Sakura - Camp - Frostfeather
Sakura finally backed down, sitting down with a huff. Frostfeather was right; there was nothing stopping her from seeing the kit eventually. She just had to be patient. “Alright,” she sighed, turning her eyes from the den. “Do you want to take a walk?”

Ebonyflame - Training Hollow - Windpaw
Ebonyflame nodded curtly as her apprentice prepared. She could feel her muscles rippling beneath her fur as she waited to see what her apprentice could do. At his first try, she easily managed to keep him back, dealing a few soft blows to his head. But, on his second try, she was a bit impressed by how he tried to trick her. Putting an act in, she followed his lead, wanting to see where he was going with this. As she watched him dart around her, she gave a small grin before standing taller. No more playing around; she needed to act tough so Windpaw could practice. After a few more tries, she sat down and mewed, “That was good, for the most part. Now, I want you to attack me. I want to see how you do and correct anything I can.”

Cherrywish(star): 31 moons. Dark ginger she-cat with ocean blue eyes. A stern, loyal she-cat with a strong love for her clan. She can be quick to action, but is a wonderful listener. Robinbreeze (robinbreeze13)

Sakura - Forest - Frostfeather
Sakura stood and followed Frostfeather out of camp. The soft breeze was welcome, as was the faint feel of being released. The camp just had a strange feel to it that made her want to be outside it more. It was probably all the cats, but Sakura hoped she could get used to it. This was, after all, her new home. Unless she eventually decided to leave. Which became less of an appealing option the more she stayed. “What was it like when Snowdapple and Ivysplash joined the clan? Did they automatically feel like it was home?”

"I would ask them but it seems like they settled pretty quickly. They had heard about us from another loner and journied a long way just to join. It wasn't long after getting here that Snowdapple found out she was going to hsve kits. I think the kits helped her settle." Frostfeather said stepping around a stick that was on the ground.

"I don't know if thats what I meant." Frostfeather giggled. She nearly tripped on another stick thwt was nestled below some leaves. "I can't say Ivysplash had any kits to settle him. But he seemed to almost immediately gain a sense of duty to his clan. And then a couple of moons ago he got Pinepaw as his apprentice." She said kicking the stick out of the way.

(Icewhisper is now checking out some scratches on Ivysplash's nose. He announced it was a rouge who attacked him and Nutshine while they were hunting.)

Snowdapple OPEN
Snowdapple nodded to the medicine cat and padded away. She went and layed down next to Coalkit and sighed wrapping her tail around the sleeping kit.

Wishkit with Weaselkit and Gazekit with Adderheart
Wishkit fell over at Weaselkit's attack. "Ahh. I'm gonna get you back." She said trying to get to her feet. She rolled over and made it to her feet after a couple of tries. She batted again at the other's ears.

"I only think she's as old as she is because a younger kit couldn't survive without milk." Gazekit said nodding at his conclusion. "I think she must end up staying with us until she's a warrior's age at least." He added sure about his statements.

Coalkit OPEN
Coalkit twitched when Snowdapple wrapped her tail around her sleeping body but did not wake. She dreamed of chasing around Silverpaw and Pinepaw. Hoping on their backs and learning new battle moves.

Turtlepool with Heronflight and Foxkit
"I think that would be up to her,Foxkit." Turtlepool said gently. "Maybe she's one of the loners that Basilfrost had treated at one point."she postulated. She was thinking about the strange kit and her even stranger name.

Basilwhisker with Darkclaw and Pinepaw and Silverpaw
Basilwhisker jumped too. His front paws sunk into the pond soaking his fur. "Careful Pinepaw." He told the apprentice as he shook each of his legs out. "We might be done fishing here now. Since our 'paws wanna take a swim." He said affectionately.

Ivysplash with Icewhisper
" There was a rouge that attacked while we were hunting. She left the territory though." Ivysplash said lashing his tail twice. He flinched a little as Icewhisper cleaned his wounds. "They definitely sting"  he said blinking slowly.


