(I'm going to do posts in groups. So like, I'll do Spiderwatcher(with Windpaw), Swiftpaw(with Rowanblaze) and Foxtumble(With Jackdawstar/Vixenshine), because they all are still at the camp and will catch up to the group when Vixenshine is done with naming her kits and comes out. And then I'll work on Silentstar and everyone else.:3)

Foxtumble
Tom ; Warrior ; 28 Moons
The breath the tall orange tom was holding was released upon the reluctant agreement of his mate. While conflict was clear in her amber eyes, his own orange eyes blazed with a happy relief. The panic that had clutched his chest, eased at the mention of naming their three kits. Each one nuzzled close to her belly, not aware of the dangers of the life they had been born into. He touched his nose to Vixenshine's as the red-furred queen spoke of naming them before leaving, "I won't let anything happen to you. We will move slow. We will keep our kits safe. I will be by your side the entire journey." Determination was thick in the warriors voice as he spoke to her. Finally, he crouched down and gazed upon each of his kits. He gazed upon the fluffy reddish orange she-kit that his leader had pointed out. A murmur spread around the nursery as he spoke, "She's almost as red as a rose."
His gaze flickered over to the ash-brown tom-kit beside his fluffy sister. A purr of amusement escaped his maw as he touched his feathery tail to the odd-one out of the orange and red family. "What about Cinderkit for this one.? He stands out so much from the rest of us." His orange eyes flickered up to meet Vixenshine's, before glancing at Jackdawstar. Ears twitching, he could hear the clan's leaving the camp. While they wouldn't move too fast, he felt his own paws growing anxious to leave. He blinked gratefully at the black tom, relieved he was sticking behind to help them catch up to the rest of their clanmates.

As the clans moved into position, Swiftpaw hesitated as the groups began to file from the camp, Silentstar at the lead. Her gaze flickered to the nursery, where Foxtumble and Jackdawstar were still at with Vixenshine and her kits. She opened her maw again, only to find relief filling her as her mentor mentioned them waiting back and waiting for the group when they were ready to go. She shook her head, her eyes were shifting to a green color, as the morning light grew around them. Shifting on restless paws, the golden bengal molly moved closer to the nursery, ready to take over carrying one of the kits when the family appeared. She looked back to Rowanblaze, fixing the sandy ginger tom with a grateful look. "Thank you, Rowanblaze. I just don't want to leave them behind. And with a group of us, it'll be easier to catch up to everyone else."
While Swiftpaw was known for her ambitious nature and aggressive attitude, she was one of the most loyal and attentive apprentice. Her skills had developed quickly into her apprenticeship, her long legs helping her to achieve many skills in hunting and fighting. With the help of her mentor to keep her head clear, even after losing everyone in her family, she had focused greatly on her training. In the last moon alone, she had become one of the greatest leapers and fastest in the clan. Her legs had grown longer and stronger with each day. At first, the decision had been made for her and Rowanblaze to join Spiderwatcher and Windpaw in moving around the clans. Swiftpaw had quickly argued that they should be with the queens and kits, in case something happened or they started to fall behind. Her being fast, would mean she could run ahead to alert anyone of anything serious. ❖ [Rowanblaze(aether) ] ❖ [ Journey time. ] ❖ [Heathclan] •❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅•
Moonpaw Molly ; Apprentice ; 10 Moons
As the older tom insisted that she share the bird with him, she simply gaze a reluctant sigh and dipped her head. As he shoved the remains towards her, the apprentice hurriedly finished it off, before cleaning her face. Her herbs were now gone and she had some prey in her belly, she would be ready for the journey. Well, as ready as anyone could be. As Birdscreech got to his paws, the light brown bengal molly jumped to her own nimble and delicate paws. Her gray eyes followed Birdscreech's as he watched the Heathclan medicine cat pad wearily to her den. At the same time, Silentstar was pulling the clan out of the camp to begin the journey towards the mountains.
Heading after the fluffy gray tom, she kept silent as they moved into the medicine cats den. Her head tilted slightly as he spoke to Galewhistle and she gave a small purr in agreement to his words. She would gladly help throughout the journey. Excitement sparked in her chest at the thought of working with the two very skilled medicine cats. Learning from both of them. For a moment, her paws tingled at the thought of being a medicine cat. A dream she'd had in her mind from the day she could walk. "I'll gladly help. Let's get these herbs and catch up to everyone." She touched her nose to her medicine cat's cheek, before turning and helping bundle up some of the herbs for the journey. After a moment, she picked up one of the bundles, before waiting to follow the other two from the camp.

Spiderwatcher Molly ; Warrior ; 40 Moons
Seriousness pierced the warriors face, sharp yellow eyes focusing on the two clans as they moved out of the camp and headed towards the mountains. She flattened her ears slightly as she watched Silentstar pulling, not only her own clan, but Heathclan from the home they'd always known. While she wasn't upset at the Bluffclan leader, now that the moment had finally come to leave, she felt a pang of sadness to watch them move past her. She pricked her ears back up as she glanced down at her apprentice as the smaller molly joined her. She gave a dip of her head in greeting, before touching her nose to the tip of Windpaw's ear-tip. "That's right. No cat left behind." She glanced back into the camp to see Rowanblaze and Swiftpaw waiting for their leader and Foxtumble to reappear with Vixenshine and her kits. Birdscreech and Moonpaw were with Galewhistle, helping her to gather whatever remainder of herbs they could bring along. While the rest of the two clans had slipped from the camp, leaving the once bustling camp, empty and still. "It's weird to think none of us will ever be walking back into our home, ever again."
While she'd been speaking, Honeypaw had pranced right out of the camp, not a care in the world. Foxtumble followed after her, a lot more serious than his apprentice. As they moved after their clanmates, Windpaw's words touched her ears and the black feline turned her head to glance at her apprentice. Amusement filled her yellow eyes and she couldn't help but snort in laughter, before shaking her head. "I don't think anyone could change Honeypaw's ways. Foxtumble definitely has his paws full. I'm sure that she gives him a run for his prey." ❖ [ Windpaw(~Skyblaze~) ] ❖ [ Journey time. ] ❖ [Heathclan]

