Thymeclan New members needed

Frostfeather could tell that Sakura wanted to know more about the kit. "It looks like Snowdapple and Icewhisper are talking. Maybe once they're done we can talk to Snowdapple and find out more qbout the kit." She said to her companion.

Coalkit chased after Pinepaw. She snapped her jaws and yowled. She wasn't close to her target snd so she pushed off and grabbed Pinepaw's tail.

Windpaw yawned. "How long did i sleep for?" He thought. Windpaw shook his fur out, then headed out of the apprentices' den. He decided to go hunting. Once out of camp he sniff the air, then dropped into the hunter's crouch. He saw the mouse a few inches ahead of him. he slowly crept towards it and when he was close enough, he pounced and killed it with one swift bite to the neck. He caught a vole and a mouse while he was out hunting. Windpaw turned and went to the spot where he had burried his prey, dug it up and headed back to camp. he looked up at the sky, sun-high had passed. Thinking about his clanmates who were waiting for him back in camp, he headed in. I will protect my clan, what ever happens, Windpaw reminded himself. Windpaw dropped his prey on the fresh-kill pile and went to his mentor for training. Windpaw was always sad when remembering his brother Stormpaw's death.

Snowdapple with Icewhisper
Snowdapple nodded as she listened. "Oh poor kit." She said at first. "Of course I'll take her. I'm sure a nest full of warm bodies is what she needs right now." She added looking at the kits who had found out about her too. "I'm just gonna have to keep the rowdy ones away from her for now." She chuckled.

Wishkit and Gazekit with Weaselkit, Wolfkit,and Foxkit
"We should tell everyone the news" Wishkit squeaked "but wait we don't even know how old she is yet. What if she's like Malvina's kits and we can't play with her." She said her high breaking a little.

Gazekit tried to follow along but he was still blinking sleep from his eyes. He yawned "she probably has to be our age or older to be alone without a queen." He reasoned.
Coalkit with Silverpaw and Pinepaw
Coalkit chased after Pinepaw. She snapped her jaws and yowled. She wasn't close to her target snd so she pushed off and grabbed Pinepaw's tail.

Turtlepool with Heronflight
"Snowdapple will have to set up a barrier in the den so the poor thing can get any rest. It looks like its smaller than them but who knows with as little food as it seemed to be getting it could be a small apprentice." Turtlepool said laughing for a second before getting serious again. She took a couple bites of the squirrel and noted that Smokeshade came out of the den.

Frostfeather with Sakura
"Snowdapple and Icewhisper will let you around her. Remember Snowdapple was once a loner too." Frostfeather said with a purr. "They won't hold you once being a loner agaisnt you. If anyone does they can talk to me about it." She said sliding her claws out for a second.

Basilwhisker with Darkclaw
"Huh. Did something happen in camp?" Basilwhisker asked fishing out a fish that was about as long as his arm. It would feed a cat or two he thought. "I guess I'm just really sad about Thymestar and Elmsong." He added biting the fish.

Ivysplash with Nutshine
Ivysplash padded through the trees his jaws parted. "I don't smell anything yet" he said quietly. Then he paused and lifted his tail to have the she-cat pause too. He pointed in the direction of a blue jay.

Poppyhawk
Poppyhawk slept in the mossy nest that Icewhisper had put her in. She shivered lightly as the wind blew. She thought of her mom who jad left her because she was so sick and didn't want to get Poppyhawk sick too. She showed her how to find bugs to eat.

Sakura - Camp - Frostfeather (Mother Dark)
Sakura sighed with relief, remembering now. She had totally forgotten the queen and her brother had been loners. “Right, ok,” she mewed quietly before turning her gaze to Frostfeather and chuckling softly. “Thanks.”

Ebonyflame - Training Hollow - Windpaw (Featherstar)
Ebonyflame ducked out of the apprentices’ den as she heard paw steps pad toward her. It was Windpaw. “There you are, Windpaw. I was looking for you. Since you seem to have already gone hunting today, we should work on battle tactics.” The tortoiseshell she-cat huffed and led the way out of camp and toward the sandy hollow where cats usually practiced their fighting skills. Standing in the middle of the clearing, Ebonyflame flicked her tail behind her. “Ok, I’m going to block you from reaching the other end of the clearing. You are going to try and pass me, understand?”

Nutshine looked in the direction the tom was pointing and got into a hunting crouch. She fixed her eyes on the blue jay and crept forward. She flicked her tail for Ivysplash to pounce.

Pinepaw winced as Coalkit's tiny teeth latched on to her tail. She yowled and flung Coalkit onto her back as she started dashing around the clearing and spinning, trying to get Coalkit to fall off.

Ophelia stared at where Webwillow disappeared and started to walk in that direction. She crept over the border and made her way into Thymeclan's territory. She ended up at the meadow and spotted Nutshine and Ivysplash hunting and stopped to watch them. She smirked at the thought that they had no idea that she was even there.

Weaselkit looked a little disappointed at that. "Well, then we'll have to wait a moon or two," she meowed. "And we could show her around camp if she's ready for that."

