Snowstar loses a life when attacked by a SeedClan/LeafClan patrol. The cat that saves her is a small white tom who decided to help bring her back into the clan. Juniperwish remembers him as Finchlight. He stays in Aspenclan as a new medicine cat. He tells the clan that Hawktooth had been killed because one of the cats saw her lead Greymoon and Juniperwish out of the camp. Juniperwish is sad as is Finchlight. SeedClan and LeafClan attack once more, and AspenClan fights back with all their might, and eventually wins. However, there are many casualties on both sides. The Doctor attempts to convince SeedClan and LeafClan to do the right thing, but only convinces LeafClan, leaving Shadowstar and SeedClan unconvinced. Shadowstar attacks the Doctor, and Mildpaw, infuriated and saddened, attacks Shadowstar. She draws one of the leader's lives, but ends up blinded. The Doctor is proud of her spirit, but both himself and Rose despise Shadowstar for harming the apprentice. Rose, realising that Pouncefeather was killed in the battle, begins visiting Copperkit and Bouncekit each day, whilst the Doctor takes an interest in Tinykit, telling Snowstar that the she-kit will be important someday.

(Is it okay if Harry and Simon have a big involvement I the plot, somehow?) Oatpaw and Mildbreeze become warriors. Harry finds another mate, although this is only out of grief for his mate Blake.. Simon stands face to face with his brother and tells him to break off a relationship with the kittypet. It is already too late, the she cat is already a moon and a half way with his kits. Thevshe cat, a calico known as Tawny, stumbles into the camp and gives birth. All the kits are born dead but one. Getting the wrong impression of Honeyshine trying to comfort him, the tom runs into the forest. Later that evening, Snowstar and Simon find his dead body. The kit is named after him. Bart’s dreams of a purple cat killing him begin to get more vivid, so he seeks the help of Honeyshine, who suggest he go and bond with Tinykit for a bit. The warrior plays with his daughter, happy. Until a vision strikes him, saying “Bart, that spirited little scamp that twice foiled my evil schemes.”Tinykit wonders what the vision is about, as she can hear it too, and asks her father what he did. He admits that he got into trouble with some LeafClan cats and joked around, calling them weak for not trying to attack him. He then poisoned their prey as a prank, not knowing what he was doing. ”Then when I came to this Clan, they poisoned others around me as a reminder of what was to come. I am the reason for why all these cats died. LeafClan was trying to warn AspenClan of me by poisoning the prey as a vision of what I had done to them. ( I don’t wanna do anything with him, I’ve got the Bart storyline thing) Simon overhears what Bart tells his daughter. In anger, he lashes out at the tom in anger, but Bart seems guilty enough as it is. He says he never intended to hurt anyone, and LeafClan was trying to warn AspenClan of him in the first place, but then it just all turned to LeafClan realising what advantages they would have of poisoning AspenClan cats. Snowstar ponders on exiling the tom, but decides not to, knowing his guilt is his punishment, even though he did not commit the murders, he was the one who sprang off the poisons in the first place. BART still has reoccurring nightmares about the purple cat. Tawnybracken becomes a permanent queen. (Simon’s actually my protected cat, as well as Dustpelt, and Bart. I can drop Harrykit, if he’s for the lineages that’s fine) Harrykit becomes an apprentice. To distract himself from what is going on and the visions, BART takes a short walk in the territory, hoping to relieve stress. This only makes things worse, as the purple cat from his vision reappears. But this time the purple cat is real. Bart disappears that night. Simon confirms the tom has been kidnapped by SeedClan. He feels no remorse, but does wonder why Bart is been kidnapped by SeedClan and not LeafClan.
