A romantic spot would be really cute while also making a lot of sense in a beachy, tropical clan! c: Starfish, the universal sign of love. xD That's a cute idea, Rainy! ^^

Hey, hey! Sorry for my absence. I've been writing up a storm recently, so I haven't had time to get to the landmarks. I'll do that today!
I really like that idea, Rainy! <3 Sand dollar's are really cool, and I would never have thought to incorporate it that way! Maybe there's also an unofficial tradition/superstition among expecting queens, where you break open a sand dollar, and the amount of doves that fall out represents the amount of kits you may have. The more doves, the bigger the litter- not an exact number, but a general estimate of the average.
Perhaps the camp is reinforced with driftwood that's been dragged from the shore, too! o0o

The sand dollar idea is so precious! On both accounts! The clan is turning out to be a bunch of romantics who live in a very dangerous world. xD I love it. <3
I can help with camp landmarks if you want, Rain!

i kind of imagine their camp just being surrounded by all types of drift wood, kind of like this? but obviously more organized-like but i would also imagine maybe their clan walls are loosely fortified pieces of drift wood. and there could be dens if we wanted them, but if remember correctly, Windclan slept out in the open under the stars and if it rained then they would like find shelter in rabbit tunnels. maybe instead they would find shelter under the bigger pieces of driftwood i think if we went that route then the only proper dens would most likely be a medicine cat den and maybe a nursery or leaders den

Jagged Bluffs - a dangerous area. to be avoided for the most part. A tall and steep cliffside at the edge of the territory where the water at the bottom is lined with sharp rocks. The soft dirt at the edge of the cliffside makes it prone for the ground to give out and tumble down towards the water. An unfortunate fall off the edge for any cat would guarantee death. Cats are encouraged to stay away and apprentices are forbidden from coming here without their mentor keeping close watch. Smaller prey are usually found around the area, hiding in the tall grasses or burrowing in the ground. Velvet Dunes - soft sandy dunes that apprentices are trained on.Short hills of sand, the Velvet Dunes offer several flat surfaces for mentors to train their apprentices along the sandy coast. The sand always has a little give, causing battle training to be harder than usual but good practice for apprentices to get used to running on such terrain. Several of the dunes are covered in soft reeds which look golden from the sun. There are paths between each dune for cats to walk along, making it easy to go from one short hill to the other. Crescent Cove - a little cove just outside of territory.Just outside of clan territory resides a small cove shaped like a crescent moon. The cove is blocked off from the rest of the beach by huge rock formations. The only way to get in is through a crawl space that is well hidden from outsiders, its location only known by clan cats. The sand is softer and brighter than the rest of the beach, pawsteps easily sink in and make it easy to fall asleep and lounge on. The water along the cove is shallow and a brilliantly, bright blue color where the stars clearly reflect in the pool of water at night. The cove is a popular spot amongst the clan cats to lay and relax when there's a lot of downtime, or when it's an especially hot day and one is looking to cool off in the clear waters of the cove. Moon Pool - a small pool in a cave near the cove, where they meet with Starclan Near the cove is a small cave with an entrance just big enough for a cat to crawl through. Once inside, a cat must belly crawl further into the cave before the tunnel finally expands out. Inside there is a large, open space and a pool of clear, blue water. Medicine cats may only visit the Moon Pool when the moon is at it's fullest and at the highest point in the sky, only because it lines up perfectly with the opening in the roof of the cave. The moon beams pour into the pool of water and illuminate the waters up until the very edge. That's when the cats may dip their faces into bright blue waters and be taken to visit Starclan. Rumor has it that while the cats are asleep, the cats with stars in their pelts will dance down from Starclan on the moon beams and protect the living cats while they sleep. Sea Star Grove - a big tide pool near camp that is filled with colorful starfish.