Poppyhawk with Smokeshade
Poppyhawk shifted and awoke. She looked around in wild terror unsure where she was. She calmed down a little when she saw Smokeshade. The tom had carried her here and brought her food and helped her she reminded herself. She stood up and paced the den she was in talking deep breaths to calm herself.

Weaselkit (with Wishkit)

Weaselkit cheered when she managed to topple Wishkit over. She tried to hold her down but had jumped with so much force that she stumbled off of her instead. When she turned around to attack again Wishkit had gotten back on her paws already. Weaselkit ducked under her friend's attacks and stumbled backwards, trying to get away. With a sudden yowl she then twisted out of the way and darted behind Wishkit to gently grab her tail.

Adderheart (with Gazekit)

"That's true," Adderheart said at Gazekit's reasoning. "A younger kit couldn't have survived. And no one here would let her go back to her live as a loner until she's old enough to fend for herself." What he had told her wasn't exactly hard to figure out but Adderheart was still slightly impressed that the kit had come up with those theories on his own. She smiled at the little tom. "Not bad, Gazekit. You understand well and I bet you're a quick learner. You'll be a wonderful apprentice."

Wolfkit

Wolfkit chuckled and nodded. "You're welcome. We just want everyone to know," he purred. Then he looked around camp for a moment. Upon spotting Wishkit playing with Weaselkit he padded in their direction.

Heronflight and Foxkit (with Turtlepool)

"Maybe Poppyhawk knows why she was named that way," Heronflight said. "Well, if her mother told her, that is."

Foxkit blinked and then nodded. "Oh, you're right. Sakura hasn't changed her name either so maybe Poppyhawk will keep her name too," he meowed at Turtlepool's words. "It's still funny. She has a warrior name and is still a kit," he chuckled but it wasn't meanspirited. He seemed to like that thought actually.

Silverpaw (with Pinepaw)

Silverpaw ducked when Pinepaw jumped but he had reacted a little too late. Just as he had rolled over on his back and tried to jump to his paws she had already gotten a hold of him. "No, please, have mercy!" he begged jokingly. He somehow managed to break free but as she was still trying to push him into the pond he had a hard time getting away. Silverpaw tried to leap over her but thanks to Pinepaw's pushing he lost his balance as he got ready to jump and with a yowl he disappeared into the water. He quickly got to land again and shook out his fur. That was when he spotted Basilwhisker and Darkclaw. "Oh. Hi," he meowed awkwardly. To Pinepaw he whispered "Uh-oh. I hope we haven't scared off all the fish."

Darkclaw (with Basilwisker)

Darkclaw shook his head and snorted in amusement at the apprentices' antics. "Looks like it," he meowed to Basilwhisker. "Let's leave the pond to those two. As long as they don't drown each other, that is."

Icewhisper (with Ivysplash and Cherrywish and briefly with Smokeshade and Poppyhawk)

Once she had reached Ivysplash again she quickly chewed up the herbs and applied the poultice to his scratches. It was then when she noticed Cherrywish. She stepped back from Ivysplash and dipped her head to the she-cat. "Hello, Cherrywish," she meowed. "Maybe you've heard what Ivysplash has just told me. He and Nutshine were attacked by a rogue earlier." She would tell Cherrywish about Poppyhawk soon enough but right now they needed to know what their new leader thought about the hostile rogue.

"Of course." Webwillow said as the kit padded away. She watched as he padded back to where Wishkit and Weaselkit were playing. Then she padded over to where Snowdapple was laying with Coalkit. "Hello Snowdapple." She said to the queen.

"I'm doing fine. I hope you are too." Webwillow sat down across from Snowdapple. "Actually I came to find out how accurate the kits information on Poppyhawk is. They have guessed she's their age or older." She licked a paw and dragged ut over her face.

