Name: Bricen Hall

Description: Bricen stands at a good six feet four inches in height. His hair is short, barely passing his ears. Its color is like that of freshly fallen snow. His eyes are a sterling silver. As for his normal clothing are his scientist jacket, a pair of black jeans and shirt. Inside his jacket he as a pair of straps that go over his shoulders, which is where he keeps his pokeballs.

Personality: Bricen is often quite, often sticking to himself and his work. However, he doesn't do this because he dislikes other people. He is just very socially awkward around other people. Now when he is with pokemon, now that is another story. With them he is more open and happy. But when he does get comfortable with someone then he will do anything for them.

Background: Bricen was born in the Hoenn region and stayed there until going off to University to become a fully fledged Scientist. Upon doing so he decided to travel to several different regions running different experiments. The most common of which boil down to fossil locations and pokemon migrations. Now he has come to the Pato region to do the same.

Other: Bricen keeps a sketch book to draw what he finds.

Lani smirked feeling pretty confident in herself. "Don't worry boss I got this!" She moves her hands to her hips and holds her head up high. "So boys how are we doing this? Shall Chomper here take both of you on or should I make this a double battle?" She had no doubt Chomper could beat them but didn't mind using her other Pokémon.

Olive takes a moment to count the number of starters that she has. There had been a good number of new trainers recently and she was starting to slowly run out. "I'll have to either send a letter or call Roni." She mumbled mostly to herself. Olive would have Laurent remind her later. "Now what to do next."

Professor Olive turns around and looks at him. "Ah, hello Bricen how are you?" She asked giving him a friendly smile. Olive remembered when Bricen came to her lab and how nervous the poor man was. Olive did her best to make sure he was welcomed and loved at least by her.

"I'm good just checking up on my starter Pokémon. There has been a lot of trainers coming by and I may be running low." Olive said as she moves her hands into her lab pockets. "Anyway, what has you stumped? I might be able to help."

Scientist Bricen: Archie Town with Professor Olive

A small blush appeared on his cheeks as he said," W-well if you are sure that you don't have anything better to do t-then I would welcome the help." He reached into his lab coat and pulled out a map, showing it to Olive. He then asked," S-so where should we begin."

(I have to ask how did your character become the champion with just a deerling? Cause Alder is a tough champion)

Engi gave a small nod. "I'll give it a try, I'll join," he said, after some thought of the information. He couldn't determine if he would stick with this, but for the time being it had his interest, and who knows maybe with some experience during his time apart of it, he would choose to stay. "Sooo...am I like supposed to shake your hand or something? To like....officiate?"


Nanji got knocked off his feet by the first attack. When the second one hit he scrambled back to his feet, seeing how injured Willow was he flashed out a poker all. "Willow return," he said, offering a small smile to the now contained Pokémon. "You fought well." Taking out a second one he tossed it into the air. "Eve, help out please." A Mimikyuu appeared from the thrown pokeball. "Use Shadow Sneak."

"Viper use bite on the gabite and Chomper use water gun on the Typhosian!" Lani called out to her Pokémon. She hoped to do a little bit of damage to each of their Pokemon.


Kyle watched as Typhosian was hit with water gun but stood his ground. The fire type shakes his head and growls ready for his trainer's orders. "A little bit of water won't stop us! Blaze use Flame Charge!" Blaze lets out a cry before racing forward his body suddenly incased in fire and hits the Croconaw.

Engi gave a small nod. "I'll give it a try, I'll join," he said, after some thought of the information. Nanji grinned as he watched Shen catch the pokemon. "Good job!!" He walked over after picking up his Mimikyu, happy to see that Eve was okay. He would also need to check on Willow and get her healed up. "You and your pokemon are really amazing together." He looked at the duskball that Shen now held. "What do you plan to do with them?" With the pokemon attacking trainers, it wouldn't be smart to release it where it would encounter them, but then there is the off chance that it might attack other wild pokemon. He hook out his head to clear his thoughts. He was happy that he had been able to help the ghost hunter with the situation.

Neo holds his hand out. "A handshake would be part of it. You are officially apart of the group once you acquire your uniform and go through the orientation. Sometimes, there are extra steps but I have a good feeling about you." There were times, they needed to test their potential grunts but he would see how their latest group would be.
