Taylor / 26 / Male
Taylor is tall, coming in at a height of 6'2". He has long, wavy hair that is so dark brown it's almost black. His eyes are a pale blue-green, and stand out against his stark pale skin. For a man who spend a lot of time in the sun, it's crazy how little Taylor tans. He also has a constant 5 o' clock shadow. Taylor is a bright person, always joking around and laughing. He can be serious though, and has quite the intimidating glare when he's angry or feels threatened. Something about the ice in his eyes, and the ease he feels in even the roughest waters, makes him seem a lot more dangerous that most would expect at first glance.

The lady waited for the other gym leaders to take their place before moving onto the next set of gyms, the Paladin Gyms. "We got some interesting gym leaders lined up here, first up we have the Mudmend Gym leader, he's the bane of many trainers existence, Alyx!" Kinsley had to think this pun over for a bit, realizing just now that the lady was reaching for straws for this one. Either way, a gym leader baring a striking a very strong resemblance to her came jogging onto the field. Both had black hair and a similar dressing style. it would be hard for anyone to not realize they might be related in some way or another. "That's my..uh brother" She told Eclair, embarrassed. She hated having to tell people who he was, not of shame but because it just meant another shadow for her to live under. She willed the lady to continue on and that she did, switching to talk about the Dewvale gym. "Next up we have an elf of a trainer, leader of the Fairy gym, Fionn!" This was just getting worse by the minute, she was running out of basic puns and it was painfully obvious she had wrote some on the back of her right before this all went down. "Lastly, let's not forget the trainer who soared to roaring heights during their own match ups, Kita!"

Eclair side eyed the other trainer. They did look a lot alike, but Kinsley didn't look very comfortable with the fact that she was related to the Gym Leader walking across the area. She glanced over, breaking her attention from the leaders to ask "Really? That's cool, you'll know his battle style and everything. You'd better not keep all that info to yourself. Not that i'd need it though." with the final gym leaders called out she returned his gaze to the line of them and waited to see what would be said next. She could practically be vibrating from eagerness. They were about to be done here and ready to start.

LuluAs the ceremony continued on, one could easily see Lulu's anticipation getting the best of her. She wanted to get back out into the field, training and preparing for her gym battles. Deerling's irritation with her was evident too, another two kicks later and Lulu sighed. She picked up her partner and went about gently running her fingers through the fawn-pokemon's fur. "Alright, alright, I'm sorry. I just wanna get out there and see what we can do!" she laughed softly Deerling gave a gentle coo in response and nodded, a little fire in the pokemon's eyes. Lulu smiled and nodded back, mirroring that flame. Her eyes moved back forward, "Each one of them will know our names, got it?"~~~~~
ColtBy this point, Colt and Amaura had nearly finished their bag of crisps. He handed the last small bit to here and then carefully pushed the empty bag back into the fanny pack, trying to make as little noise as possible. He looked down to his small dinosaur and gave out a small breath before looking back ahead. "They sure look tough don't they." He rubbed the back of his neck in thought, hoping that his team were strong enough to push through these battles and prove their strength. In truth he was a bit worried, sometimes his relaxed nature got the best of him and he was sure he hadn't trained nearly as hard or consistently as other trainers here. Nevertheless he was determined, or as determined as one with his nature could be, to prove it to his friends and family back home. Many of them thought he'd give up or just kind of forget about the journey. But, he knew this was what he wanted, and he would work his hardest to prove to them he wasn't the lazy oaf they all thought he was. ~~~~~
KitaAnother light laugh escaped Kita as she listened further to the puns, their gracious announcer was truly trying her hardest but, everyone could feel the slight strain. As she was announced, Deino gave a small roar of pride and Kita beamed to the crowd, waving happily in greeting. Truly, she couldn't wait to see how these trainers had grown over their years. She remembered where she had started and understood how hard these times could be and how daunting a task the Round Table appeared at times. Never would she go easy but, always would she remain positive and give these hopeful youths advice as she saw fit. Her golden eyes moved down towards her fellow gym leaders, and she sighed lightly, what an honor it was for her to be standing up here for yet another year.

(Dude it rained like all last weekend and stormed the night before last and then cleared up for a bit, but I mean it’s springtime so idk what else I expected! I just want it to clear up so I can go biking or do anything outside!)