Silentstar Molly ; Leader ; 70 Moons
Pushing her way forwards, Silentstar gave a dip of her head to Spiderwatcher as the molly stopped outside the camp with her apprentice and waited for everyone else to file out. The Heathclan warrior and Windpaw would make a walk through the camp when everyone had left, just to make sure no one was left behind, before they would join the rest of them. As she moved out into the open, she became aware of another stepping up to her side. Glancing over, her gaze landed on the serious face of Stormchill. The charcoal-grey tom strode beside her, not looking back at the home he was leaving behind. Her ears twitched as he spoke, a soft murmur, that she was guessing was directed at himself. Giving a short nod, she turned back as she walked to watch the two clans, many walking beside members of the opposite clan. "And so, it does begin." She agreed, voice thick with emotion. 70 moons she had moved among these territories, 40 of those moons, she had led Bluffclan. By far, this was the hardest decision she had made as a leader.
For a moment, she hesitated in her steps, wanting to turn back around and go home. Then sadness grew in her tan eyes as she shook her head and turned to look straight ahead, eyes locking on the mountains that were resting in the distance. They seemed so far away from here. "We have no home to go back to. The only thing we can do, is move forwards." She herself didn't expect an answer from the Heathclan warrior as she spoke, trying to convince herself more than any listening ears that this was the right choice. She offered a small smile to Stormchill as they walked among the open ground. Anxiety filled her chest as she felt the vibrations of the twoleg monsters. Glancing around, she could see the monsters and twolegs moving along the moorland. They were a distance away, but still uncomfortably close to the warriors and the Heathclan camp. She could hear the obnoxious noise as they tore up the earth and the hollers of twolegs from where she walked. "I'll feel much better when we are far away from them."
Part of the land ahead had already been torn up and destroyed by the twolegs. Thankfully, the ground had been abandoned by them once torn up, as they moved to another section of the moor. They would be able to make it through the now muddy and ripped up earth, without a fear of the twolegs catching them or the monsters hitting them. For a moment, confidence hit the black and grey spotted bengal as she quickened her pace. Her tail twitched behind her and she moved with a purpose. She couldn't help but feel grateful for Stormchill's presence in leading the two clans. While it wasn't another leader or even a deputy, knowing someone else was by her side, eased her mind.

Shadedspeck
Tom ; Elder ; 150 Moons
His words had been greeted with many protests, from not only his denmates, but some warriors as well. He gave a weary sigh, but didn't argue as Graypebble forced him to eat his herbs. The moment he had finished them, the Heathclan elder was roughly nudging him up and out of the den. He kept his head down as the group followed around them. His heart went out to Mysticpaw as the tom offered to assist them and Graypebble gave him a harsh growl. Shaking his head, he was relieved that Beetleflight took up next to him and welcomed the Heathclan apprentice to assist them. Soon followed was the voice of the Heathclan warrior, Stormclaw, as he took up position on his other side, urging him along after their clanmates.
He turned his head as Graypebble touched his cheek with her nose, before stepping back to allow his denmate and the Heathclan members to guide him along. As they pushed out of camp and worked across the more, the scent of the twolegs and their monsters carried through the breeze and hit his face in an icy blast. He scrunched up his face, wishing he could see the destruction. As Stormclaw moved away to speak with another warrior, Shadedspeck limped along, his joints already aching. Yet, he head his head high as he shuffled along the moor. His black and white fur brushed Beetleflight's as he walked with his clanmate, Mysticpaw moving to his other side, yet letting him walk on his own. He appreciated the chance to walk as a warrior would, not wanting to depend on anyone. "How bad is it.? The moor.? I can scent the twolegs." While he questioned Beetleflight, his voice grew thick with anxiety. "How I wish I could see." While the tom didn't scare easily, this scared him. Not being able to see. Having a hard time hearing and walking. Not knowing what lay ahead of them.

Feathersoul Molly ; Queen ; 35 Moons
As Lynxkit settled on her back, Feathersoul gave her mate a warm purr. While her eyes reflected her worry, she kept her head high and her voice positive. As Wolfstorm spoke of other warriors being around to help them, Honeyshade slipped up to them, greeting her. She murmured a greeting, dipping her head warmly to the golden and white molly. "Thank you." Her voice was quickly cut out as Tinykit interrupted her and squeaked at the Heathclan molly. Amused, Feathersoul shook her head at Tinykit. "Tinykit. Your father is going to carry you."
"But Mother, what is Silentstar or someone else needs Father. I'll be holding him back. Paalllleeeeeeeaaassseee."
As weariness filled the already tired queens face, she glanced at Honeyshade with apologetic eyes. Flicking Tinykit in a scolding way, she tried to hush the little kits begging. While his words were true, she didn't expect anyone else to deal with her rambunctious, yet frail kit.
❖ [Wolfstorm&Kits(~Skyblaze~) Honeyshade(willowflower)] ❖ [ Journey time. ] ❖ [Bluffclan]•❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅• Tinykit Tom ; Kit ; 1 Moons
Excitement seemed to explode from Tinykit as his fathers words and he nodded enthusiastically. After a moment, tiny claws pricked the warriors back, as the little kit kneaded at his fathers back. Within a few moments, he settled down, resting perfectly with his paws tucked, between Wolfstorm's shoulder blades. Yet, him settling down only lasted a moment as Honeyshade padded up and greeted his mother. The little brown and white kit hopped back up, tail waving as she spoke to him. His mixed yellowish/green eyes squinted at the golden and white Heathclan molly as she addressed him.
"Who are you.?" The squeak left him before he even thought better of it, before he pawed at her, eyes widening. "Can I ride on her back.?" While she wasn't someone he had met yet, her soft voice was inviting to him. He had yet to truly understand the differences between the two clans. Seeing everyone as a friendly face. •❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅•
Rushingfire Tom ; Senior Warrior ; 68 Moons
Finishing up his herbs with his nose staying scrunched the whole time, he watched Brookesong lap up hers, her nose scrunching up as well. Amusement flickered in his gaze at her words, and he wondered how many other warriors had the same thoughts about the bitter herbs. As she finished her herbs, Foxpounce stormed past them, bumping Brooksong and sending her stumbling. His fur automatically bristled at the tom that he had fought with, just the night before. He flattened his ears slightly as he glared after the Heathclan warrior, grumbling to himself. When his friendly brown clanmate turned back to him, a purr in her throat, he couldn't help but loosen up and flatten his orange fur again. Giving a sigh, he shook his large head and pricked his ears back up, listening to the clans bustle together and work their way out of the Heathclan camp.
While he was sad about leaving Bluffclan territory behind, he couldn't help but feel relieved to be leaving the Heathclan camp. As he followed after Brooksong, his orange eyes which now turned a shade of yellow in the light, met her welcoming green eyes. As she expressed her nervousness with shuffling paws, he murmured his agreement. "As much as I hate to admit it, I'm nervous too. To leave everything behind. To not know what lies out there. Anything could happen." He paused at her last words, wishing very much that it was just Bluffclan. Yet, he saw wisdom in her words. Two clans, were better than one. More paws to guide the weak and feed the young. He finally caught up to her, brushing against her smaller body with his thick fur. "Many more sets of paws, to hopefully get everyone to the other end of this journey, yes.?"

