Redspring was about to answer Willownose, only to turn her head as she heard Ashfeather’s voice. She glanced at Willownose, offering a look of question as to if she wanted to join them. She turned to look at the tom and his apprentice and nodded.
“Alright. If you insist, Ashfeather, we won’t let you down.”

Swallowsong was still a bit concerned that Spiritstar had not been the one to address the Clan, especially at a time like this. But perhaps the leader did need to rest her mind after enduring the Gathering and Whitesun was just as capable.
She looked at Skyflight, "I hope our patrols are enough to deter ThunderClan or ShadowClan from doing anything rash."

(Also, for Swallow's history I forgot to mention she saved two kits from drowning before being rescued herself by Frostlake of RiverClan. The kits were Scarfur 's characters I believe. I wanna say they were Amberpaw and Sandpaw from Nightsky's litter. I'll have to comb through the old page and my memory of the old forums to see how much of Swallow's history I may actually have. I didn't think I had much but she's not as new I thought.) |

Towards the back of the nursery, a dark blue shape remained motionless. A small breeze of wind ruffled through his fur, but he did not stir. The stress from the fire and from his traumatic birth had been too much for the young kit to bear, and to the side of his siblings he was pressed to the ground and colder than the stone itself. Crescentkit would not move again.
(Just remembered to unfollow this RP after receiving a Notification. Glanced at page 1 and noticed that Crescentkit is still up there; when someone gets the time, remove him. Please and thank you.)

Weaselpaw felt content at his mentor’s praise. Not often did Ashfeather actually compliment him. However, it could be because they had company, but Weaselpaw knew Ashfeather better than that and knew that he meant every word he said. |

Ashfeather trotted further into the territory, entering a small clearing. "Alright Weaselpaw, show us your hunter's crouch." he mewed, sitting down in front of his apprentice and curling his tail around his paws.
Skyflight nodded in agreement. "I'm sure Whitesun will keep us on track with our patrols.."

oh you know, went to work yesterday, got stranded there because it snowed 22 inches, had to walk 20 minutes in the sleet and snow to a hotel only to go back to work in the morning ahah. So fine  how are you? ) |

(It's been cold but we don't get snow. Dry cold y'know? I'm good though. Just relaxing after a long day in the office. At work, we're kinda scrambling to get everything done before the end of the fiscal year but 2020 itself has been really unusual so I guess it's not really a surprise.
Hopefully our RP activity picks up but I know we've all been incredibly busy.)

it was a whole 8 degrees here this morning. that sounds stressful though, I hope you have a nice calming holiday coming up though  . Hopefully it calms down soon for you! I'm not excited to work next week because all the patients are going to be sad they're in the hospital and not home with their families.  ) |

(Not so much stressful as it is tedious since we gotta pull out all our accounts to be reconciled. But yeah. I'm sure I don't need to remind you, but please endeavor to stay safe working around your patients. I really hope it calms down for you too, but the time between now and the end of the year is likely to get even more hectic. The holiday season is really doing a number on the progress made. Thanksgiving weekend and travel plans made a mess of things where we are.
In the meantime, I'm looking to get a PS5 when they're finally back in stock lol.)

hahaha I work on the covid floor, I'm being as careful as possible. I got to sign up to get the first wave of the vaccine when it becomes available to us.
I am also waiting patiently to get a PS5. My dad and I were going to split the cost because he will use it too, but Idk what would happen with that in the spring when I move out after graduation. What games are you looking forward to? )

(Violet decided to leave the forums, so yeah, she killed off Crescent I have Splashecho still as a queen and her daughter Flyingkit if you want to rp with them. Otherwise, I'm just going to post this about Spiderpaw for now: ) Spiderpaw padded back into camp with his paws dragging and his tail low. He carried just a few herbs in his mouth and they didn't even look in a proper shape because of the fire. He had to fight back a yawn having just trudged all around the territory to search for these herbs and he was upset with himself for finding so little. Spiderpaw headed to the medicine den. Once he sorted the herbs in the storage, he planned on going straight to sleep. |

“Ouch...” Witherpaw whispered, shifting quietly as he felt the stone dig into his pad. He pulled carefully at it, but it twinged with pain far too much for the older apprentice to finish taking it out. He blinked, noticing Spiderpaw padding into camp. He could see the Medicine cat was tired, and a twinge of guilt filled him, but the silent apprentice knew he could not let this go untreated. He hobbled towards him, calling out softly.
“Spiderpaw?...Can you assist me?...”

Spiderpaw couldn't help but sigh. He should've known he'd get only about halfway to the medicine den before someone called out to him. He slothfully turned toward Witherpaw and his ear flicked at the sight of the younger apprentice limping. Spiderpaw flattened his ears and careful set down his fragile herbs. "What did you do?" He asked bluntly.
