The anime is growing on me and Im sad to see it's already half over. This episode was very interesting. As I had guessed, Yuuichi was going to get the book but I am surprised that he left it out there for that long.
And.. Im glad Rika told Yuuichi that she would have forgiven him even if it wasn't for Natsume. Though that's still debatable since we're not sure if it was a dream or not.
Still Im wondering what exactly he said at the end of the first episode.
As well, the edition of the mother was kind of nice. It seemed that only friends visited either of them. And I wonder how Natsume is connected to Rika other than being her doctor, it is obvious there is something more.
As to why Natsume drank and beat up Yuuichi.. I want to know.. I was really surprised to see it happen. I expected him to spill some serious stuff.. In a way, he did.. I just didn't expect it like that. Heh.

First things first, Yuuichi is lucky to have such a strong friend otherwise that book retrieval would have ended a lot worse. It looks like Yuuichi and Rika's relationship is progressing, and I thought the parts where they were speaking through book quotes was kinda adorable. The intertwining of the book's plot with the actual story was clever, though when it foreshadowed Rika's death at the end it may have made my eyes a little misty...even though I basically expected it to happen sooner or later.
My opinion of Natsume took a hit this episode. First he messed with the emotions of kids, now he's beating them up. I understand he wanted them to see the reality of things, but (a)That really is NOT the way to break it to someone, and (b)Is wanting to make the best out of each day really something to be upset about?
Perhaps I'm reading too much into things (it's a habit of mine) but Yuuichi burning all of the erotic books could possibly be a sign of him maturing?

alright, you'll have to excuse me, I was just kicked off of my phone and my chromebook has this stupid thing from school which blocks all those anime websites. And since school's just started up for me I've gotten p busy, only getting on here to check on otd and reply to some rps, so until I get free time and/or I figure out this situation I'm sorry but I'm not going to be able to watch the anime.

Here's my view on the next ep.! Personally. I think this is my favorite episode so far, Im glad Natsume went to talk to Yuuichi. I still don't like him though and I feel as if they're trying to come up with some sap story for him to make everyone feel bad for him.
If it's something truly sad, okay but it wont excuse his behavior to a patience nonetheless. I did find that the yelling at the end of their conversation was completely unnessicary and out of place. This episode proves even more, how far Yuuichi will go for Rika and I love their relationship so much. ZEBRA MASK STRIKES AGAIN~!
Anyways. I wonder what Rika was going to say. And when the surgery comes, I hope she makes it through. It was interesting to find that she is starting to become afraid of death, now that she has something close to her.

Sorry it's so late!! Welp, Zebra Mask saves the day yet again xD Also, death flags everywhere!
I thought this episode was really enjoyable, and the entire thing felt pretty light-hearted until that scene at the end. Yuuichi and Rika's relationship is pretty adorable, even if Rika annoys me from time to time, they're pretty cute when they're together.
I think Natsume said some good things to Yuuichi, though that shout at the end was a bit random. I still feel conflicted about his character, he keeps going back and forth. What the nurse said about him being 'demoted' to their hospital was a little off-putting...but can I just say that racing scene with her was pretty cool xD
