"That's very kind of you to say. I hope to make you and everyone else proud." Emberpaw preened under the praise, always a bit vain, but wanting to mean well. She turned her head towards Harekit and offered. "Want me to go out with him? He might just want to look around, and I can bring him back real soon."

Emberpaw looked at Harekit and gave a look of sympathy, before she nodded to Lavenderbelly. "Well, I can't argue with that. He really gave us all a scare there. I'm glad he's recovering though. If you ever need any help, or someone to keep an eye out, just call for me if I don't have training to do and I'll pop right in." She offered.

"Hm. That's an interesting one! Well, there was Nightstar, who was one of Skyclan's leaders a long time ago. But get this. She wasn't born a Skyclan cat. She actually was born a Riverclan cat. She came to Skyclan, and was able to prove herself enough to lead Skyclan through some pretty rough times. I guess that goes to say that anyone can become a Skyclan cat if they work hard and prove themselves to dedicate their all to the clan. Even a former Riverclan cat." Emberpaw explained. "My mother liked stories about her, because my mother wasn't born in Skyclan either, but she loves being a Skyclan warrior, and has trained really hard to become one many moons ago."

They live outside the clans, we call them loners if they're harmless, and rouges if they are dangerous. I imagine your father is a nice loner living somewhere. The Warrior code says we can't harm kits for any reason, so don't worry about if your father's a Warrior or not. You'll get to be Warriors." |

Plumwillow called out from one of the cliffs, the mischievous Warrior hoping to pester him playfully like she always did. "What are you looking for? Some plants? Maybe a rock?" |

Spiderpaw flattened his ears hearing Plumwillow. It would be harder to concentrate with her around. "I'm a medicine cat, Plumwillow. I'm sure you can figure out what I'm doing. Besides, if I was looking for a rock, I wouldn't be up here."

Spiderpaw just spotted a nice patch of mint a bit further up when Plumwillow told him to look down. He flicked the tip of his tail in annoyance, but looked down anyway. I don't recognize those pelts, Spiderpaw thought with a frown. Wait...that's Peachedapple! What was ThunderClan's medicine cat doing here? He carefully backed up his footholds to make his way down. He'd get the mint later and he didn't say anything to Plumwillow.

Emberpaw's eyes grew soft as she thought about Obsidianflower. "Before she became mates with my father, she was my mother's mate. Then all three of them fell in love. She was the deputy before my father was, and she was the strongest, coolest, most amazing cat ever. You would have really liked her. When mama joined Starclan, I promised that I would become a strong Warrior, just like her. She supported Spiritstar through everything." Emberpaw recalled, missing her immensely. |

Peachdapple turned as she spotted movement coming down the cliffs, her eyes glimmering with recognition as she spotted Spiderpaw coming down. She dipped her head in greeting to the younger Medicine Cat. |
