β½ Meviah βΎ the Kingdom of Sea and Sky
"Meviah" (meh-vi-ah) refers to a few different things.
The Meviahn sea for starters, a vast sea spanning East to West, cutting into the mainland continent, with a mildly tropical sort of climate temperatures, never too cold or too hot, but prone to rain and raging thunderstorms. The sea is tumultuous and the home of several species of sea serpents.
"Meviah" also refers to one large island in the centre-East of the sea. Vaguely crescent-shaped it is the home of the Nation of Meviah, which boasts two large cities in the North and South of the island (the capital in the North), metropolitan-type cities with tall rows of houses and towers made from white limestone and decorated with colourful tile roofs. The buildings have only been built higher and higher, with the rising population crammed into so little island space.
Historically, the only inhabitants of the island over 2,000 years ago were small coastal griffins who had hopped from island to island across the sea, adapting to a diet of fish unlike their mainland cousin breeds of griffin. Then human settlers arrived. On the mainland roughly 2,000 years ago was the rise of titans and magical beasts such as dragons, that no simple tribe of humans could compete with. A small section of humanity found peace and solace on this island, away from magic, and this origin story is still embedded into Meviahn culture today, with the continued fear and distrust of magic and any mainland creature. For this reason Meviah has always been fairly isolationist and as a rule never gets involved with mainland wars or disputes. Many Meviahns see it as unfortunate they have had to rely on their trade relations with the mainland empire of Domuletria (in the Northern mainland) and more briefly with Suneida (on the Southern coast of the sea). Lumber and metals from Domuletria have supplied the Meviahn's navy for generations.
Meviah's navy is the height of their success. Sea-faring people from the start, they expanded from their home island to the point where they now control the whole sea. No mainlander ship travels their waters without their knowledge. They have even invented weapons for hunting sea serpents with efficacy. Meviah is the host of human ingenuity and invention, not relying on magic like many mainland cultures, and also unhindered with the burden of protecting themselves from dragons and sorcerers.
Meviahns live alongside the coastal griffins, and continued to breed griffins for beauty and intelligence as companions or luxury pets. Meviah's griffins now often get referred to as "fancy griffins" and are usually about the sizes of wolfhounds or smaller. Griffins can speak though their intelligence is still much more limited than a human's. Larger griffins are used in the navy as scouts to fly around their ships, and are trained in flight-formations for battle, to dive at enemies from above.
Hunting sea serpents has been a big source of wealth for Meviah as the colourful scales of sea serpents are lacquered and carved into jewelry, and sold at high prices to mainland towns along the coast. Sometimes the shiny scales get ground up into powder to make tiling patterns or even makeup for the wealthiest of Meviahn women.
The king and queen of Meviah are called "Shen" and "Shena" respectively.
It is true that for several centuries magic was completely banned on Meviah. Even now the only magic allowed are simple spells used to protect against darker magic. It's not all to do with superstition and baseless fear however. Magic rituals require bones and flesh of chimeras to be burned in fire, a process that releases the magic that was used to create the chimera species in the first place. This is the only way non-magical creatures like humans can wield any sort of magic. But the price is often the grave-robbing or even the killing of griffins, who are the only chimera species on the island.
Meviahns have the stereotypes that mainlanders are backwards, old-fashioned, or that the mainland is a world filled with monsters and demons. Likewise mainlanders stereotype Meviahns as arrogant, superstitious cowards who never leave their island, while also being uptight and controlling.
Meviahns tend to have olive-tan skin, dark wavy/curly hair, and either dark brown or pale blue eyes. Also tend to be on the taller and more slender side. (though your character for the rp can look however you'd like) Meviahns also don't have last names, usually just two given names like a first and middle name. (if you're an existing rp member you don't have to change the names of characters I've already added)
Extra Lore, not necessary to read:
Meviah is very academically focused, with schools, libraries, and hospitals open to the public. Religion, along with magic, are almost taboo subjects. People don't really talk about religions, though there are 5 recognized on the island. The two main ones being the Cult of Time and Apnenism. Those two religions played a large part in the schism that was the Civil War of Meviah centuries ago, which is also a touchy subject and rarely talked about. Meviahns would gladly rather forget shameful parts of their history, to forget their differences and divides in favour of moving forward.
