Oof yeah I gotta get to work on my stuff too. Unfortunately my mom also needs me to do a project for her asap which could take a while especially since i really don’t want to do it rip so I don’t know how long it’ll be until my profiles are done. Maybe I should just post wips so there’s something there.

But this is the best that I can explain it, if i were to only choose one friendship it would still be Duskriver because we planned that first.
So Duskriver will still be her best friend, I have more characters

I did misunderstand, however I'm not trying to keep Milkblossom from having whatever relationship ideas you have or had. I feel like it's falling into that territory now and that's not my intention.
I'd like to completely take Duskriver out of the equation if that's alright. It's what I want and feel most comfortable with right now.

I was worried this was how it was going to come off. I am removing myself and my character because it's what's best for me. I was the only one who thought something was happening, misunderstood, and now i'd prefer to be excluded from it completely. So you can do as you please without me there wondering what.
I've had a situation where a plot was ran off with without people talking to me or letting me know what's going on. Despite me being directly involved. That hurt a lot. And it was only made worse because I didn't speak up. So I'm sorry if I may be jumping the gun with this.

you should now me fi, i'd never advance a plot or do anything that involved your cat without asking first.
This is for everyone, I don't want to start out with new romances right now, I just want friendships where some might turn into crushes that might lead to a romance or it might just lead to a crush and nothing more, unless it is otherwise stated directly that i want a romance with said cat.

Naturally I would think that this type of character background and roleplay could lead to that.
Crush = Romantic Interest
This talk of Milkblossom and Firesky sparked because you asked Spotted if you two could have a romance/friendship together. Spotted said what she thought would romantically be best for Firesky, and then you volunteered Milkblossom. I think it's pretty safe for me to say why i'd think this was turning into a type of love-triangle.
I'm removing myself so you can do as you please. So I won't be any factor in anything and you two can have the fun you want.

I’m a bit confused as well bc we were discussing Firesky’s romantic compatibility when you brought in Milkblossom. I totally thought you meant a love triangle too, which I’m fine with having or not having. Doesn’t really matter to me. The difference in our viewpoints I think is that when discussing pairing options, Fireh and I are misinterpreting that you mean romantic pairings. Of course we wouldn’t just jump in with a pre established romance unless that was the plan and made sense for separate reasons. But there’s a difference between rping characters as rping friends and rping crushes. Usually when a character has a crush it’s meant to go somewhere or fade out based on the story that’s planned. Otherwise why have the crushes in the first place?
If you’re not looking for actual romance for Milkblossom then Firesky shouldn’t get involved bc I'm looking for something long term for her.
I’ll take a look at Eveningmoon, but I’m still confused.
And I’m sorry, I don’t mean to seem like another person coming at you from a different point of view but I just woke up and lmao what’s even going on here

Actually I should also say that I get why Fireh’s bothered by the whole thing, and I get why Bun’s feeling guilty and overwhelmed (I hope I’m reading those feelings right for y’all). Personally, if I thought we had a potential romance planned and someone else said the character of mine that was involved could go well with someone else, I’d ask the other person in the pairing before making any plans with someone else. But if you didn’t see it as a potential romance then I get why you didn’t consult Fireh before offering her as a friendship bc that’s not an exclusive thing lol. But I also definitely got the impression that it was meant romantically.
And Fireh, I wouldn’t have agreed without asking you if I knew Milkblossom and Duskriver had a thing going. I don’t remember that happening so I totally didn’t know.
And Bun, you shouldn’t feel guilty about putting Milkblossom in relationships in the future. I think you just need to be clearer about your intentions.

I'm sorry for misinterpreting your intentions when you asked if anyone was open to be her best friend/crush. I am more than positive this idea you have for her can still work! But with someone else that isn't me or my characters right now. That's all I can really say. Me removing myself was absolutely without the intention of upsetting you, to making you feel guilty, to making you decide that Milkblossom shouldn't exist, shouldn't have romance, ect. None of these were my intentions. My intentions were to remove myself so you can go ahead with that romance between Milkblossom and Firesky. You seemed really excited about it. You even said it was your favorite AetherClan pairing? Why would I want to have my character have any sort of romantic interest with a character that the owner has already decided was with someone else? I hope it starts to make sense now. The situation I've referred to started very similarly to this one, so forgive me for immediately deciding to pull out. I can say wholeheartedly that it is playing a factor in my actions. I'm sorry.