"Maybe we can go see her tomorrow," Wolfkit suggested. "Then we'll know if she's our age or not." At Gazekit's words he nodded. "Yeah. She can't be younger than us," he agreed.

"If she's older then she'll become an apprentice before us," Foxkit meowed. "I mean, if she's gonna join our clan. But I hope she'll stay here."
Heronflight let out a chuckle before she took another bite. "Just look at them, all excited about that kit. Maybe a barrier won't be enough," she purred. "Anyway, I'm just glad Smokeshade found it," she continued in a more serious tone. "That poor thing must have lost its mother. We're lucky to have a cat like Snowdapple. I'm sure she'll love that kit like one of her own."
"Uh, Smokeshade and Jaypaw brought in a kit. Almost everyone is gossiping about it," Darkclaw told Basilwhisker, a little surprised that the older warrior really hadn't noticed anything. At the sight of Basilwhisker's fish he nodded to him. "Good catch!" His smile faltered at his clanmate's next words and he lowered his head a little. Before he said anything he looked at the water and saw another fish, this one bigger than his first one though not as impressive as Basilwhisker's. He fished it out and quickly bit it. Then he turned back to Basilwhisker. "It's still hard to accept, isn't it?" He lowered his gaze again. "I know they're probably happy in StarClan but that doesn't really make it easier for us. You miss them, don't you?"
Silverpaw sat up after a while, gotten bored with playing dead. When Coalkit fell off of Pinepaw he laughed. Then he padded over to the kit and flicked his tail at her. "You're doing pretty good," he purred. "Looks like you'll have a head start when you become an apprentice."

Pinepaw circled back to make sure Coalkit hadn't gotten hurt when she'd fallen off. "Silverpaw is right, you'll be ahead of all the other apprentices." She purred.

Nutshine sniffed the air and almost immediately found the scent of a mouse. She got into a crouch and angled her ears to a patch of long grass that the mouse was in. She slowly crept up on it and pounced. She bit the back of it's neck and buried it in the same spot that Ivysplash had. "Should we keep hunting, or do you think we should head back to camp now?" She asked, her worries for Poppyhawk gone for the moment.

Smokeshade crept into the medicine den to make sure that Poppyhawk was settling in alright. he sat there and watched her sleeping figure for a second. He wondered what would've happened to her if he hadn't found her. He pushed the thought away with a sigh.

Ophelia realized that the tom was about to run right into where she was hiding. She got into a hunting crouch and pounced on him as he ran straight into her. She pinned him to the ground and snarled at him.

Nutshine watched as he chased a vole when a black she-cat popped out of the grass and leaped onto Ivysplash. She hissed and ran over until she was standing about a fox-length away. "Get off of him." She hissed, arching her back in a snarl.

Pinepaw smiled at the kit and sat down. "is there anything else you'd like to learn?" She asked Coalkit, bending down so she was eye-level with the kit

Ophelia slightly winced as she jumped off of him. She snarled and swiped at his nose, claws out-stretched. "What am I doing? You're the one who almost ran me over." She snarled, malice gleaming in her eyes. She glanced at Nutshine, then back at Ivysplash with a devious smirk on her face

Nutshine took a few steps back from the rouge. There was something about her that Nutshine didn't like. She hissed and swiped at the empty air as a threat, lashing her tail back and forth in an effort to look braver than she felt. She had never been much of a fighter.

Pinepaw nodded. "Well, if there ever is anything you want to learn, you've got me and Silverpaw to help teach you." She purred as she started to groom herself.

Silverpaw nodded. "Yeah, ask us anytime we're free," he said. "Just come over and we'll know you want to practice or learn more." He noticed that Coalkit began to look sleepy and purred. "Well, that was a lot for one day."

Ophelia rolled her eyes at the tom. "You're on Thymeclan territory." She mocked the tom with a smirk on her face. "I never did like the idea of having different territory. We're all cats, why can't we just share the land?" She asked, irritation lacing her voice. "I've spent enough time here anyway." She hissed as she started to walk away.

Nutshine watched the rouge with rising curiosity. She almost wanted to stop her as she started to walk away. She hesitantly stepped forward with a conflicted glance at Ivysplash.

Pinepaw purred at Coalkit as she laid down. She turned to Silverpaw. "Do you want to hunting or something? Ivysplash still isn't back from hunting with Nutshine." She stared at the entrance of camp as if she could somehow summon them back to camp.

Windpaw followed Ebonyflame towards the sandy hollow. "Ok, I'm going to block you from reaching the other end of the clearing. You are going to try to pass me, understand?" Windpaw nodded. "You want me to make it past you" Windpaw said and slowly approached her, keeping aware where she was. When he thought he had found a spot, he charged only to pushed back hard by his mentor. He tryed again and failed. Then Windpaw had an idea. He would try to distract her and race past when she wasn't looking. He tryed it, and it worked!  He kept trying, but to no aveil after that. Windpaw got good at the end.  But Windpaw had only gotten past her once, because of his idea.