Ambassadors, advisers, and diplomats in Meviah tend to be women, as Meviah politically is largely concerned with avoiding conflict, and it's the cultural belief that female diplomats are less hot-headed than men and more agreeable, thus less likely to provoke conflict when treating with foreign ambassadors.
Their food mostly comes from the sea, fish, oysters, etc, from coastal fruit trees, olive, grapes, tea, wine, etc. Livestock meat is almost unheard of.
Modest clothing is generally the style for both men and women, long pants/skirts and long or 3/4 sleeves. Clothing can get quite elaborate especially for the higher classes, with subtle but detailed patterns. Blues, greens, beiges, whites, golds, silvers, and yellows are the trending colours. Blacks, reds and oranges are seen as too attention-seeking.
Just like clothing patterns, a lot of care and detail goes into the architecture for important buildings, archways, overhangs and designs carved into the stone walls of buildings above windows and doorways. Houses made from light-coloured limestone bricks with tiled roofing, usually in rows of town-houses. Coloured glass windows are common as well. People tend to keep plenty of plants around or inside their homes for decoration.
Meviahn royalty refuses to marry royalty of another kingdom for alliance. A prince/princess or any member of the Meviahn royal family can marry anyone they wish to so long as that person is a native-born Meviahn (i.e. not a mainlander), is not a criminal, and is not in active duty to the military.
Plots
The Royal Succession -- Beyza Evren-Elif, Shena as'Meviah (Queen of Meviah), is ill and won't have much time left. By law, she must choose an heir of one of her children soon, however only an adult prince/princess who is married may inherit. None of the princes and princesses are as yet married, and must seek out marriage soon if they want to inherit the throne.
Sorcerer's Revenge -- One man/woman teaches themself magic spells in secret. This involves stealing the bones of deceased griffins, graverobbing, and potentially escalates to living griffins going missing. They may have a vendetta against the Meviahn royalty for the ban on magic. They may control sea serpents to attack the navy ships or the island itself, they may try to cause threat to innocents or the royal family itself in the name of changing the laws on magic use.
(if you have major plot ideas run them by me and we can add them here)

Character Descriptions
Morior
Serhan GΓΌney (M, 22, Prince) GΓΌney is a tall and average looking man standing at 6'1". He has light olive-tan skin with dark brown hair and light brown eyes, and when he doesn't have to dress up and look nice for royal events, he tends looks a bit scruffy. He has a tall oblong-shaped face with downward-turned eyes and a rounded jawline. GΓΌney has a good stature, with sloping broad shoulders, but he's not fit or very muscular. He normally likes to wear simple black, brown, and white clothes, but sometimes will throw some blue in as it's the national colour. GΓΌney spends more time outside of the palace and around the generals than inside, more interested in the military than drama within the court. He's also interested in animals, and is most of the time out training horses, but he especially enjoys the company of griffins and birds. Most of the combat training he is allowed himself is just sword-play for fancy court duels, but he does practice with a bow in secret, some nights for hours on end. GΓΌney is usually quiet and soft-spoken in court or at royal events, though he does like socializing sometimes and can be quite funny. (Beyza Evren-Elif (mother), Caspian Lycan (younger brother))
Iskender 'Ender' Levent (M, 27, Farmer, Adviser, Former Palace Guard) Ender is a tall and athletic man from years of training, more lithe and agile than muscular. His olive skin is matched with longer black hair that's cut in a neat straight line at the back right above the shoulder-blades, and he usually keeps it in a loose braid. He has a sharp browline, triangular jawline, and because of his abilities his eyes are a dark copper-red that hide in a natural dark brown hue when out of direct light, and tend not to be noticed often. He's never been one for big ambitions or goals, he'd rather live a quiet life but that's not exactly easy during the apocalypse. He's always been a cautious person, but with the advent of the zombies and the powers he's been more jumpy, skittish, and almost paranoid. When he's not looking over his shoulder he's slow to anger and has a good sense of humour. He has the power to see magic, at all times even when it's not openly visible. He sees it like an aura, or moving veins of energy. It all shows up red to him. He's a former palace guard, but his position now is a bit strange. It's a long story, but his ability to see magic and the loss of both hands was the result of a fire sorcerer's curse during a time he traveled to the mainland guarding one of Meviah's ambassadors. He has metal prosthetics, oddly enough enchanted to move like normal hands which is the work of another sorceress, again long story... he now has returned to his childhood home at his mother and uncles' farm, but has many connections to the palace and is called upon to guard or be an adviser. His main goal is to regain a quiet life.