Mysticpaw Tom ; Apprentice ; 8 Moons
At first, Mysticpaw was discouraged by Graypebble's snipping, but quickly piped up as Beetleflight greeted him. Stepping up to the grizzly black and white tom, he walked by his side as he padded with his friend. He gave a dip of greeting, eyes serious, yet light. "I will do everything I can to help." He pricked up his ears at the mention of stories and couldn't help but be excited to learn about the Bluffclan elders and their stories of their lives and clanmates. He glanced back at Graypebble and Sagetail as the two elders joined together and followed the group. Swiveling his ears back, the white tom listened for the two, in case they would need help, before passing a glance at his mentor, Mossystream. His tan eyes searched his mentor for a moment, before he dipped his head and answered Beetleflight again. "I'd be honored to hear any stories that you two have to share throughout the journey. I'm sure you have much wisdom to pass on to many of us."
The two Bluffclan toms were the oldest in both clans, and while Mysticpaw had heard much about the two, he hadn't met them more than a couple times at gatherings. As Stormclaw moved away from Shadedspecks side to speak with Harestep, Mysticpaw slipped onto Shadedspeck's other side and watched as Shadedspeck lifted his head to take in the scents of the moor. He could almost feel the anxiety coming off the elder as he questioned Beetleflight.
•❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅•
Graypebble Molly ; Elder ; 76 Moons
As warriors and apprentices moved into place around them, Graypebble felt herself growing overwhelmed. Touching her nose to Shadedspeck's cheek, the gray elder fell back and joined her clanmates side. Gray fur brushed the brown and white tabby's as they walked after Shadedspeck, Beetleflight and the others. For a moment, the icy breeze was a breath of fresh air for her. But soon, her legs grew stiff and her fur prickled uncomfortably. The cold would only cause her arthritic bones to ache even more. Glancing at Sagetail, worry sparked in her amber eyes. She knew the colder weather made the toms breathing worse, and wondered how this journey with be on him. Giving him a gently tap with her tail, she blinked warmly at the previous deputy of Heathclan. "Are you alright, Sagetail.?" While he was older than her, he would be as healthy and able-bodied as a warrior, if his breathing didn't get in the way.
As they stepped out of the camp and moved slowly across the moor, she looked in horror at the destruction that had taken place across their homeland. She hadn't been out of the camp in moons, and her heart ached at seeing the ground churned up and muddy. With Leaf-bare falling on them, it seemed the twolegs were working faster, in the hopes of finishing whatever they were doing to the clan's territories before the first snow fall. "Great Starclan.." Her voice was a whisper, a faint breath that escaped her as she looked on in horror.

Honeyshade Heathclan || with Tinykit and Feathersoul Honeyshade couldn’t help but smile warmly at Tinykit, bowing her head so that she was more eye-to-eye with the little kit riding atop his father’s back. “You best listen to your momma, tiny one,” she said, her whiskers twitching, “if only for the sake of her sanity.”
It was funny, how quickly she was charmed by this little kit. She’d never given kits a thought, herself. When Terrance asked her long ago if she’d ever want kits, Honeyshade had snorted and said, oh no, I’d make a terrible mother.
She gave Feathersoul an understanding nod, and stepped to the side to give the queen and her mate room to move out. Honeyshade gave Vixenshine and Foxtumble a quick glance, then quickly glanced back away as the orange-furred warrior touched noses with his mate, feeling as if she’d intrude on a very private moment.
“My name’s Honeyshade, by the way,” she told the brown and white kit. “I’m from Heathclan. What’s your name?”

