Heres my reluctant prophecy boy) Cloudburst SkyWing ~ ✧ ~ 16 ~ ✧ ~ Male
✧ Cloudburst is an average sized Skywing, but well muscled and defined, with wings slightly larger than average. His scales are a deep, glittering red, giving him the appearance of being clad in garnets, the scales on his underside a even darker red.Scattered sparingly across his back and wings are glimmering golden scales, not noticeable in dim lighting, but glow and scatter light across his scales when they catch sunlight. The membrane of his wings is a dark gold that shows brighter veins of gold when they are lit by sunlight. His eyes are a warm golden orange, with the scales of his face being the same as his body with the brow ridge the same dark red as his underbelly except for a gold scale at the end of both brows. Cloudburst likes wearing a variety of accessories,a lot of them his own creations. He is normally seen wearing a gold hoop in his nose,a row of three gold bands on his tail, each studded with garnets, and a transparent orange silk scarf he wraps around his shoulders and lets trail over his wings in a stylish manner. ✧
WIP ✧ Eloquent,Creative,Spontaneous,Disorganized,Pessimistic,Worried ✧
✧ Raised in the typical manner of all SkyWings,Cloudburst was taught to fight from a young age,but it was never his passion. His true passion is the arts;music, painting, writing, he does it all, much to the disdain of his parents who would prefer he follows in their family tradition of great warriors. Cloudburst still follows his parents wishes and trains every day,but always sneaks away to practice his art, though he's always cautious because he knows all his instruments and supplies would be taken if they were discovered by his parents. At the appearance of a new threat to Pyyrhia,Cloudburst knows he will be challenged, not necessarily by the dark being, but the expectancy of his parents that he try to fight the creature, but becoming a prophecy dragon is the last thing he wants. ✧

Taipan SandWing ~ ✧ ~ 14 ~ ✧ ~ female
✧ Taipan stands a bit smaller than most SandWings, and has a more lean, streamlined build. Like most SandWings, her colors tend to lean more towards desert style, although a bit darker. The scales around the base of her skull and down the sides of her neck are a dark black and grey, and form a sort of pseudo hood, akin to a cobra's. The predominant coloring of her scales is a burnished gold, accented in some places by a tan. Her horns are the same tan, and the membranes of her wings are a pale cream color. Jet black talons and dark grey-black eyes round out the rest of Taipan's features, along with the tell-tale black barb that sits at the end of her tail. ✧
✧ loyal, inquisitive, perceptive; wary, defensive, slow to forgive ✧
✧ Taipan's parents, Iris and Horus, served in the SandWing queen's army and therefore taught Taipan the skills of combat. As a result, she's a rather remarkable fighter, although she tends to rely more on her speed and agility than anything else. Despite the fact that Taipan was raised in the SandWing's palace, she tended to a more solitary lifestyle, and as a result made few friends and was slow to trust. Taipan's slow-to-trust nature obscures her view of the world, making her see life in a more black-and-white manner. Her reluctance to see the world in a more complicated manner means that she is extremely slow to forgive any sort of slight, and will hold a grudge for quite some time. Taipan, at her core, is deeply loyal to those she considers her friends. She's got an inquisitive nature, with a deep love of exploration and ferreting out the world's mysterious, and this inquisitive air also gives her an edge in perception. She's fairly good at reading other dragons and situations, but she's far from perfect in this and sometimes makes mistakes in her deductions and assumptions.✧

Bengal stifled a yawn as he saw Rambutan approaching. The younger RainWing wasn't hard to spot on most days- especially since his choice of scale color seemed to have only one credential: bright. Still, he seemed to be one of a few RainWings who actually wanted to defend their rainforest. Straightening his spine, he tried to put a serious expression on his face.
"Everything's quiet on the MudWing border," he replied, keeping his voice even and calm. "I haven't checked the ocean border in awhile though," he admitted with a shrug. "It's possible that a SeaWing could enter the rainforest from behind- or any dragon if they wanted to take a bit of a detour."
He didn't want to add that his morning patrols were almost completely useless. Most dragons would simply fly into the rainforest, leaving behind little evidence of their presence. Had there been a bigger group out and about, they might be able to spot dragons entering the kingdom, but with just Bengal he would have to be very lucky in order to run into the mysterious figure attacking the continent. So why do it? The voice in his head asked. Why not just stay in the village with the others?
He had never actively made the choice as a dragonet- to become a warrior. It was just who he was. He couldn't just sleep when his tribe could be in danger. If he had any chance of finding a monster and defeating it before it could hurt anyone else- then why not try. And yet, he never felt like he fit in with the other RainWings. Sure they were nice to him, but he always felt that most of them were just afraid of him. Looking at Rambutan he couldn't help but wonder if the other dragon actually saw him as a friend, or if he was just bored and figured bothering Bengal would make for good fun. "How have things been around here?" he asked. He might as well try to get some information from the other dragon. While Rambutan might be a bit too talkative and cheery for Bengal's taste, he was good at keeping up with other dragons. If someone in the tribe saw something strange or was worried about something- there was a good chance Rambutan would have heard about it. "Anything out of place?"

(I think RainWings are the hardest to color solely because they don't have a set color scheme. Are you planning on making one from each tribe ghost, or just the four?)

((Hey folks! Sorry I've been so inactive, my muse has been at a big fat zero lately. Hopefully I can get all three of my replies up tonight, along with three new characters!)) ((Oh yeah, little question though. ✧☽ ᴅʀᴇᴀᴍᴇʀ ᴀɴᴅ ᴅᴏᴇʀ ☾✧ when you say none for animus dragons on the front page, do you mean that tribe has none at all or none currently? SkyWings is pretty clear, but the rest I just want to double check. In my mind SandWings, SeaWings, and NightWings should definitely have animuses, maybe RainWings[if they have mixed with NightWings a lot] and maybe IceWings, but idk on that one. It is 200 years later.))

I mean none at all, and here's my logic (feel free to point out any flaws):
SkyWings, like you said, are obvious. MudWings have never had any recorded animus dragons. SeaWings seem to be the most common for having animus dragons, hence there can be up to three. SandWings can have an animus or two, so long as they're descended from Jerboa. IceWings haven't had an animus since Prince Arctic. As for NightWings and RainWings, here's my thoughts: it was only the NightWing descendants of Whiteout who were animus dragons, and the last dragon we know from that line is Sunny... but we have no idea who, if anyone, she married and had kids with. It could have been a SandWing; could have been a NightWing; it could have literally been anyone. So, I decided to just say none of them. 🤷♀️
