Who is your favorite kit Ferncloud and Dustpelt?
I'm adding the ones that didn't have much screen time, because it doesn't feel right to exclude them.
Anyway, their kits are
Spiderleg Shrewpaw Hollykit Larchkit Birchfall Icecloud Foxleap
I think I'm going to go with Icecloud (though, Foxleap is VERY close) I love how protective she was over Foxleap, and how she told Lionblaze off for being a jerk to him.

The Erins made a big mistake when cleaning out some cats after the Great War- left a bunch of old croons while taking out some worthy cats.

I think it would have been kind of fitting, if all the prophecy cats died during it, it'd be sad, but it'd make sense kind of Then again, if Lionblaze died, Fernsong wouldn't be here. However, they could have done a Ryestalk x Shrewclaw situation, where Cinderheart was pregnant when Lionblaze died.

Even though he died early I feel as though Shrewpaw could have been great. I went with him.

They rest are annoying to me. Maybe Hollyleaf cause her redemption can maybe stand a chance.

I actually think I'm going with either Spiderleg or Birchfall. I found them to be the most interesting of their kits.

StarClan's pretty useless, when have they actually helped matters instead of leaving cryptic messages? It seems like all they can do is control the clouds, and knock trees down on cats

Oh, this is a hard one. How can I choose between Shrewpaw, Birchfall, Icecloud and Foxleap? They are all good characters.
I think Spiderleg is okay. Not my favorite character, but good. I appreciate that we had a character like him.
Hollykit and Larchkit were cute, unfortunately they didn't have much screen time and died too early to have a lot of character.
I really like Shrewpaw. He was a very sweet cat and could have been a good warrior, but like Holly and Larch, he died too soon. Well, luckily there are still AUs.
I don't remember much of Icecloud, she was nice and I just like her. (Maybe I should reread PoT and OotS...)
I remember Foxleap more. I thought he was quite funny. And I really liked him in SotM. He was just so nice to Dovewing. His death was very sad. I would have been nice if he had survived his wounds.
I love Birchfall. I liked his character development and the interactions with his daughters. He and Whitewing are cute together and their relationship is one of my OTPs. I really hope that he doesn't die in VoS and that he survives TBC. He is the last living child of Dust and Fern and at least he should have the honor of becoming an elder.

I agree with everything you said, though, I preferred Birchfall before Omen of the Stars, like, when he was an apprentice/newer warrior. He is super cute with Whitewing though, and I love how in The Power of Three, he was like, "I don't care what happens to me, I just hope Whitewing and our kits will be okay." Or something like that. It does seem that Birchfall is getting a shorter temper though, he's starting to remind me of his older brother Spiderleg

Confusing cats lives more than fixing them honestly they should just be an afterlife where cats go when they die and live forever or whatnot.

It also sucks that cats like Yellowfang, Goosefeather, Jayfeather, etc were born with things they couldn't control, and that made them destined to be medicine cats, which they never wanted. They don't even get the chance to relive their lives over either

They don't even get the chance to relive their lives over either I was thinking along the lines of that this week. Like almost every cat with an abnormality of burdened with a power had to become a medicine cat and it really wasnt fair. Goosefeather and Jay probably would not have been made good warriors tbh but Goose was really burdened with a future-seeing power and there was nothing he could do to stop it. Like when he was blamed for Moonflower's death it must have hurt on so many levels. And Yellowfang, she was so promising- could have been an great warrior and an asset and mother to plenty of healthy cats like she wanted and maybe had a great love life with Raggedstar. But StarClan decided differently.

But StarClan decided differently. Agreed! StarClan sucks. Like...why can't they just be straight up? When they send an omen, cats wind up dead. Like, with Ravenwing...they didn't have to send him that omen, putting the pressure on a young medicine cat, making him decide between Mapleshade and her kits, and doing right by Oakstar and the rest of ThunderClan, but they did. They should have just kept quiet, or been more clear about their intentions, they shouldn't have expected Ravenwing to read minds, or be able to see the future. Same with Goosefeather, and the omen that got Moonflower killed, Stonepelt sent to the elder's den, and other casualties that happened.