Featherfall - 🌊
- 🕊 - Shadepelt ;; - 🕊 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🕊 - fire ;;
Shadepelt’s words did not sound very convincing and simply by watching the thoughts flash over his face Featherfall could sense a sort of… confusion exuding from him. There was something strange about the way the jovial tom turned conflicted. She did not reply to his weak answer, nor did she nod or give any other indication she was listening. She merely stared at him with slow blinking eyes, studying him as though she were a medicine cat, and he was a new herb. There is something strange about him… that I do not think even he knows.
He continued with the conversation and Featherfall glanced forward again, letting her eyes scrape over the earth ahead of them, then to the outskirts of the group. Despite being engaged in a discussion with the tom she was still alert. Her ears flicked and swivelled, her nose twitched and caused her long whiskers to move with it. ”I’m sure the journey will be testing to everyone soon,” she offered quietly, ”Even myself.” She held no farse confidence that she happened to be superior simply because she was a strong hunter who appreciated the rocky slopes.
She frowned slightly, still with her head turned forward, and pondered. There was no way for the molly to possibly know what was to come, but she felt a nagging sense of responsibility in her gut. ”If you feel as though you need any help,” she finally turned her intense yellow-green gaze back to the tom, ”I’ll be here.” Featherfall was aloof and independent but that did not overshadow the fact she was a loyal warrior. Shadepelt was her clanmate. Her words were unmistakeable serious. While others would say something to lighten the mood or offer more thoughts and opinions she did not do so.
[ Featherfall can be Muse N! I would probably be nice for her to have a purpose haha. She could also stand to lighten up a bit xD
Stonepelt - 🌊
- 🐚 - Gullfeather, Whiskerflick ;; - 🐚 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🐚 - shadowstreak ;;
Whiskerflick watched with a bewildered gaze as Gullfeather turned and stepped away from him. No longer under her scrutinizing gaze the tabby tom felt the tension release somewhat from his shoulders. However, he was still nose-to-nose with Stonepelt. Still, Stonepelt was crabby like an elder, all talk but no action. Gullfeather was fierce and stubborn, so she was the one Whiskerflick truly didn't want to offend. "I didn't mean to upset you guys..." Whiskerflick mumbled, averting his yellow eyes from Stonepelt's intense green gaze.
Stonepelt opened his maw to respond but glanced back towards Gullfeather instead. Strange as it was, he found himself admiring her haughty fierceness. "You're right." He replied. Once more he short Whiskerflick a pointed look before the grey tabby turned and padded after Gullfeather. He did not like the uncertainty that began gnawing in his gut as he watched Gullfeather walk a few paces ahead. He didn't want to give other cats the wrong impression. He didn't like Gullfeather, she was the one who had been so close to him! He lifted his chin willfully and determined that he would rather be alone.
Now... why did he feel disappointed? His sides felt bare and his mind was left to wander and overthink; why hadn't he felt that way before? He let his gaze lift and linger over Gullfeather's white and grey pelt. She's done something to me! There had to be a reasonable explanation. He marched forward and came to her side so their pelts brushed but not so close as they had been before. He felt warmer now and briefly he wondered what it had been that he was planning to say... "You-" he started and quickly closed his mouth. "You might get lost if I'm not here," he finally mumbled, the words reluctantly falling from his maw. "Then I won't have anyone to annoy with my bee-brain."

Rowanblaze - 🍃
- 🍁 - Swiftpaw ;; - 🍁 - HeathClan Camp ;; - 🍁 - ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ ;;
The sandy-coloured tom dipped his head peacefully at Swiftpaw's grateful look, when he raised it again his amber eyes glimmered with affection for his apprentice. "You're right, Swiftpaw. You are always correct in following your instincts." The tom knew as well as anyone the harsh life Swiftpaw had led which is why he always tried to inspire trust and honesty. How could he earn her trust if he was always bossing her around? He padded to the nursery and settled down nearby the entrance, sitting with his back straight and his bushy tail curled over his toes. His ears perked to take in the sounds of muffled voices and distinctive kit-squeaks. The sounds of it warmed his heart and despite the dire situation they all found themselves in he couldn't help but smile.
A silence fell over them, disturbed only by the rustling of bushes when a breeze whipped past. Rowanblaze fluffed his soft pelt and shivered. "I'll be glad when we are moving!" He meowed with a cheery tone, then chuckled. "Honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing the kits." His eyes rounded wondrously, "I think they are just great... y'know, I remember when you were a kit!" He gestured to Swiftpaw with his nose. "When Jackdawstar told me I would be a mentor I'd hoped I'd mentor you." He purred, a soothing rumbling sound in his chest.
Sagetail - 🍃
- 🍀 - Graypebble & Elders ;; - 🍀 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🍀 - ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ ;;
Sagetail breathed in crackling gasps as the group of cats meandered up the slope. The crackling sound of his breathing was hardly cause for concern - his chest always seemed to rattle noisily - but the bitter winds felt cold and painful as they filled his throat and lungs. Despite his usually outgoing personality he decided to step back from the crowd as to avoid drawing attention and moved with steady, determined steps. He hardly noticed as Graypebble moved to pad beside him; the tap of her tail jolted him slightly. He looked to her and nodded. "I'm fine!" He meowed, his voice winded. "Like I said, I bet I'll beat the apprentices to the mountains!" His voice wavered with the effort to sound steady. I don't want her to see me like this... or anyone. The tom resented how utterly useless he felt.
Her sorrowful whisper mimicked his own thoughts and he stared around his homeland with sad green eyes. "I guess," he shuffled his paws with uncharacteristic uncertainty, "we really do have no choice." He looked back to Graypebble and leaned close enough to send a soothing lick over her ear. For a small moment he was able to forget the struggle he felt as his lung rejected the cold air and he focused on his denmate. "We'll get to the other side. I promise." His voice was quiet and gravelly.
Brooksong - 🌊
- 🎶 - Rushingfire ;; - 🎶 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🎶 - ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ ;;
It was intriguing to the lithe molly that Rushingfire would admit his own anxieties to leave the territories. When she'd voiced her own concerns, she hadn't expected the large fiery tom to agree. He is just like any of us, she thought gently, and a little misunderstood. She knew that plenty of cats had their own resignations with the maine coon tom and Brooksong reminded herself to remain impartial. He seemed to settle with a bit of kindness. "Yes!" She purred, "I imagine that Jackdawstar and Silentstar will compliment each other very much. There are a lot of tough decisions to make. I'm glad I don't have to make them." Her ears flicked sheepishly and she chuckled softly at her own admission. Never in her life had Brooksong ever dreamed of being a leader; she much preferred helping the clan in her own way as a warrior. She brought her tail to tap on the large toms side. "Besides, I look forward to getting to know the others better."
The differences between herself and Rushingfire seemed like an endless list and as the pair walked side by side they likely would have appeared quite amusing: him, the large flame coloured cat and she, the lithe, sleek-furred brown and white molly. "I think it might even bring a few of our clanmates together too," this was a hint of mischief to her tone as she glanced from Gullfeather and Stonepelt to Shadepelt and Featherfall.