Merve (F, 25, Palace Servant) WIP
Gokhan (M, 31, Captain) Gokhan is a tall man, with tan skin, black hair, and a black beard contrasted with ice blue eyes. Usually found in uniform, with the light blue long coat that marks a captain. He has squarish features and a broad stature. WIP.
πππππ’
Eleanora "Elle" Bonshire (F, 20, Palace Servant) Eleanora is a young, pretty girl who stands at an average height of about 5'4". She has long, naturally wavy, dirty blonde hair that's usually kept in a low braided chignon where some of her baby hairs curl around her face. Elle has big, blue eyes with flecks of gray around her pupil, and delicate facial features with freckles dusting her cheeks and nose that stand out against her fair complexion. She has slender shoulders with wider hips, average build but still slightly toned from years of working. There isn't much else that she wears when working around the palace other than her servant's clothes, though when she has to go into town she'll wear a slightly nicer gown. An outwardly, typically shy girl, Elle holds her tongue and mainly keeps to herself when working around the palace. However, when she is around people that she feels she can trust, Elle can be quite the social butterfly. It's Eleanora's true nature to be quite mischievous, always toeing the line and seeing what she can get away with. Elle likes to tease and joke around, but she also ends up caring for others more than she probably should, usually putting others well-beings above her own. She can be quite skittish, is easily startled and gets frustrated with herself because of this. While she can be rather quiet, Eleanora is also rather stubborn and attempts to bite her tongue to keep from saying something she knows she'll later regret. Though, this doesn't usually fare well and she may end up saying it anyway. Elle grew up as a servant girl, her mother having been a servant herself and died after childbirth. There's rumors that Eleanora's mother was having an affair with a passing Duke who was staying in the palace at the time, there's also rumors that her father was one of the King's guards, or even a knight as her mother wasn't married at the time. Either way, Elle was basically born an orphan with no idea who her parents were. However, it is safe to assume that her father was most likely a foreigner as most of her physical traits differ from that of a native Meviahn.
Beatrice "Bea" Whitewood (F, 23, Duchess) Beatrice, or rather affectionately known as "Bea" to her close friends and family, is a shorter woman who stands at about 5'2" though she is almost constantly wearing heels which cause her to be a couple of inches taller. Bea has rather pale skin, with a soft, round face and perky lips. She has very dark, ebony black hair that's usually styled into a very intricate updo, with a pair of big, hazel eyes with more flecks of green in them. Beatrice is usually wearing rather decadent yellow or lavender dresses that make the green in her eyes pop. Beatrice is a rather charming girl, almost always with a smile on her face. She loves to joke around and hang out with friends, loving her care-free life. Bea has a hard time following the rules, wanting to live by her own rules in stead of someone else's. Despite her outgoing personality, Beatrice can become easily flustered and upset and has trouble holding back on expressing her thoughts. Growing up in a noble family, Beatrice had a pretty relaxed life, only having to follow a few social guidelines. She paid very little attention to politics, despite her father being a politician.
Hawkeyes258

Calvin is a bit of a dreamer and hopes to accomplish great things in his life. He is a bit naive and a little to trusting of others. Calvin isn't the best fighter, but he does try his best. At first his parents wasn't sure but decided to let him pursue his passion. He ended up becoming a apprentice and wasn't long before he ended up with his very own blacksmith shop. Victor is a fierce and stubborn man. He is known to be sarcastic and have a mix of a pessimist and a realist. Victor prefers to keep his feelings to himself. He is pretty smart and gets annoyed by others easily. Victor hates to lose and believes nothing can scare him. Despite this, he can be flirty and enjoys the finer things in life. He is much nicer once you get past his tough exterior. Victor wants more in life but doesn't know what or how to achieve it. Victor didn't have the easiest time growing up. His father was very strict and expected a lot out of him. He didn't approve of his son being gay and forced him to repress it. Instead of becoming a merchant or going into academics, Victor chose instead to become a palace guard. Victor hopes to one day make it either it to general or become a high ranking officer in the navy, (Open for romance, rivals etc.)
