Sorry my schedule has turned into an "all Hades has broken loose" scenario. 50th anniversary is legit tomorrow for WDW and I'm working a 4 10 hours in a row. I'm doing GREAT! LMAO) There was a slight moment where Shadow considered dissolving into the darkness next to him, so he wouldn't have to be here any longer, but only for a moment. He'd never be able to live down that type of rudeness and he was sure it would spread pretty quickly through camp about that action. He gave a sigh as he cast a glance at Frances as he listened to her speak. "No, anytime I go down there, everything wants to die so not only does it make your siblings annoyed, the camp loses its side income from the strawberries sales" he explained. Nothing but truth from that statement, his mood was a big factor in how quickly the plants wilted. (i feel the same way except with classes and projects i've had outside of school. i hope your schedule has lessened a little!) Francis lets out a sharp snort, finding it amusing that her siblings would really get annoyed with having to put some extra effort into taking care of the fields. Her cheeks suddenly flush, hoping Shadow didn't take it as her scoffing at him. A sheepish smile replaces that giddy grin of hers and she clears her throat before responding. "They're just lazy, don't take it to heart. Also, I promise it doesn't affect the strawberry sales, we can just regrow them. See?" The short Demeter girl finally steps away from Shadow, reaching her hand down, palm facing the tall grass as she focuses. A small strawberry plant breaks through the dirt, growing rapidly before producing a bright, red, fresh strawberry. Francis looks rather proud of herself before nodding to the Hades boy. "Eat it, it's safe I promise." She says teasingly, giggling softly afterwards. |

Mathias lazed in the Nike Cabin, tucked against the wall and claiming a large portion of Sasha’s bed, watching her redress with a flicker of mirth in his eyes. “You know, you could always just tell Erin your little rivalry is all a show. Maybe she’ll like that you want to take a bite out of her.”
“Ah, should I be saying the same thing about you and Hunter then?” Sasha retorted, though she smirked ever so slightly as she turned to face the son of Ares. Mathias lifted a brow, unfazed by the rebound as he shrugged. “Can’t help it if Sparks has no interest. I don’t have preferences.”
A lie, slightly, when Echo was involved, though his frustrations and hesitation in admitting how he felt about her had once again led him back to his usual flings. Sasha was always perfect for them, seeing as she was in the same boat, and also had no preference in partners, besides the one she wanted the most. Mathias rolled slowly onto his back with a satiated sigh.
“Think Drake’ll come walking in anytime soon? Should I act like we were playing cards or something?” He snickered, earning a scoff and a slap on the shoulder as Sasha passed by him.

Kyo spoke lightly with Lloyd, carefully fixing the older boy’s sword. While Lloyd was not one to lift a blade often, Kyo also knew he liked to try and fix things himself, much to the son of Hephaestus’ concern. The sword needed a good amount of mending.
Valen was practicing his Necromancy, sighing softly as the rat skeleton he had forged had begun to crumble as his mind was distracted once again from thinking of the monster attack.

Josie was really impressed with how fast Connor was able to move, sometimes almost a blur as he was dodging arrows. Aware of Kumiko’s movements, the brunette also began to circle the Demeter boy, going the opposite direction. She moved fast, shooting once before doing a quick somersault and shooting again immediately after, aiming for his legs. Juniper watched closely, giving a chuckle as Obsidian created a little sand blob and puppeteer it with ease. Color her impressed. “Wow, Winters, pretty cool. Better than anything I could ever do.” (Hey, Ice, thought I would quote my last response in case you missed it ^^' ) so sorry x.x) Connor stumbled as one of Kumiko’s arrows managed to hit him in the back of the shoulder and let out a curse, narrowly managing to avoid one of Josie’s arrows. Kumiko grinned as her arrow managed to make it through Connor’s defenses, and reached back for another arrow. She gave a slight frown as she felt nothing but air and sighed, “I’m out of arrows.” She said, shaking her head, “I think it’s time for a break anyways. Obsidian let the sand drop and gave a shrug, “It takes a lot of practice and self control. Besides, I’m sure you have some of your own tricks.” She said, looking at the other girl. |