A rather large tidal pool between the camp and the ocean that houses many different starfish of all shapes and sizes. There are large, flat rocks that surround the pool that allows cats to lounge on and watch the strange creatures move about. Traditionally, this is a romantic spot where cats frequent to confess their enamored feelings to one another. This spot was named after one of the first leaders of Coastalclan who had been quite the playtom until he finally settled down with his mate, having promised himself to her after discovering the tide pool full of starfish together. It's tradition for the cat who is confessing to bring a sand dollar with them so that the two may break it together. How many 'doves' the broken sand dollar produces represents how well the relationship will turn out; few doves mean the relationship might not work out while a lot of doves means they were meant to be together. Cats may also interpret the doves as how many kits or litters they will have together. Rockbound Bay - a rocky beach on one side of territory.A large beach on the other side of the territory that ends up connecting to Crescent Cove. It's mainly a rocky beach where the waves crash over and cause the surfaces to be rather slippery, thus making it hard to walk along. It's also a good place where sea birds like to perch on, often sitting together in small swarms so if you miss a bird it's not out of the question to turn around and hope to get another before they all fly away. Mollusks are also found between the wedges of rocks, good for harvesting and eating from. The smooth and wet surfaces are perfect for seals and otters to rest on and as long as a cat doesn't bother them, they won't be bothered back. The Vanishing Pools - these are the tide pools in territory, good place for prey. The Vanishing Pools are a cluster of tide pools along the edge of Rockbound Bay that house several small creatures. The Pools are great fun to relax around and watch the small sea life inside of the waters, they're also a good place to hunt for small crabs, sea sponges, or any type of shellfish. Cats are told to be careful of where they stick their paws in the water as they could be stung by a sea anemone or pricked by a sea urchin. Clearwater Beach - the main beach, most hunting gets done here.Clearwater Beach is where the Coastelclan's camp sits upon, it's also where most hunting and gathering is done. The sand on the beach is a very pale yellow, almost white when the sun is at its highest while the water is a bright and clear turquoise. When the tide is low is a great time for cats to venture out and pick up little sea creatures that got left behind when the water has receded. The camp sits high up on the sands so even when the water is at its highest it's not even close to reaching the walls of the camp. There are many series and sections of reeds or tall beach grass that's good for hiding in when hunting, or to make nests out of. Palm Circle - a wide clearing of palm trees, herbs grow here.Palm Circle is a wide clearing of palm trees that is full of floral growth. Many of the medicinal herbs are found and collected here, growing in the sandy soil just off of Clearwater Beach. A lot of the flowers bring in bees who make their beehives on some of the palm trees that encircle the clearing. If cats are careful then they may be able to extract some honey from the hives, or just hope enough drips onto some leaves. Occasionally some animals from The Wilds venture into the clearing and if that's the case then cats are to leave the area immediately. The Wilds - the jungle which makes up half, or at least part of their territoryThe Wilds is the busy jungle that is right behind the beach territory of the clan, cats are forbidden from venturing too deep into the vines and trees as there are too many dangers lurking about. Sometimes twolegs will be lingering amongst the foliage but they never set foot onto the beach. Still, The Wilds are still part of the territory and are used for hunting but not much else, it's normally used as a last resort if there isn't much prey on the beach then a large patrol will be sent into the jungle to hunt and get out as quickly as possible.

