Graydan practically face palmed at Beetlejuice's extravagant entrance but it soon didn't matter as a voice called out to them.
"Who're you?!" they barely shouted, readying their keyblade as no one was in clear view
'Meaning they could be anywhere in here....'

"Well then by those rules I have the right to kill you."He replied."But since one of you aren't complete asses I'll answer your question!My name is Phil,and I can promise you if you try to kill me it's not going to end well for anyone."

(my only problem is that my first thought for a second character is... i keep thinking abt one of the antagonists from the anime Ranpo is already in, and i worry i would just turn it into them bickering. but i have some other ideas as well so maybe if anyone else is interested in another character, we could like, have a separate party? or just make it a big group, idk)

"Ah. We found someone already," said Ranpo. (Some detective he was.)

He thought for a moment. "Well, we don't know where we are, right? Maybe it's not a free country. Plus, killing each other sounds like a pain..."

Beetlejuice rolled his eyes at the arguments, then just shimmered out of existence, reappearing next to Phil."No one's gonna kill ya, kid." He announced with a lazy wave, a light smirk on his face.

(I'm willing to make another character to go along with yours if you want Falcon and then maybe later they all meet up?)

Graydan sighed and plopped down on the floor, keyblade disappearing, "Okay so I'm unarmed I'm definetly not killing anyone as long as you're not a heartless you're fine by me"

Fine to them meant more of a I dont have to kill you than a I actually like you kind of thing.

"You don't know what you're dealing with." A voice seemed to sound from the darkness around. "Trust me on this."

The voice sounded rough, gravely, and slightly machinized.

(alright! maybe we could have another group form like a couple blocks away. maybe everyone in the building causes a ruckus or something so they're heading to investigate the noise.

I think I'll use a sort of oc which will be Bolin Jr son of Bolin from tlok that way I can sort of rp Bolin (the original) but not be scared to butcher his character lol if that's good with you?)

Chuuya Nakahara, 22-year-old executive of the Port Mafia, awoke on his back, facing the sky. He lay still on cracked concrete for a moment, eyes narrowed, darting around to find no one. He sat up, testing that he could move all his limbs; having been seized and restrained by an enemy might be a real possibility. He brought his hand up near his head, almost as a reflex, finding his black hat on the ground a couple inches away. Figuring he was free to move as he pleased, he got to his feet, put on the dusty hat, and looked around, surveying the unfamiliar scene.

He remembered leading a small armed force into a conflict with a small but troublesome group aiming to intercept a shipment for the Port Mafia. So troublesome because some of them had Abilities, most of which they kept hidden. Chuuya was usually able to neutralize opponents pretty damn well with his gravity manipulation, but one of them must have gotten him. Had he been teleported to another city? It wouldn't be the first time he'd come across someone that could generate illusions, or spaces apart from the natural world. Threats could come from anywhere in a situation like this, he knew, clucking his tongue.

Well, he thought, almost grinning to himself. There was one way for him to try and get his bearings, all while staying out of the reach of at least an average adversary. As was typical when he used his Gift, his silhouette emitted a red-black glow, as he readied himself to manipulate the gravity affecting his own body. Chuuya would be able to effectively float, giving him a vantage point to get a better look at this landscape he'd been thrust into.

(just bc im curious - does he look pretty similar to the character from the show? Bolin Sr. i guess it would be, haha. also i think i'm going to have the setting nerf him a bit, sometimes his ability in the series is like,,,, pretty overpowered, lol.)

Chuuya, gloved hands in his pockets, had only lifted himself some ten feet above the ground before he saw another figure in the otherwise apparently lonely landscape. He saw no weapons on the person, at least from this distance, but they could have concealed them, or have a weapon like his own, in the form of some supernatural ability.

A potential enemy was also a potential ally, some part of him knew. Or a potential information source, at least. "Oi, kid!" he called down, still hovering in the air. "Tell me what you know about where we are."

The red aura, hallmark of him using his ability, still glowed around Chuuya's form as he frowned, watching the kid down on the ground. "The floating? It's part of an ability I have." In a situation like this, he would hold his cards close, not sure if he needed to reveal the full truth about the extent of his powers yet. He hadn't even had the chance to test them all in this world. "Republic City... never heard of that. Is that where you were before you came here?"
