XD I'm glad I'm not the only one who ends up with that amount, Kale. But yeah. For now, I'm putting my foot down at three with scatterings of two-to-three in any remaining clans.

Yeah I was thinking I'd do 2 warriors and one other (apprentice, kit, queen, higher rank) per clan, and maybe add a few elders or something if I felt like it.

alright, i’m here! i’ll gladly take mallowkit as my queen’s kit and have her try and twist that little brain of his . i’ll start thinking of names soon. i’m gonna look more towards beachy names eventually but for now i know i want a character with the prefix “dapple”. i tend to make new characters for every rp and that prefix really has my heart right now for some reason |

Half of me wants to ask about any more claims on the leader's kits, but the other half is thinking 'family drama from the outside is so much fun to watch >:3 '
Way in the future, but it might be fun if perhaps one of my cats could be a kit's mentor. Or maybe I could have a character who is friends with the kits, so then they have to decide if they're going to listen to the whispers (and direct complaints) about them being half-clan or whether they're going to stand by them. Ooooo ... I like that idea. >: )

as much as i love thinking of characters, aren’t we getting a little ahead of ourselves? i don’t know exactly what we’re missing but i imagine there’s a bit that needs to be decided beforehand.

I believe there was also talk about figuring out history, but I never really learned what has been discussed. Of course, I can go read it, if there was a certain page it started at? Or maybe a quick summary? |

no, i don’t have a problem with making characters! i just think we’re straying off of a few key things in the process (and the slower we get them then the longer wait to rp our beautiful kitties)
as for history, minted, here’s what i think we had so far:
cypress, palm, and shell (or whatever rogue names they had before - i definitely think it would make the most sense to give them difference names originally considering that it would be e x t r e m e l y convenient for them to have the perfect corresponding names to their respective territories) were all siblings. one day, the deputy of either cypressclan or shellclan (i’d imagine cypressclan to further palmclan’s allegiance with shellclan/further their dislike of cypressclan past just “they’re not as close to the stars”) ended up killing the leader of palmclan in a border dispute; they were so aggressive that they ended up losing their cool - costing them their reputation and almost every aspect of their entire life. they were cast away from the clans and banished underground, though a few loyal cats who thought it was merely a mistake followed them - thus creating coveclan.
we had discussed twisting what had happened in each of the clans’ histories (in accordance with their view points) as well. i think that’s mainly what we had so far! |

Which key things, so we can get back on track? I was just thinking about one of the plots and I tend to think of plots in relation to characters, since I heard characters and history was what we were currently talking about. But I have no problem with discussing anything else. What were the key things which were being discussed?
Cool! So was there any discussion about how long ago the clans think this history was? Was it recent? Like, are there still cats who remember the original rogues? Or is that back in the fog of time?

hmmm - for ross, are you interested in a tom leader or she-cat leader, bc i can come up with quick personality traits for either?
as for history, i think it could be long enough ago that none of the original cats are still alive, but maybe not so long that it's ancient? like, maybe it was the great-grandparents and so they heard about it growing up? and that's why the tension is still so strong?

I'm thinking I might make a molly this time around? Since most of my leaders are typically males.
For names I have nothing either. But with some personality ideas I can probably whip up something.
I might end up having 2-4 cats per clan, depending on how much character muse I get. I might have the most in my own personal clan tho |

you could do sweet but firm motherly type, or there's my favorite - the badass amazonian queen, there's the flirty funny type, the grouchy untrusting type, the tomboy-ish adventurous type, the impulsive hotheaded type, the quiet and manipulative but not in a bad way type, ummmmm.... the shy and gullible type, or the observant and mysterious type....
i totally just described those like host club members but whatevs