She quickly turned back around and faced the monster, her sword raised and another fireball in her hand. boop) The monster skidded to the side, snarling as it turned around to face Phoenix again. It screeched loudly before it extended its claws and lunged at her once more. Unknowingly, Levin had slipped carefully between the trees, illusions blending him in as he watched the fight carefully. Surely Phoenix would display her full power soon. If that was the case, it would be ideal to keep note of her skills, for a weapon as strong as her would be more than helpful. |

He focused hard on the Monster, making it snap its teeth ferociously at Pheonix in hopes of driving her to use her full strength. |

Phoenix raised her left hand, planning on throwing fire at the creature. She felt anger rising in her chest, feeling frustrated and annoyed with the current situation. She felt her palm warming up and aimed at the monster, but instead of fire, an energy blast hit the monster. Phoenix stumble back, looking at her hand in surprise, it was like the same energy from before.
Echo and Kumiko were sitting in the training arena, chatting quietly. Echo was sharpening one of her swords, testing the edge every now and then as she did. Meanwhile, Kumiko was working on some of her arrows, fixing some broken ones.
Roxana was down at the beach, a small bundle on her lap as she worked on a small project. She was tired of being in the forgery, and wanted a change of scenery, so had decided to go there for the day.

Shard wandered down to the beach, deciding to take it easy for the day. He saw a figure ahead and quickened his pace, coming up behind Roxana. “Hey!” He greeted.
Jacob headed down to the training area. He spotted Echo and Kumiko and got a little nervous but approached anyway. “Hey.” He said.

Echo and Kumiko looked up as Jacob approached, Kumiko giving him a bright smile as he did, “Hey! What are you up to?” Kumiko greeted him, while Echo gave a him a nod in greeting.

“N-nothing special.” Roxana said, letting him see the metal work, a couple of small metal birds. “It’s just a small project to keep my hands busy.” She added.
“What do you have in mind?” Echo asked, resting the flat of her sword on her knee, “I hope it isn’t the climbing wall, it isn’t as challenging as it used to be.” She said.
Kumiko laughed, “Hey, not all of us are climbing masters like you and Connor.” She said, giving her friend a nudge. She looked back at Jacob, “I’m sure you have something fun for us to do.” She added, giving him a smile.

“Hey that’s cool!” Shard smiled at her. “Is it gonna move and stuff when you’re done?” He asked her, tilting his head slightly to the side. He was gueinuly curious about it.
Jacob rubbed the back of his head lightly. “No it isn’t the climbing wall because I’m tired of being the last one up it.” He complained lightly. “I thought maybe we could sneak out of camp and go to the gas station down the road. Maybe get some candy and stuff.” He suggested.

He readied himself for his acting again, slowly pulling himself out from behind a boulder and whimpering quietly. "I-is it gone?!" He begged. |

“Sorta, I was hoping to find a way for them to be able to fly around, but I haven’t quite figured out how to keep it up in the air for long periods of time without overheating the engines.” Roxana rambled off, her stutter disappeared as she talked more about the project, now that she was more focused on the project then the son of Aphrodite next to her.
“Finally! Something fun to do!” Echo said, jumping up and sheathing her swords. “It’s getting boring having to be in camp all the time.” She complained, stretching her arms behind her, “Just us or are we roping anyone else into our little adventure?”
Kumiko set her bow and arrows aside and stood up as well, “That does sound fun. I haven’t been out of camp in a while.” She commented thoughtfully, “It’ll be a nice change in scenery.

Shard listened to her ramble on about the birds, nodding slightly as he listened. “That’s super cool! I wish I was good at building stuff like that.” He sighed lightly. “Then I could offer you some advice.” He smiled.
Jacob smirked a little as the others agreed to his plan. “Awesome! And I figured we’d drag Connor along as well.” He spoke.
