(We could even have Splash guide them there. When she becomes convinced that Waspstrike has turned over a new leaf, she could guide them there to meet him. Wasp can start training them with Splash's permission, and try to sway them to the Dark Forest when Splash isn't around.)
(I don't think I have any Dark Forest cats from WindClan. Just River, Sky, and Thunder. I had one for Shadow too, but he died and got reincarnated.)

yeah that works. I think Twigpaw would be the one to get drawn in more as he is prone to overtraining for perfection. Springpaw will probably train for a bit and then turn her back on it. )

"I'm nearly a Warrior now." Weaselpaw had awoken again in the Dark Forest, blinking sleep from her eyes as she spoke idly to Fallenlight. Though, it was Meadowbrook's presence that truly surprised her the most. She didn't realize that Meadowbrook had died out there, and she supposed that the Clan would be vindicated knowing it... yet she felt a flicker of disdain at the thought of celebrating death like that. After all, Weaselpaw couldn't deny that Meadowbrook had been a beacon of strength and change for Tunnelers.
Weaselpaw wanted to be stronger, and she had never particularly cared to follow the rigid ways of Starclan. So far, the training here had advanced her far more than just her mentor alone. The darkness here reminded her of the tunnels, and she preferred it that way... though deep down she had her reservations. She had no plans to hurt anyone, and Fallenlight and Meadowbrook had assured that wouldn't have to be a prerequisite.

( Frozen starting out rn!) Puddlepaw felt himself jump awake, the gentle sound of water from the streams in camp now sounding like a sluggish flow near his ears. He awoke to dim light, in fact, it was clearly night time. Had he slept so much in the medicine den that he missed the whole day? He looked around quickly, pulling to his paws as his heart raced with confusion. This... this wasn't the medicine den. He had no idea where this was. Was it a dream? "Hello?" He tried to sound brave, calling out into the hazy area, a black river of slow moving water bubbling near his paws. He was on some sort of river bank. |

They watched, half curious and half expecting, waiting to see if he would say anything. "Welcome," Lotusbloom purred from her place in the river, remaining where she was to see if the apprentice would spot her.

Puddlepaw leaped into a defensive stance, whipping around to stare at the sudden appearance of a cat in the water. He swore he had never met her, and yet… there was something oddly familiar about her. He bristled, calling out. “Who… who are you? Where am I?” |

The gray cat shot out of the water, dark droplets soaking into the sticky grass beneath. She stopped before Puddlepaw and observed him carefully. "It is unlikely that you have heard of me, Puddlepaw, but I have certainly heard of you," she spoke, shaking off some more water off of her pelt. "I am Lotusbloom... Brookheart's mother and your grandmother."

Now that he could see her better, he would be lying if he said she didn’t look like his father. Brookheart had never liked talking about his parents, and Puddlepaw had always wondered why. The apprentice stepped back a bit, but did not show any fear. “Is… is this Starclan?” He asked her. |

You can see us from this place?” He asked curiously, before shaking his head sharply and sighing. “I was deep dive hunting. I caught such a huge fish, the current changed at the last second… and now the Clan probably thinks I’m a liar, or incompetent. I’m sure Nightflame does, I bet she’ll never train me all the way now.” He clawed at the grass, looking crestfallen. “I’m confined to camp for a moon. The other apprentices will pass me, I’ll be a laughing stock… not special, like Nightflame or Earthstar or my father.” He muttered. He wasn’t sure why, but he felt that Lotusbloom was telling the truth. She even sounded and scented comforting, like he had known her his whole life. |

And Nightflame’s probably sooooo glad that she gets a whole moon free from dealing with me.” There was a hint of sadness in his voice at the thought, deep down he had always feared that Nightflame didn’t think he was good enough, that she would have wanted anyone but him as an apprentice. He looked at Lotusbloom and mewed. “I don’t know what to do. I’m in trouble no matter what I do…” He felt a flicker of warmth though as Lotusbloom noticed his catch. If she could see them from here, then she had actually seen the fish! Even such a minimal amount of praise made his eyes lift with gratitude. |

Lotusbloom allowed Puddlepaw to vent. This really was the perfect time and place for him, wasn't it? It was almost too easy. Despite that, the she-cat held a small amount of respect for his mentor as she was quite the tough she-cat. "I would be surprised if Nightflame gave up on an apprentice," she sniffed. "But regardless, I don't think you're in quite as much trouble as you think. I happen to know some RiverClan skills that you may not know yet."

They should be grateful, she sniffed to herself, also satisfied that this was another way to get back at Icepath and Brookheart. "I will perform this move in the stream, but you must stay outside the water for now. It would be inconvenient if you had another swimming incident in this place."

Puddlepaw bristled a bit at that, angered at first at the reminder, before a shameful look crossed his face and he sighed. “Fine… okay. I’m not a bad swimmer, you know. I swim better than some Warriors!” He puffed, though he stood on his paws to watch intently for Lotusbloom’s supposedly advanced moves. |

Lotusbloom prefaced and vanished back underwater for a moment. She reappeared on her rear legs, bringing her full weight back down to create a massive splash.

Puddlepaw was startled by the speed in which such a bulky cat like her was able to break the water. She made the move look effortless, the water splashing with more force than he had ever seen from another Warrior. The apprentice watched with wide eyes, feeling awed by the raw power he saw.
“Woah! How did you get so far out of the water? It looks deep!”

"You may come back whenever you sleep as long as you focus on what drives you. What angers you. What you desire to learn here." Lotusbloom's eyes flashed in warning. "But you must never tell anyone of this. If you do, you will lose your chance to train here."
