Only wanted to look at the allegiances… And does Spotfur just not have kits??? They’re not listed at all.

At least Cherrytail and the daughter that had stayed with her exist in these allegiances.
(Idk if they’ve just been back and I haven’t noticed though.)

Also really wish the apprentice section existed…
Would also be very morbid if Spotfur’s kits just all died and that’s why they’re not in the allegiances.

Her kits are around at the end of Daisy's Kin, but I'm pretty sure that book ended during A Light in the Mist. When DK ended the Sisters were already gone, while they were still there at the end of TPONS.

I only stopped by to see the names of Spotfur’s kits.

I actually quite do like the prologue though. Seeing Ashfur's psyche and it being outright confirmed that he views himself as the good guy is incredibly interesting to me. Seeing how actually bitter, resentful, and jealous he is just makes him all the better. The fact that he actually outright despises StarClan and how he, over time, was able to do what he did.
While I feel this is certainly referring to his feeling of entitlement to Squirrelflight, I wonder if perhaps it's also referring to the fact that his death was covered up? He himself says he never forgave Hollyleaf for murdering him, so I think it's likely.
Regardless though, this just makes Ashfur even more of an entertaining villain. Seeing how far he's truly fallen is a delight.

RIP again, Snowtuft (though given that quote, I don't actually think he's dead)! Also, loved the prologue and now we finally know what happened, but wow the exposition dump! I wonder if Ashfur will ever get his own novella. And always nice to see Leafpool again.

Flipclaw isn't in the allegiances once again.
No, Snowtuft! :c I really wanted him to survive and make it to StarClan.

Alright, prologue's pretty dang interesting. Just some initial thoughts -Ashfur's internal psyche is 10/10. He is so completely batshit, it's great. He still thinks he's 100% right and that everyone else is wrong and I love that, he's so driven. The way that he thinks he's some martyr for enduring Brambleclaw's body -The way his possessing is described is so creepy, his thoughts forcing into their heads -Shadowsight's taunts on Ashfur are great -I feel like Ashfur's mind control is a little too easy to break. I can see the logic in him being too unfocused to make them attack, but his victims all being able to bolt off just like that and needing to be rounded up, I dunno, I feel like that's too much. In my mind, it'd be better if they were freed but kind of just standing there, dazed. -I appreciate that Shadowsight having a concussion is basically consistnet for the entirety of the prologue -AShfur regaining control is so chilling and good, and I feel like the scene might have been better if there hadn't been that aborted escape attempt. I think that would fix this from feeling kind of revolving door-y Though I do appreciate Mapleshade getting clapped -SNOWTUFT THE MVP! Now THAT is a good justification for an escape! -Bristlefrost believing in friendship is cheesy but very in-character, how her optimism has been rewarded. She's peppy -The poison water and fog continue to make the DF feel very atmospheric -Willowshine had better be lying as some kind of ploy from Ashfur. Snowtuft can't just die off-screen like that, not unless he gets a novella or something. Honestly though, it's still a cool death -"I don’t know why you thought you could fight the Dark Forest cats alone.” Sus Willowshine is sus -I love that my headcanons on the Dark Forest basically being controlled by force of will are true. Ashfur's evil will is just so strong he shaped a world. The friendship stuff is corny but it's good corny imo, but I can see how this will be base-breaking -The fact that the universe is starting to warp due to the light and dark being out of balance is kind of awesome and exactly what I wish we'd seen more of in OOTS when we saw that the Dark Forest was beginning to corrupt and poison the living the world. I really like that idea, that the eldritch dimensions are fusing together and it's all wrong.

Tbh on the matter of Snowtuft's death I really doubt it's true, because that one quote definitely has to come from him.

Extremely disappointed about Snowtuft's death, ESPECIALLY since it was off-screen. I'm pretty sure this is the real deal after the whole Willowshine thing where people weren't completely sure if she was dead until later on. I'm not sure why the authors thought that was a good idea after all of the positive attention Snowtuft was getting. Right like why bring him out of obscurity and make him so prominent and with a change of heart if you're just going to do him like that. I really hope it's a fake out

Does it say how she lost a life? Nope, just that it was her first life lost. Should've been her last. Expect lots of grumbling from, Mistystar is just ugh.

Hm... based on what Stemleaf said and since it was from Bristlefrost's PoV, I wonder if she'll end up moving to SkyClan after all, regardless if the first code gets changed or not, though it would certainly make things easier. But poor Ivypool should that ever happen.

Wow! I really don't like what they did to Ashfur in TBC, but dang, his PoV was really dark and intimidating! I enjoyed reading his PoV. I hope we get a novella or a super edition on him!

Really hope Ashfur gets his A$$ handed to him . And they don’t Give him a flimsy redemption arc at the very end . Cause I can totally see them pulling some crap like that . But keeping my Fingers crossed it doesn’t end like that Plot twist: Snowtuft was actually killed off screen at that quote is Ashfur being redeemed