Tropical Herb List Gumbo-limbo - these trees are thick trunked canopy trees with red, constantly peeling bark. They grow near the two-leg village and were once tapped, giving the cats access to the resin within. This can be used topically to help with rashes, sores, and insect bites. Soursop - a tree which bears large green fruits. The medium sized leaves can be harvested and chewed into a pulp that is useful as an anti-inflammatory. It's great for back-pains and joint problems. Sometimes will be used to fight infections. Noni - the fruits of this particular tree smell awful, like stale sweat almost. The plant grows both by the shores and deep in the jungle. The juice or even the fruits in severe cases can be taken to help with stomach and intestinal issues. When applied topically it can also be an anti-inflammatory. Snakewood - a hollow trunked tree with massive leaves and a thin, worm-like fruit - which is adored by birds and bats alike. The leaves when chewed into a pulp are used as a cure for snakebites and rashes. The fruits can also be turned into a pulp which is used to combat sore-throats, colds, and can even be used as a mild calming agent. Gavilana - is a large leafy herb that grows in the tropics, that is rather bitter. The leaves can be chewed up and placed on wounds to help battle infection. Sleeping Lady - these plants are sensitive and close when touched, which are where the name comes from. This is great for calming cats and inducing sleep, often used to treat insomnia, depression, and panic-attacks. Also good for calming muscle spasms and nerve pain. Aloe Vera - Dark green, mostly stem-less plant with long, thick fleshy leaves that fan out from the center. Filled with soothing gel that is great for treating burns and skin irritations. Anise - Tall plant with yellow or white flowers and oblong shaped fruit. The fruit is great for treating snake bites. Basil - Tall plant with large, dark green leaves and small, white flowers. It's a catch-all type of herb that medicine cats keep regularly stocked as it helps ease stomach spasms, gas, and colds. It can also help with a loss of appetite and regulate blood circulation. Nursing mothers often take basil after kitting to improve their milk production. Brahmi - It has small flowers that are light purple or white in color with no more than four or five petals. It has a bitter and sweet taste. It is great as a memory enhancer and can relieve anxiety. It also promotes sleep, strengthens the immune system, relieves arthritis pain, reduces swelling, and helps with dry skin. Coriander - The small tan seeds of a small plant with asymmetrical pink flowers. The seeds can be ingested to boost the immune system and fight infections. Cinnamon Bark - Peeled from the trunk of a sharp smelling evergreen, this bark is great for reducing spasms, reducing fevers, and stimulating appetite. Clove - The flowering buds from an evergreen with small white flowers. Cloves are usually used to treat cats with minor colds and infections. Comfrey - Small plant with large, broad leaves and small, purple bell-shaped flowers. Roots can be chewed into a poultice to treat broken bones, soothe open wounds, and heal wrenched or twisted claws. The leaves can ease stiffness in muscles and reduce swelling. Garlic - Strong smelling plant with white roots. Can be chewed and ingested to combat sickness. Can be applied to bites and scratches to prevent infection. It's strong smell can also disguise scent. Ginger - This sweet smelling root can be chewed to help with nausea or applied to relief muscle pain, inflammation, and other general pain. Bayberry - Evergreen shrub with leaves that spiral around the stems and small reddish-purple fruits. Fruits can be eaten to reduce fevers or used in poultices as a topical aid. If too much of the juices are ingested it can cause a cat to loose their balance and lower their inhibitions. Horseradish - Thick, low lying plant with large, crinkly leaves that have ragged edges and tall white flowers on thin stalks. The roots can be swallowed to help ease colds, treat sinus infections, relief pain, ease toothaches, and aid in digestion. Lime - A tall, thorny bush with round leaves that are narrow in the middle(hourglass shaped). The leaves can be chewed to relieve stress, applied topically to reduce swelling, or made into a poultice to combat fleas and ticks. The tree also has large, round fruits that are highly dangerous if eaten. Lemongrass - Tall, fern-like grass plant that gives off a faint sharp fruit smell. It is chewed for pain relief, and can reduce fevers and swelling. Kitting mothers can chew this to help their kitting along. Mint - Small plant with many small, triangular leaves. The plant has a very sharp scent and taste. When chewed it can ease a mild cough, headaches, and general aches and pains. It can be rubbed on a queen's belly to encourage kits to nurse. Often used on a dead body to mask the scent of death. Neem - Tree with long, skinny leaves and white, fragrant flowers. It can be used as to reduce swelling and often given to cats sick with colds. Nutmeg - The ground seeds from a dark leaved evergreen. Medicine cats use a small rock to crush the seeds. This technique was learned from seagulls who drop oysters from great heights to break them. It can be swallowed to reduce pain. Spike Plant - Skinny plants with long stems, sparse leaves, and tiny purple flowers. When swallowed, the leaves can ease colds and minor coughs. Parsley - Low lying plant with broad, crinkly leaves and tiny clumps of yellow or white flowers. No real use although can be used to stop milk flow in queens who have lost their litters. Is known to be poisonous to birds. Pepper - Cultivated by grinding the fruit of a flowering vine, pepper is a great swelling reducer and pain reliever. It can also suppress appetites so it's often used in traveling herbs. Rosemary - Low lying evergreen with needle-like leaves and pink, purple, or white flowers. It has a distinct smell and the leaves can be swallowed to induce vomiting. Saragundi - Leafy plant with broad leaves and big orange-yellow flowers. Can be used to ease rashes. Thyme - Has very small, narrow and elliptical, dark leaves. Small, pink stemmed buds grow out of the topmost leaves. Thyme is generally combined with other herbs. Alone can be eaten to treat headaches and toothaches. Turmeric - Tall, distinctly shaped plants with yellow-orange cone shaped stems. At the top of the cone the leaves are normally white or green and every so often sprout a large purple flower. The roots can be ground and/or chewed to reduce swelling and relieve arthritis pain. Often taken with pepper to increase effectiveness. Vanilla - Green seed pods from a broad-leaved plant with small yellow flowers. It is a great fever reducer. Like the mint it can be applied to queens bellies to encourage nursing.
these are the ones I have for sure right now, I'm still looking into it, but we definitely would benefit from a twoleg area. c:

It really does look cute, Morning, thank you! That is dumb about the transparency costing money, but it's cute as it is too ^^
Rainy, I like what you've done with the territory so far. I'm sorry the tropical herb list is so short, I had more but my pages got water spilled on them - the struggles of sharing a desk. So those were the ones I could salvage ~

I didn't care for the movie or the newest series but I fondly remember coming home from school and watching whatever rerun episode was playing. It wasn't until I got Netflix in my teens that I watched the series in chronological order. My mom is a very "work before play" person but she thankfully let me watch it before homework)

I do like the moon pool idea, maybe we could have the cove be another romantic spot but this one is less formal and cats can swim in it and such? I never did see the show but I knew of it's existence ~
I would greatly appreciate the help with the tropical herbs, Morning, my list was greatly depleted! :c