Shadepelt Tom | Warrior | 24 moons HeathClan Territory | Featherfall (aether)
Shadepelt looked over at Featherfall as she mentioned the journey testing even her. He raised an eyebrow but said nothing, and the conversation drifted into silence as Shadepelt returned his attention to the mountains, which seemed to be looming closer than they had before. They were making progress, little by little. His attention was returned to the gray she-cat as she continued. Locking eyes with her, he felt caught off-guard as she said she'd help him if he ever needed it. He didn't figure Featherfall for someone who offered her help easily. This conversation had definitely turned out far different than he'd expected. He maintained eye contact for what he thought was a second too long, and laughed slightly, turning away to hide his embarrassment. "Thanks, I appreciate it," he said, giving her a small smile. "But..." He said quietly. ...I hope you won't need to help me.
Not wanting the conversation to end, Shadepelt thought quickly about what they could talk about next. If he let it end here, they might return to just being normal Clanmates that greeted each other with a cordial nod. Her offer of help might dissipate if the conversation fizzled out. But he was out of ideas, besides small talk, which he'd already figured out the she-cat loathed. So... Why not talk about himself? And learn more about her. "I hope the place we go to has a different kind of territory than our old one. Not completely different, but to the point where it makes exploring it fun." Exploring and enjoying life was a thing Shadepelt was known for throughout BluffClan, to the point where some just considered him a goof. But he couldn't think of what Featherfall was known for, besides being stoic, independent, and thoughtful. What did she do in her spare time? "Uh, besides being..." Shadepelt's voice trailed off as he thought of a suitable word to follow up with. "...your usual self, do you have any hobbies? Like, things you like to do? Sightseeing? Climbing trees? Practicing your cold expressions?"

Mossystream-Healthclan- Elders and others Mossystream gave a nod to the elders. "Good morning," she greeted all of them. She looked at Sagetail worriedly, but hearing the elder say they were fine, she allowed for herself to relax. She walked more to the back of the group of elders to be able to help out should one need to walk slower. She kept an eye also on Mysticpaw, to make sure her apprentice was doing alright.
sorry for the short reply)

Gullfeather - BluffClan - Stonepelt ( aether ) Gullfeather kept her gaze fixed forward as she walked, determined not to look back and check to see what Stonepelt had decided to do. Besides, what business was it of her's if he decided to walk alone or even in the company of another cat? She set her jaw subconsciously at the thought. He didn't owe her anything and she certainly didn't need him to walk with her... Right? Wrinkling her nose as she snarled silently to herself, Gullfeather continued wading through her thoughts. What was so special about Stonepelt anyways? He wasn't some great renowned warrior, he hadn't done anything legendary, heck, he wasn't even nice to her half the time. Well, no, she couldn't go that far. He wasn't kind or unkind to her. Sure, he was snappy and obstinate, but that's what drew her to the tom. Drew her to him? What was that thought about? She was just about to look around for some other cat she could burden with her company, if only just to escape her thoughts, when she felt Stonepelt brush against her again. Her pelt grew warm as she involuntarily looked over at the tom as he joined her. Just as quickly, she looked away again to try and swallow the purr that had tried forming in her throat at his excuse to walk with her again. "The fact that I can put up with your brain bees at all is enough for Silentstar to offer me all the blessings of StarClan." She retorted in a weak attempt to sound uninterested that he was walking beside her again, but her voice was warmer than it had been. She felt her pelt prickle as Whiskerflick's words came back to her again. She didn't want to discuss it with Stonepelt; after all, what was there to discuss? And what if there was something to discuss? That thought alone terrified Gullfeather enough to stay silent about something for once.
Harestep - HeathClan - Stormclaw ( fire) The long-legged tom nodded in agreement as his clanmate spoke of his concern for the queens, kits, and elders. "Yes," He meowed gently, voice laced with the subtle sorrow of all of the worries to come. "At least we are all traveling together and there are plenty of warriors to help out with anyone who needs it." This journey would be hard enough on the stronger warriors like Stormclaw and himself, he couldn't imagine going through it without the strength that youth granted him. How many cats would they lose traveling to their new home, if they even found one? His heart hurt for the elders most of all; they should have been able to live out the remainder of their days peacefully in the home they had always known. Here they were, leaving behind everything familiar to trek across all of the unknown dangers of the mountains for something that might not be there at all. He was glad when Stormclaw pulled him out of his worries with a more pleasant question. Eyes growing brighter, he purred, "More open spaces to run." He answered with longing in his voice, as if he could picture the grassy land as he spoke it. "I know we're tunnelers, but I've always loved being out in the air and sun. What about you, Stormclaw?" He inquired, tilting his head with curiosity as he awaited the tom's answer.

[ ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥, yeah! rushingfire finally loosens up and they enjoy each others company only for her to die. which i was thinking it could be shadedspeck who steps on a loose rock and starts to fall so brooksong (who is beside him) grabs him and pulls him back up only for the rocks she is on to break apart. so shadedspeck gets to safety and she falls in the abyss. not only will it shock rushingfire and shadedspeck, but it'll be the first death to take place on the journey that shocks everyone. especially since it's like 'brooksong was so young and full of life'.
also i am going to post my replies after work! i was going to this morning but i slept in a bit Cx ]

(I love it! Especially if Rushingfire is right beside her when she pulls up Shadedspeck. It'll horrify him. Also. I thought maybe when she falls, it opens a gap up in the trail they were following. And they have to either find a way around the hole or jump across the gap. Maybe the elders and queens are sadly on the wrong side of the gap, which causes a challenge.?Especially for Shadedspeck, who was just saved from falling to his death. XD)