Calix DeVille (M, 23, Nobleman) Calix has dark brown hair with some bits of black near the ends. He likes to keep his hair combed back and neat. Calix has bright green eyes with flecks of gold in them. He has fairly toned build, olive colored skin and a well trimmed, short beard. He stands at around 6'1. He loves nothing more than going to social parties and either getting laid or drunk. He has a habit of underestimating people and being a bit immature. His reputation means a great deal to him. He is the type of person who won't hesitate to talk about you behind your back. Calix was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He grew up being spoiled and believing he was the greatest. Calix wouldn't mind if he somehow became king one day or at least a close friend of the king or queen. Calix likes men, women, parties and having a good time. He enjoys sword fighting and likes to work on his skills. He dislike dirty things, being outsmarted and rats. (Family relations are open, Open for romance, enemies etc.)
Catalina "Cat or Kat" Delgado (F, 21, Thief and Assassin) Catalina has long black hair that she usually keeps in a fishtail braid. She has dark brown eyes with a mischievous glint to them. Kat has a heart shaped face and bronze colored skin. She stands at around 5'6 and has a slim build. She usually can be seen wearing dark clothing with ripped pants. Catalina has a couple of tattoos on her arms and plans on getting more. Catalina is a tricky and cunning woman. Best to watch yourself around her. She is independent and has little regard for authority figures. Catalina takes pleasure in killing others and has a twisted sense of humor. She is quick on her feet and knows how to evade others. She is not afraid to defend herself and will fight dirty. While she prefers to work alone, she will occasionally work with others on a job or project. Catalina ran away from home when she was young and never looked back. She learned how to steal from the other outcasts. However, how she learned to kill is something she prefers to keep secret. Catalina likes cats, sunsets, money and exploring places she has never been. (Open for romance, friends, rivals etc.)
Terra (F, 19, Navy) Terra has a dark brown head with some darker red mixed in and lighter brown feathers. The rest of her body is a light tan color while her talons are a pale gold color. She has bright yellow eyes and a average build for a griffin. Terra is a loyal and tough griffin. She does her very best to make her kingdom proud. She is focused and fearless in battle. She can be a little reckless and clumsy. Terra loves to be around people and could listen to them talk for hours. Terra likes to gossip and be a nosy. She is compassionate and hates seeing others upset. Terra was born on the island, and was raised by a fisherman. Her parents were killed though she isn't sure what killed them. She joined the navy because it seemed like the right thing to do. Terra likes flying around for long hours, fish and humans. She is not a fan of griffin who hate humans and sea serpents. (Open for friends and romance.)
Lycoris
Beyza Evren-Elif (F, 48, Dying Queen) Beyza has golden-brown skin that recent years of illness has rendered ashen. Her once thick, umber head of hair is now thin, frail, and graying with age. It hangs loosely at her back, though she had oft sported it in a tight ponytail in her youth. Beyza's eyes are brown-black; a cold and piercing night sky. Her heart-shaped face is slight and feminine, though nary a smile ever creeps upon it. She stands quite tall for a woman at 5'8. Her royal wardrobe consists of long and flowing fabrics lined with colors of the seafloor, which include dark blues, deep greens, beige, and some occasional black. Beyza rarely wears any of the intricate and dazzling jewelry her people are known for, but she's almost never seen without her two pearl earrings. The Queen is a cold woman. She does what's required of her as ruler, but with no great enthusiasm. Though possessing a sharp and rational mind, she's hypercritical and rude to those she deems inferior. Some people simply aren't worth her time. In her youth, Beyza was wild; in love with the sea and the lifestyle that surrounded it. She often fantasized about donning a navy uniform and stealing away on a ship to live with the griffins. As she got older, already distant dreams of sailing and griffins became even more distant. Royal duties were made a priority for her by her parents, who had groomed her to be the successor since she was small. Perhaps this had a part to play in the hardening her jaded heart. But gradually, since the onset of her illness, certain things have drifted onto her mind; questions and regrets only one confronting their own mortality could have. Her once impenetrable soul has been softening slightly as death approaches. Beyza loves to read, a hobby she's been partaking in much more since her illness. She also loves stargazing and watching the sea on her patio. (Serhan Guney, Caspian Lycen (sons))
