or any of her other fighters? What's more, the majority of those that remained were from Class B. Her expression of excitement faded for a moment. This was unacceptable, her class had been shown up by the freaks. But as she looked back up at Lilah, with that pure excitement in her laugh, she couldn't hold onto that anger at the moment. Her smile returned as she gently let Lilah down and flung an arm around her shoulders. She'd chew the class out later. For now, she was merely glad to have someone to enjoy this little victory with, "Come on, let's go brag about how badass that was. I think we deserve some medals for that performance."