Rushingfire Tom ; Senior Warrior ; 68 Moons
As they walked together, Rushingfire couldn't help but appreciate her presence. His eyes looked ahead at the destruction before them on the moor. In the distance, twolegs stood hollering, their obnoxious voices floating in the wind to reach his ears. They seemed to be guiding their monsters as they tore up a new patch of the land. With Brooksong's words of Jackdawstar and Silentstar, he turned his gaze to where their stoic leader led the combined clans. She walked with power, her head high and her steps confident. Yet, it was clear in the way her flank rippled and her ears kept swiveling, that she was just as anxious as the rest of them. For a moment, his hunger to be leader of Bluffclan faded and he couldn't help but feel relieved that he was not in the position that Silentstar was. "It must be very hard of them. I can imagine if any of us fail in this journey, they will hold that on their shoulders more than the rest of us."
As her tail tapped his side, he turned his yellow gaze to inspect her face. How small and delicate the little brown and white molly looked next to him. In those very moments, he couldn't help but feel a strong urge to protect her, from any dangers that would befall the clans in their journey. While she was a capable warrior, she was young and small. And to many of the clans knowledge, she was a soft-hearted. A friend to all. He admired her golden heart and sometimes wished she could share some of her kindness with him. Though, he'd never admit that out loud. Her next words caused a snort of laughter from him as she pointed out their clanmates. It was clear that the journey would bring many close. "Sometimes all it takes is a little adventure for a pair to figure out they are meant to be."
As he joined in with her mischievous tone, he couldn't help but look around at the combined clans once more. His fur prickled a bit as he watched them. What if members of his own clan and Heathclan came together on this journey.? He shook his head to get rid of the thoughts, hoping his clanmates would be smarter than that. After a moment, he spoke again. "I was never understood enough to find a fit for me." He chuckled slightly at the thought of impressing a molly. Now, it was too late to even try and he was too grumpy. "There was this one molly, when I was younger.." His voice trailed off as he thought of his past. While he was so against the other clan now, he hadn't always been so angry and blood-hungry towards Heathclan. He'd actually been extremely close to a molly in his younger moons as an apprentice and then a young warrior.
Many moons of sneaking out of their camps and meeting up together, had ended when Rushingfire was 35 moons old. It'd been a clear night, and she was just telling him that she was expecting his kits. The pair had been caught by their leaders and forced to say their goodbyes before they could discuss it even further. For moons, he was banished from going to the gatherings. He was watched like a hawk and treated like an outcast in his clan. Upon his first gathering again, 10 moons later, Rushingfire had learned of the death of the pretty little Heathclan molly that he had loved. She'd been on a patrol with her clanmates, only a few days after their heartbreaking goodbyes, and a pair of foxes had attacked them. She'd been killed, along with her belly full of kits. No one had told him that she had died so many moons before. From that day on, Rushingfire had hardened and become almost unbearable to be around in the following moons. Now, he was one of the worst warriors to be around, and caused the most troubles for not only Heathclan, but his own clan too. Only the oldest members of the clans knew of him and his Heathclan mate. Many were still very young or not even born during this part of his life. He was almost grateful for that. Many had forgotten of his actions and betrayal to Bluffclan. While he still held on to the heartbreak and devastation.
(Totally couldn't help myself. Needed a reason he turned into such a butthead.)
❖ [ Brooksong(aether ) ] ❖ [Bluffclan]
•❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅• Graypebble Molly ; Elder ; 76 Moons
While he spoke with confidence and tried to reassure her, Graypebble knew better than most. She had spent enough time with the stubborn tom, that she knew he was struggling. Yet, as she walked with him, she kept her thoughts to herself. Accepting his comforting lick, she simply walked close to him, her gray fur brushing his brown and white flank. After a moment of his words lingering in her ears, she watched Shadedspeck walk ahead of them. While he too walked with confidence, she could see the heavy limp he carried and the stiffness in his legs. He was clearly in pain already, yet like the warrior he had been for so long, he would push himself onwards.
After a moment of watching the tom, she turned back to Sagetail and shared a look with the tom. Touching him gently with her tail, she simply shook her head. While she wasn't so worried about herself and Sagetail, she couldn't help but feel her stomach twist when it came to the two older elders. While they weren't clanmates, they had all lived long enough to become friends. Many gatherings had developed their friendship. "I'm not so worried that we won't make it. It's others, I have concerns about." She shook her head and trudged on, tail starting to drag. Her body ached in itself, but she could move more freely than she had thought. "I just hope Starclan walks with us on this journey, to take home any of our fellow clanmates and those of Bluffclan that don't make it."

Swiftpaw Molly ; Apprentice ; 10 Moons
At the glimmer of affection in the ginger tom's eyes, Swiftpaw couldn't help but feel warmth towards her mentor. For a moment, it offered her a short sanctuary from the chill that clung to the air. He'd been such an encouraging and kind mentor, from the day she was placed as his apprentice. Jackdawstar had done good with choosing the mentors for both her and her sister. While she was only 10 moons old, Moonpaw and herself had been through more than most. Losing their father when they were kits and their older siblings soon into their apprenticeship. Their mother was the hardest loss for them, being hit by a monster on a patrol with Moonpaw in it. Less than a moon ago, Moonpaw had been attacked by an eagle on the moor, baring the scars across her face for the rest of her life. It'd been the worst for Swiftpaw, who still grieved for her mother.
Sitting beside Rowanblaze, she glanced at her mentor in surprise as he mentioned that he had wanted her as an apprentice when she was still a kit. Her eyes became wide pools of green as she searched his face. How genuine and happy he looked as he spoke to her. Her fur fluffed up happily and she purred lightly. "Why me though.?" She glanced to where he sister was leaving with the medicine cats. The slices across her face from the eagle attack still made her stomach churn and she twitched her whiskers uncomfortably. "Starclan knows, she should've been a medicine cat." The murmur left her maw before she could even think and she glanced at her mentor with embarrassment flashing over her face. ❖ [ Rowanblaze(aether ) ] ❖ [Heathclan]

