I'm going to say CoastClan, just because ShoreClan and ScorchClan kind of sounds similar

CoastClan it is!
I was sketching last night and decided on my leader character for ScorchClan. As a nod to the RussetClan idea, I made Russetstar. He’s a black cat who has a lot of rusting going on (when black cats start to turn red from being in the sun too much) and comes across as cold and intimidating but loves his clan dearly and would do want thing to keep them safe, even if it means getting his paws dirty.

This is what i came up with -
Shellstar - 70 moons - a white and gray tabby she-cat, tall and muscular but also a little chubby. She has blue eyes. She's rational and analytical, so she likes to think things through thoroughly before making a decision, and also fiercely protective of her clan. She's generally a peace maker and would like to try solving problems without fighting, unless it becomes neccessary.

Thank you! Based on what I read, they are kinda earth-y and would probably be set in their ways and wouldn't change often and are very practical. I think in apprentice assessments, they'd test not only learned skills but also try to see what they'd do in an unknown situation. I see them very traditional, so the kit would be supported, but some don't appreciate that the kit isn't normal.

I did, and I like the idea of the kit being born in BristleClan. The general values BristleClan would have are something along the lines of "We don't want him to be too strange but we don't want to give him to another Clan" and some would definitely think he can magically fix everything

Great! Yeah poor little guy will have a lot to deal with. I'm not sure if he'd end up staying in BristleClan, but it could also be interesting if he ended up being raised in CoastClan or something and he's unsure of what to do. Lots of possibilities.

Maybe BristleClan does all they can to protect him and he just wanders out of camp into another territory? It would be unlikely for him to make it that far, though