Wolfkit stood back and watched the two she-cats play. When Weaselkit let go of Wishkit's tail he stepped closer to stand beside Weaselkit and nodded to Gazekit as he padded towards them.
Adderheart nodded as Gazekit padded away. "Alright, have fun with the others!" She called after him and turned to leave camp. When she spotted Cherrywish though she paused again. She would wait for a while in case she was needed for a patrol.
"True. Even if her mother told her I doubt she could tell us much about it," Heronflight said. "She probably hasn't met many cats anyway so she might not think that her name is unusual for a loner."

Foxkit nodded when Turtlepool suggested that Poppyhawk could request a name change if she knew about their naming system. "Maybe. If she wants to know more about our clan then someone will explain it to her," he meowed. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Wolfkit and Gazekit joining Wishkit and Weaselkit again. Shyly he looked up at the elders. "Is there anything else you want to know?"
Darkclaw picked up his fish and nodded to the two apprentices. "You still want to catch more prey, huh," he purred. "We could drop off our fish first and see if there are any border patrols we could join. Or we look for more prey between here and the camp first. As long as we can carry everything, of course," he suggested.
Icewhisper gave an indignant snort. "I know some rogues don't care much for our borders but at least they don't stir up too much trouble," she muttered. Then she turned to Cherrywish again. "If you want to send out a patrol don't lead it yourself though. You should get your nine lives first."

Wishkit and Gazekit with Weaselkit and Wolfkit
Wishkit nodded. "Yes. You won." She said.She sat down across from Wolfkit and Weaselkit.

Gazekit padded up to the other kits. "Okay so we've covered the elders and Adderheart and Webwillow. Ehat should we do now?" He sat down beside Wishkit.

Turtlepool with Foxkit and Heronflight
Turtlepool nodded along with each of the other cats thoughts. "No. I think we have everything we need to know. You can go back to the others now." She told Foxkit with a chirp.

Basilwhisker with Darkclaw
"Let's head back and we can see if we are needed for anything else." Basilwhisker mumbled. He started toward camp with his fish in his mouth.

Ivysplash with Icewhisper and Cherrywish
Ivysplash shook his head. "I've never met a cat this aggressive. She was very heated about us having territory" he said. He fought the urge to to clean the herbs off his scratches.

As Windpaw and Ebonyflame headed back, Windpaw kept watch for prey. Then, suddenly he heard a scuffle in the bushes nearby. He went and checked it out. That's when a shape jumped out of the bushes and landed on top of him. Windpaw thrusted the cat off of him, then turned around. It was his sister, Rainpaw. "Rainpaw, Why'd you do that!?" Windpaw asked. " You couldn't see I was trying to practice hunting?". I wanted to see the look on your face when I pounced on you and saw how good I have gotten. Rainpaw repiled. "Well, You might as well try to hunt too, and don't do that again." Windpaw flicked an ear. As he flicked his ear, he heard chuckling coming from some where, but he didn't know where. Windpaw hunted for a while and caught a rabbit. They entered the camp to see Cherrywish organizing patrols. Windpaw was so busy looking around that he almost bumped into Adderheart, who was talking to Cherrywish near the entrance. Windpaw went directly to the fresh-kill pile and dropped his rabbit. He then headed into the Apprentices' den for some much needed sleep. While he was sleeping, he had flashbacks of Stormpaw. "I'm going to get you," Stormpaw had mewed. Oh, no you don't," Windpaw had replied. I wish Stormpaw hadn't died, otherwise he'd still be here today, training with us. Without any further dreams of Stormpaw, Windpaw slept peacefully. 

Deputy || Hollowsky || 36 moons || Hollowsky is a muscular dusky brown tabby tom with white toe tips and bright copper eyes. His left ear has a deep nick. Hollowsky is a very laid back cat who loves to take adventures and have fun. he's also very dedicated to his clan and his role as deputy. He would sacrifice himself for the good of his clan. || Copperspring