Featherfall - 🌊
- 🕊 - Shadepelt ;; - 🕊 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🕊 - fire ;;
Featherfall tipped her head slightly as the tom replied bashfully to her earnest declaration. She'd held his gaze seriously before he turned his head away and her eyes flicked down his flanks when he glanced away to collect his thoughts. Was there some sort of fidgety tension held within him? Her eyes began to squint but her attention drew back to his face when he continued with a lonely 'but...'. The word flew in the air and fluttered to sit between them, keeping them drawn together but its insinuation of continuation. From the flicker of his gaze, the way his eyes narrowed in thought, she figured he had more yet to say. For that reason she waited patiently for his next words, although she could not comprehend what they would talk about that they hadn't touched upon already. They'd gone through the motions of talking of the journey and that was all that seemed to be of interest to anyone since it was announced.
She frowned, a small tug of her lips, at the thought of their new home being anything different from the headlands. What could possibly bring more pleasure then the tug of ocean wind through ones fur? The cold rock beneath her paws? Absently, she shook her head gently. "I hope its by the ocean," her gaze softened for a few heartbeats, "it's where I feel at home."
His follow-up question was something she'd not been expecting and it showed in the flash of alarm that sparked in her eyes. She reestablished composure quickly but felt her pelt prickle with a hint of adversity towards the idea of practicing cold expressions. Was it so wrong to simply prefer ones own company? Not rely on the petty lifecycle of being constantly involved with others? Such ideas that she was cold due to the fact she was often alone was one of the very reasons she preferred to be solitary. However, she could tell it was an offhand comment from the talkative tom and decided she would hold her tongue. Still, the irritation of it could be seen in the sudden tension of her shoulders. "I like to hunt," she meowed plainly, "and watch the waves." Somewhere subconsciously, she rejected the idea of being too open with the tom. "And yourself?" She glanced at him from the corner of her eyes, her tone was equivocal; perhaps brusque or perhaps bored.
Stonepelt - 🌊
- 🐚 - Gullfeather ;; - 🐚 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🐚 - shadowstreak ;;
What is wrong with me? Stonepelt resented the way that Gullfeather's green gaze on him made his ears warm. Did he need to visit Birdscreech for medicine? Was he feverish? Maybe I do need to be alone for a while, he thought gruffly. A little longer in her company couldn't hurt, though. The thought of Whiskerflick watching them still made the tom antsy so he glanced back over his shoulder suspiciously, but Whiskerflick seemed to have moved to walk glumly behind the elders. Stonepelt felt a quiet sniff of approval leave his nostrils; it served the nosy tom right for assuming such mouse-brained ideas. He looked back to Gullfeather and determined silently that they weren't going to become 'close' no matter how similar they were. He merely was having a conversation with his clanmate.
He sensed she was forcing her uninterested expression and he smirked. His tail raised and flicked back in forth, "I have no idea how I'll ever express my thankfulness to the fact you are so willing to put up with my bee-brain." His words dripped with sarcasm but his countenance displayed jest.
The tom glanced ahead, a small smile lingered on his maw, and he traveled his eyes over the intimidating mountain peaks ahead. He couldn't help the tremor of fear that fizzled down his spine and in a movement that felt unconsciously right, he moved closer to the grey and white molly; closing the small distance. If he'd meant to do it he didn't say.
[ i look forward to the point where he realises he might like her so he starts being nicer but he doesn't like being nicer but he wants to be. protective and sweet but not wanting to admit it. ]
Rowanblaze - 🍃

Rowanblaze tilted his head thoughtfully at her question and a soft smile formed, lighting his features. "You have always just seemed to know what's right." It was easy to call the lean bengal bossy but he preferred the idea that she was simply smart for her age. As sad as it was, trauma makes young cats like herself mature faster out of necessity. "And I just thought we'd get along," he shrugged his shoulders loosely and followed her gaze to Moonpaw.
Surprised, he found himself staring at Swiftpaw once again and raised an eyebrow quizzically. Rowanblaze hadn't taken too much notice of Moonpaw, truthfully, other then the times that he and Stagrunner would take both apprentices on patrols. Moonpaw seemed willing to do as she was told, yet he had to admit she seemed rather... alive when she was beside the other medicine cats. "A medicine cat, hm?" Rowanblaze mused, a mere hum. He cleared his throat and meowed confidently, "Times are full of change at the moment. Maybe she'll surprise us all. What would you think? If she became Galewhistle's apprentice?"
Sagetail - 🍃

An amused purr found its way out of Sagetail's throat and he shook his head briefly, "Do you think StarClan would abandon us now?" Despite his breathlessness he forced his voice to be steady. "Imagine if StarClan abandoned me now after I've put up with you for so long, hm?" He gave her a friendly nudge with his shoulder and nosed at her cheek in an effort to have her raise her chin. He could understand the uncertainty of the molly who was still so young, but he realised that he couldn't let such dull thoughts fester. Without a sense of purpose and prosperity they would lose all inspiration to trek through the mountains. "Don't let Shadedspeck catch you giving him such sympathetic looks, he'll think you are waiting for him to fall over and not get back up." His eyes twinkled with the light of his jest but there an undertone to his words that implied seriousness. Without hope, we will fail.

Brooksong - 🌊
- 🎶 - Rushingfire ;; - 🎶 - HeathClan Territory ;; - 🎶 - ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥
It felt nice to be able to share a light-hearted moment with Rushingfire given how distant and, frankly, unappealing he'd been in the past. She nodded her head at his comment regarding adventure and momentarily she considered herself; would she find her own companion on the journey? Her eyes scoured the sea of pelts ahead and she felt a bashful heat in her pawpads. There were definitely some toms who caught her attention more then others but she was always just a friend. Perhaps it was foolish to think she would be the one to catch someone's eyes. Cats like Gullfeather had so much personality, others like Streamfrost seemed to move with ease and purpose. She smiled inwardly at herself and decided that there were more pressing issues to be concerned over.
She turned her attention back to Rushingfire as his sentence trailed off pensively and her interest piqued. She'd heard rumors when she was younger and Rushingfire but never had enough details or confirmation to know truly what happened. All she knew was that had been in trouble at one stage for his actions. "What was she like?" Brooksong prompted, her voice delicate with care. "Did she... die?" She uttered the next words with a hint of hesitation as though she didn't want to offend the tom, but she also couldn't contain her curiosity.
[ rushingfire nuuu ;-; we love a sob-story in this family though xD ]

