Seely Kaase | 20 | Female | 5'7" | 145 | The Powder Keg
"I love to watch the castles burn, these golden ashes turn to dirt"
The happy-go-lucky and more laid-back nature of Seely shields burning desire she has to right the wrongs of the world. She comes off as a kind and gentle person, one you can talk to and one who happily assists in putting out fires or arguments within the Pantheon. A calm and level-headed individual she wouldn't quite seem the first choice for Sekhmet, the manifestation of Ra's wrath. Though that's the point right?
Beneath that surface Sekhmet chose wisely (she is a goddess of course). Seely had a growing hatred for the unjust ways of the world and the many tragedies and wrongdoings many have face. That fire manifests as Sekhmet's did in flames and wrath, in a somewhat "berserker"-eque mode. She's learned to control that anger a bit more, but the rage gets a little much sometimes. It's always helpful to have someone to calm her down when she gets a little too hot-headed.
Champion of Horus
Eydan Ganim | 22 | Male | 6'2" | 210 | The Big Brother
"I promise I'll do better, I'll soften every edge"
Goofy and fun-loving, Eydan is the type you can count on to give you a laugh when you need it. He's bold and outgoing despite his upbringing and sees the positives no matter what. This may come off as naivety but, he doesn't much care. That's his nature. He trusts and confides in others, knowing they trust in him as well. Though there still lies a bit of a selfish streak in the boy.
The wisdom and forethought that graces Horus is something that Eydan is still learning. A protector through and through, Eydan has had to learn to care for others more than just making them laugh. He can still be selfish and look only for his own gain or safety. But the role Horus chose him for was not that. Eydan is able to conjure large protective wings.
Champion of Hephaestus
Sanna Dubois | 21 | Female | 6' | 180 | The Wanderer
"They're invincible and she's just in the background"
Sanna has much to learn about being a part of a family. Though Hephaestus had faith he could teach her much about it. The happy-go-lucky and kind nature of the god are not reflected in Sanna. Easily annoyed and often irritated she is quiet, often dismissive, and more or less indifferent towards many things. A bit lazy it takes proding to get her to work hard on certain things. She finds difficulty attaching herself to one things, whether it's people, places, or beliefs. Her past has taught her to keep herself wary and to never put too much faith into too many things. Though slowly she has learned to trust her fellow Champions.
The iron-working and craftsmanship of Hephaestus has passed to Sanna. A skilled weapons-maker, metal-worker and fighter herself, she has put her work and trust into her Guide with those topics. Another perk of being Chosen by the ironsmith, she has seemed to gain and imperviousness to burns and flames. Which helps when she works on her own weapons and fixing pieces of the others of the Pantheon.
Champion of Athena
Kita Sveyn | 19 | Female | 5'2" | 120 | The Mouse
"Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me"
This unassuming young lady is just that. Quiet, introverted, and not one to speak up, she finds it hard to often socialize with the more boisterous and friendlier Champions. The bravery, wisdom and insight of Athena is slowly coming to her. Out of the shell of Kita, will slowly emerge someone with plenty of advice, strength and knowledge to help you through your problems. Though it takes a bit of prodding to even get her to speak to you at times. She truly wants to be able to assist more when strategizing and planning for missions, though speaking up has been something she'd been trained not to do. Kita frights easily and often needs a BIG bolstering of confidence to get her to speak her mind.
Athena has gifted her with a masterful mind though. Strategic and thoughtful, when Kita finally does speak, her plans are thorough and complete that it's no wonder she's spent so much time silent. These traits come easier when others aren't looking at her though and she still struggles to plan for mutliple outcomes. This ability to think so far ahead would make Kita a valuable asset in the field or even for training and bettering one's own abilities, if only one could get her speak her mind.

(I have a feeling that this refers to the flames of her rage... That fire manifests as Sekhmet's did in flames and wrath. She's learned to control the flames a bit more over the years, but the rage gets a little much sometimes. But just in case, these kids were just picked by the Pantheon. I've updated the page a bit to explain this in the Plot areas and History. The First Wave(newly selected by the Deities) just arrived at the Pantheon. Other than that, they look pretty interesting to me, and I'm super excited for then. I'll probably get them added here in a moment. Just making sure, they are all Ascendants, correct?) Some information: )) (As for what has happened.
Some of us (Leo, Pallas, and myself) have written the Choosing, which is the whole event of a Champion being selected. These can be found sprinkled throughout the pages, as we like to write. It's not at all a requirement for you to write these, they were more for fun with us. But if you want to, go for it!
What happened, back on page 2, is the kids started spawning in the Pantheon after being Chosen, some in hilarious manners, such as falling down stairs, smacking into walls, or faceplanting into the floor. Some spawned at different times. This is the First Wave, so honestly, if you want, the characters are talking now, you could just have yours kind of teleport and run into some of them.
As for what has occurred since. Some characters got into a argument(Lucien and River) and other characters are freaking out(Pascal, Irene, Clementine, Laurie(whose drunk), and many others). Some characters, like Luka, Chiara, and Naida are trying to calm the scene down a bit. For the first post, your characters could spawn while this conversation is being had, or you could get more creative with it if you want to!
As for Leaders. We just did Nominations today, I'm willing to edit the list if you want to look through the pages and find out who your characters would likely nominate for leaders. Each character gets one nomination vote, and it's not the actual vote yet, just a nomination for possibilities. We haven't technically gotten to this point in the RP, so honestly, there's not a big rush here. Just try to think of your character's personality, and who they would like to be leader. You don't have to do this, however, if you don't want to. I just want to extend an invitation to do it, as you are now a part of the RP. If you choose to do this, you can also pick a wildcard, a character your characters haven't selected that you would like to see as a leader.
As for the voting process, we haven't gotten that far yet, but the front page pretty well explains it. Each characters will get three votes once we get to that point in the RP. Yada yada yada. I think you get the point.) |

Dillon: Nominated by Pascal and Naida due to his kindness and because he seems to be a good leader. Theodore: Nominated by Theodore, because he thinks he's great and that leadership is an easy task. Lucien: Nominated by Lorenzo and as a wildcard of Leo , because he doesn't take shit from other people, and he's another sunny boi. Guinevere: Nominated by Griffin, reasons are that she is pretty and likes coffee. Griffin: Nominated by Guinevere because he's tall and likes coffee. Chiara: Nominated by Ariella and Luka because she seems smart and orderly, plus irony. Laurie: Nominated by River for being one drunk boi. Jason: Wildcard of Ζ€Ξ±ΖΖΞ±Ρ β§ because of his intelligence and just being a good kid. (Voting will take place likely tomorrow, I might try to get a reply up soon. Each character will get to vote for three people, and they can't vote for the same person three times. For this, no wildcard-like votes, votes will only be represented by characters, it'll likely be the same process, just without reasoning required.) (Why did I just delete this? (Well I'm absolutely thrilled to have you here! I also sometimes have the same issue. Either the literate RPs are ideas that I don't like, really long, or I've RPed with the peopled before(and either didn't like them or found out that many RPs they started or were in died pretty quickly). Leo and Pallas were a large help and wrote some of the sections themselves as well.
I think I speak for everyone when I say that I already treasure all of these characters and all of you guys as well!)