Agatha Aria Hoss (Female, 19, Princess) Agatha's shoulder-length, straight, sandy-blonde hair contrasts gently with her smooth, dark bronze skin, much like her gentle name contrasts with her cutthroat personality. Dark, envy-green eyes pierce deep into any and all who challenge her, and her mother instilled in her deep distrust of her siblings and royal competitors. Queen Beyza always saw in her something of herself. Within that spark lit something corrupt and manipulative. For Agatha always understood that the blessing of the people held her path for rule, and that the overwhelming opinion of the populace constituted order, subterfuge, and most importantly, power. Though her mother always has her nose in a book, Agatha was only and ever aware of her image and the eyes that watched her, building upon that to give her an advantage over her siblings. She has built just enough skill in academics and militia to hold an advantage, but her true skill lies in government and all the political maneuvering it involves. Agatha wants the throne, and though her mother Beyza is skeptical, her ambitions drive her ever further down the road of no return until she gets what she desires. And that desire is to, by her rule, drive Meviah into a golden age of prosperity. Agatha discovered Pontus at the tender age of 15. On a voyage mandated by her mother, Pontus was a young griffin nearly left for dead by the wounds he was subject to of a nasty sea serpent. Though urged by her advisers to leave him for dead, Agatha saw something within the griffin that she found captivating enough to order for medical attention. After his recovery, Pontus introduced himself as a lone wanderer of the seas. Ingratiated to Agatha's compassion, he dedicated himself to her cause as part of the navy and as her subject. She hates disorderliness, naivety, and loves sweets. (Beyza Evren-Elif (mother), Serhan GΓΌney (brother), Caspian Lycan (brother), Pontus (Friend/Subject))
Pontus (Male, 12, Navy) A small, white sea griffin with streaks of pale yellow merged into his light brown spotted feathers. His deep orange eyes are ever alert and ready for a witty comeback. Pontus was a wanderer of the seas, an orphan of parents, and a scoundrel at that. From military to merchant, every ship he'd come across was ripe for the picking of his selfish and carefree young life. Then a princess came into the picture. After an unexpected tussle with a sea serpent, Pontus was left to the mercy of Agatha as her navy watched his battle at a distance. As she came across him, Agatha, impressed by his wit and amused by his sarcasm, ordered her navy to see to his wounds. From then on he found a purpose on the young maiden's shoulders, swearing to be both her subject and adviser however she see fit. He loves watching the stars, fresh fish, and hates self righteousness. (Unknown Parents, Agatha (Old friend/Master))
Rivermagic
Kasida Nydia (F, 25, Royal Guard) Kasida is a woman who stands at six feet exactly, with an athletic build. She has a dark complexion with long raven hair that falls to her waist. She tends to keep her hair in a singular braid and tuck it into a bun so that it is out of the way. Her eyes are a dark brown, with possible flecks of gold in them. It's a little tricky to tell, since she would likely glare should she catch you staring at her. Best not to get on her bad side. That is the best way to sum up Kasida. She is loyal to the crown and will do what it takes to not back down from a fight. She is seen as bold, stoic, and especially stubborn as a mule. Most times, she cannot stand boisterous men, as they tend to brush her aside. Still, she loves to train, read in the libraries, and occasionally drink when she has the time, mostly preferring to keep a sound mind. All her life she had been groomed to be a lady in the southern regions, Liman was a place she usually called home. Her mother had hoped for her to be well liked in the courts. Her father proceeded to teach her about swordfights and hunting. She knew deep down that no man would want a tall brute of a woman as a wife, so she had taken it upon herself to train for being part of the royal guard. (Open for relationships)
Caspian Lycen (M, 21, Prince) Caspian is a very slight and angular man who stands at 5β4β, much to his own annoyance. Due to being more adept to reading and politics, his golden-tanned complexion is more on the pale side. He finds himself to look more like his mother, having his dark hair in a messy, yet kempt fashion, and dark eyes. His face is much leaner, and his frame is wiry and slim at best. He tends to keep to the traditional palate of blues for his country, usually keeping a base with white shirts and dark pants. Quiet, withdrawn, yet ambitious. Most people tend to describe Caspian as those three traits. He has tended to live in the shadow of others, as he lacked brawn to compete with. What he lacks in strength, he makes up for in wit and intelligence. One can usually find him with his nose stuck in a book at the library or in the gardens. He has a knack for communicating with the nobles, and this has proficient skill in politics. Like most quiet boys, he does have a soft spot for his mother. With the Queenβs declining health, he desires for her praise and approval as he slowly but surely learns more about what is needed as a ruler. (Beyza Evren-Elif (mother), Serhan Guney (older brother))