Stormclaw Tom | Warrior | 23 moons HeathClan Territory | Harestep (shadowstreak )
Stormclaw nodded with his fellow warrior's answer. "Gotta agree with you." Lowering his voice he said, "Don't tell anyone, but I've always preferred running over the moor over tunneling." It was true. During his apprenticeship, he'd hated his warrior ceremony, where he'd had to navigate the most convoluted tunnels in HeathClan. It was a task he'd almost failed, until he'd appeared at the last minute as the sun was going down, and covered up his tardiness with fake bravado. He'd just barely been made a warrior, and he vowed to train himself more to be the best warrior he could be. "The Half-Moon Chase is something I hope we can do on our new territory." The tom had won that competition a few times before; an achievement he prided himself on.
The black tom remembered something he'd seen last night, and nudged Harestep slightly as a smirk spread across his face. "So, Harestep," he said, "any she-cats catch your eye recently? Maybe one with Scarlet in her name?" He raised his eyebrows as he asked the questions. Stormclaw really wasn't too interested in what had happened, but he figured it'd make for a funny conversation. He tried to imagine the quiet and gentle tom in a relationship and laughed at the thought.
ShadepeltTom | Warrior | 24 moons HeathClan Territory | Featherfall (aether )
Shadepelt knew he had said something wrong at the sudden tension that had flashed through her after he mentioned "cold expressions". Maybe that wasn't such a good idea. She had already told him that she was alone for a reason; maybe he shouldn't've poked fun at it. He frowned as she gave her answer; it seemed blunt, as if his words had eroded any sharpness to her tone that she'd had earlier. When she directed the question back at him, he thought for a moment. "Lots of things. Sometimes I talk with others, sometimes I explore the territory, sometimes I make up a mission for me to do when I'm out on patrol. You know, liven things up." He smiled, more to himself than anyone else, and said, "I wonder if that's why I haven't been given an apprentice yet." He knew what he did might seem childish at times, but it was his way of living. "I don't know. It's just the way I like to live my life." Looking up at her he said, "Sort of like you. Sorry for my comment." He saw the tension she held relax a little at his apology and he breathed a sigh of relief.
Shadepelt reflected on their conversation and wondered if what he was about to say was a bit much for the she-cat. After all, they lived their lives in different ways, pretty much opposites, at that. But she did mention she didn't necessarily not like spending time with others. Here I go. "Why don't we..." He tried to think of how he wanted to say this. "When we get the chance, we should do something. Like explore some territory or go on an adventure or something." Before he could give this idea a second thought he nudged her shoulder and added, "You know, if we're friends now."

((new cat? new cat))Clover tom - gay - 11 moons willowflower Rogue
[ sharp-tongued || slow to trust || resourceful ]Clover is a small black cat with sharp green eyes.
Clover, though still young, is a fierce rascal of a cat, a chaotic trouble-maker at his best and a menace at his worst. In an attempt to protect himself, he tries to keep others through cutting remarks and displays of ferocity (though his bark is far worse than his bite). He's learned that he can only rely on himself, and that he has to struggle alone.
Rogue. Clover was born in the mountains, barely scraping by as a newborn. He always had a turbulent relationship with his mother, making trouble and asking too many questions and not living up to the ideal kit in her head. One leafbare, prey was scarce, and his mother was desperate. Clover woke up to find himself abandoned on the edge of a mountain path. Since then, he's had to survive on his own. He keeps a little mountain flower for company.

(Watching Stonepelt learn how to express feelings will be so cute .-.)
Gullfeather - BluffClan - Stonepelt ( aether ) Now Gullfeather let herself purr with amusement, "Don't worry," She began with a glint of amusement in her eyes, "I can think of tons of ways you can makee it up to me." She flicked her tail, smirking unabashedly. "You could find me a nice bed at our stopping points, check me for ticks, catch me a mouse or two, clean that spot on my back I can never reach..." Her words were obviously spoken as a joke, but she couldn't help but snort in laughter at the thought of Stonepelt doing all of those chores for her. As if he would ever be that docile!However, her list of outlandish favors trailed off as she noticed Stonepelt grow more serious. He was staring at the mountains ahead and before she had a chance to ask if he was alright, he began walking so their pelts were brushing again. Feeling heat spread throughout her fur, she snapped her gaze forward again, blinking frantically. She certainly hand't expected this from the tom - especially not after their argument with Whiskerflick. However, her embarrassment gave way to concern and she meowed cautiously, "Hey, don't worry." Her voice was soft now, softer than she remembered ever hearing it. Was she actually trying to comfort the gray tabby? This was uncharted territory for Gullfeather and she realized she had no idea where to go from here. In a frantic attempt to gloss over her momentary gentle tone, she spluttered out, "Be- Because I know I'll have to be the one helping you with everything." She exhaled sharply, trying to push out the anxiety rising in her chest, "We both know no other cat is mouse-brained enough to do it." She was sure her mentor - StarClan rest his soul - would thump her over the head if he could. Why couldn't she just shut up and leave it after a nice thing? Why did she have to make everything a joke?
Harestep - HeathClan - Stormclaw ( fire) Harestep purred in agreement at his clanmate's words. "Me too!" He meowed warmly. The long-legged tom was much better suited for running than tunneling. Not to mention the amount of effort and time it took to clean all of the dirt out of his long pelt. He was never sure why his pelt wasn't short and sleek like other HeathClan cats; I mean, sure his parents had long fur, so it made sense in that regard, but why? It was never a hinderance for the tom, other than just occasionally an annoyance. Harestep was brought out of his thoughts at Stormclaw's comment about the Half-Moon Chase. The tom's eyes were glowing with pride and excitement. "I'm sure you do hope we continue those! You've won a time or two, if I remember correctly?" He gave his clanmate an affectionate nudge as they walked. Sure, Harestep had won a few times himself, but he was built for running and enjoyed just the celebration of it all. Stormclaw, he knew, had more ambition than Harestep did for a higher position in the clan one day; he was sure winning the chase meant more to him than it ever did to Harestep. At Stormclaw's next question, Harestep's paw steps faltered for a moment and he felt his ears grow warm with embarrassment. "What?" He meowed, more shocked than anything. Sure he talked with Scarletfall for a while last night, she was a kind cat. Shy and skittish, sure, but Harestep believed there was more to her and hoped that she would become comfortable enough around him eventually so he could see it. But anything beyond friendship had never crossed his mind! Though, it was understandable why any onlooker might have drawn that conclusion; Harestep had always been a very gentle and affectionate cat. He cleared his throat awkwardly before continuing, "I did speak with Scarletfall last night," He admitted, "But I assure you it was in the spirit of friendship and comfort on my part." He insisted. Of course, this wasn't to say Harestep wouldn't ever be interest in the she-cat, but right now he was more concerned about his clanmates and friends making it to their new home than he was any kind of romantic endeavors for himself.
