Nim began to eat despite not needing to. None of the Guides needed to. He noticed Dakota looking, and tilted his head slightly and smiled a little before starting on his food.

Dakota and Roman went back to eating, both having the same posture and way of eating. You could definitely tell that Dakota even taught him table etiquette and the proper posture to use.”

Nim watched Dakota and Roman as he ate, finding it amusing. "So," Alma then asked Dakota "What was it like having to mentor Roman?"

Dakota chuckled, “well he used to be a handful. There were times I thought I couldn’t do it.” He admitted, “he’s always been very headstrong, and somehow his mind was always elsewhere when he should have been focused.. but now he’s much better. Half of it was me and the other half was just hind learning to navigate through life on his own.. I also think that he keeps himself in check for you, your highness.”

Alma looked over at Roman in amusement. She then blinked at Dakota before smirking in amusement "And here I thought he was behaved just because." She smiled at Roman before saying "Either way, you helped him become the man he is today."

Alma nodded in agreement. "Yes he has." She then smirked mischeviously. "So... how's the company of a Guide?" Not that she was interested in finding out herself. She had the best company in the world sitting right beside her!

Nim looked away, and Alma smiled in amusement. Usually the tiger was composed and neutral. Perhaps the time spent with Dakota got him to soften up a little.

Dakota looked back to the husband and wife, “so? What about you two? How’s tour relationship going currently? Any hiccups? Or announcements of sorts?” He said while glancing down at Alma’s stomach, “if not you should get to it.”

Alma blinked once at Dakota before looking away with a small smile. Yes, eventually they would have something to announce. One day. "Nothing that you're not familiar with," she said, smiling slightly.

Alma blushed a little before glancing over at Roman. A guard then came in, bowing as he said "Your majesties, and your greatness, the Landar and Vinnard families are here."

Roman nodded, “thank you for informing us.” He said before standing, despite not finishing his meal. He then went to join the guard, making sure his wife was walking by his side.

Alma had gotten up too, wanting to be polite and go greet the waiting families. Nim hadn't finished his meal either, but decided to get up anyway.

Eventually they reached where the other families were waiting in the throne room, the satyrs and bears looking curiously as they entered the area.

Roman began to lead the way towards where the meeting would be held with a guard by his side. Two guards stayed behind to greet the other houses once they would arrive. Uma followed behind Roman with her head held high.

Nim just settled at a spot at the table where there wasn't a chair, whiskers twitching again as one of the bears said "So, I assume we will be forming an army to fight the fiends sure to come."