Neglos "Crow" Firn (Male, 26, Outcast) Neglos has dark skin and black hair that comes about to his neck.He wears rather fancy clothing for someone of his place in society. His clothes are a sleek black leather with crow feathers woven in here and there.Helpful but not friendly. He doesn't hesitate to help those who need it but he doesn't do it very well.He tends to "bite" when people try to get too friendly with him.He does however have a softer side.He can't stand hurt children.Whether they're bleeding to death or lost from their families,he helps them.He sounds like a real good guy right? So how did he end up an outcast?Well, when he was only ten his father had been put to death for killing a Noble that was getting too cocky and arrogant. He came at his father and his father came out on top.Fast forward 4 years and he's stealing food.He wasn't having luck finding a job so he decided stealing food was easier.Jump ahead 4 more years and while stealing an apple,he got caught. He was lucky to have a wooden steak on his person. He stabbed the guy through the hand.Yeah, let's just say he became an outcast after that.He likes talking to the birds around his home.In a tree.Called the Crow's Nest.Children suffering and anything made of iron. There was a giant military ship slowly drifting into port. Rafaela stood by the ship's bow and watched the water below as they pulled into an empty section of the docks. After a few moments, the ship stopped, and someone released the stairs descending down to the dock. She waited for a few of the other men waiting to get off, looking for a few of the other officers she knew to de-board with. Three of them chatted on the way up the docks, carrying their bags over their shoulders, and heading for their homes.

You said you wouldn't do this.Neglos thought as he watched the troops unload the ships.A lot of the people unloading seemed happy to get off.He didn't see much of the point when you'd just have to get back on again later.Sighing,he picked up a rock and threw it in their direction.

(So I'm in the process of making my second guy and I happened to glance at the lore and noticed that most people in Meviah don't have blonde hair. Would you rather I change his hair to a darker shade?)

( Hawkeyes258 they can have any hair colour itβs up to you) Rafaela just barely heard the rock hit the ground over the sounds of the bustling port. They were in Liman, on an especially busy day. She gazed around to find from where the rock had been thrown, the looked upwards to see if maybe it had just fallen off some crate carried by one of the large wooden cranes that carried large cargo off of ships. When she didnβt see anything that explained the existence of the rock, she turned back to her two tall officer friends. βA few weeks on land will be nice. Do you know if you two will have any city duty?β She asked as they kept walking. πππππ’ Iβll make a starter for Bulent in a bit)

(I'll be super poofy for the next week and today and tmr due to schools so I'll reply whenever I get the time.)
Neglos chuckled a bit to himself. Not often did he see someone act so shallowly.Hd had just thrown a rock awfully close to the group and they dismissed it like it was just that:A rock.He picked up a few more and threw them at once."Someone look up here."He said to himself

They had already moved far enough away from the busy docks not to hear the second rock hit the ground. Rafaela split from the two men and turned down a more quiet street of the city. Her house was in a fishing village by the Western coast, but she was supposed to stick around Liman for their time on land, so they had arranged an apartment for her. She looked around trying to find the exact house she was told to go to, cautious as she was very unfamiliar with the area. The morning sun still behind the tall row of houses cast a shadow over the whole street.

Bulent woke lake, slipping on a plain beige shirt and some riding pants, and heading down the hallway towards the kitchens as probably the most under-dressed person to walk through a palace. He'd guessed breakfast had already passed, or they were just finishing up, but didn't go near the dining room to check. Going into the back kitchen, he nodded to a servant who was just leaving the room, and went to get a glass from the cabinets. He settled himself with some leftover wine and half a loaf of cheese bread, and sat down at the small table by the window. πππππ’

Adelaide sighed heavily as she left the dining room, cleaning up the mess that was breakfast this morning. She balanced plates and cups on a platter, holding it up with two hands as she made her way back to the kitchen. As she kicked the door open with her foot, her gaze lifted and she jumped when she spotted Bulent, somehow not dropping a single thing. Adelaide shakes her head slowly and chuckles softly, heading over to place the platter down and began washing the dirty plates, sleeves tied up so they don't fall and get wet. "You missed breakfast, again." She told him simply. "And you scared me."
