Minsy's mouth watered at the sight, but thought a second before taking Melia's offer for a drink. This was as special occasion after all, so what would a little drink or 12 hurt? She shrugged. "Yes, don't mind if I do." Minsy smiled warmly, her stomach growling again at the prospect at what was about to enter it Melia chuckled and gestured to all that was now on the table before them. "Well then, please, help yourself," she announced. She lifted her glass and took a small sip before swirling the wine around a bit and placing it on the table once more. Earwen turned down the alcohol and at first had her glass filled with water. However, she couldn't resist her wood elf blood and once she had started eating she asked for a second glass to be filled with wine. "Everything is so delicious!" she praised. Minsy found herself tempted to request a couple of bottles for herself, knowing she could easily polish it off, even though she probably shouldn't. "I'll tell you what, this is the best reunion we've ever had." Minsy joked, while gnawing on a biscuit. |

Yeah, it was a long time ago, I don’t even remember any of my characters names from then
I remember one of my characters was supposed to of been part of the main group, so we can just pretend it’s Ragnar XD I think I based him off of that character anyway, once he gets accepted that is. Maybe we could say that he was part of the quest, and on it he way he got captured by some dark wizard and the wizard put a spell on Ragnar, causing Ragnar to loose his memory of the quest?)

Yup I'm back! I should be more regular once more after this week, I just started an internship and still getting used to my new schedule xD]] Fireclaw: You are officially added! "Sorry for the interruption, but we just received word that fell beasts were spotted just beyond the eastern border," one of them reported, the words just spilling out. Minsy blinked in alarm, sitting up forward so fast she nearly poured the contents of her glass all over her leggings. "Fell beasts? The last one was killed was killed during the last Ring problem, they all should be extinct. Are you sure it was a fell beast?" Her face was a blanket of overwhelming concern. After all, who wanted to hear that giant snakes with wings were back patrolling the skies of a now peaceful Middle Earth, causing panic and fear across it. Well Minsy you said you wanted adventure to come back...gotta be careful what you wish for. She mused silently.

Ragnar whistled slightly to himself as he walked along the streets of Minas Tirth, his home. The last several years have been quiet and peaceful, but the man always wanted to be on an adventure, always wanting something to do. Ragnar’s stomach growled and he looked around, seeing if there was any place to eat nearby. He narrowed his eyes as he saw the tavern, the tavern where he met the others who went on the quest to destroy the silver ring. Though the man didn’t remember much after that, he did remember some. “Might as well go in, for old times sake.” He said to himself and opened the door, walking in. Ragnar looked around, eyes instantly setting on Minsy, Earwen, and, of course, Melia. ’When it comes to Melia, nothing is a coincidence.’ He thought to himself, and slowly started to make his way over to them. “Hey gu-“ he started to speak, before getting pushed into the wall by a few guards. Blinking a few times, Ragnar turned to look at the men, ready to confront them, before stopping, listening to their conversation. Once he heard the news of the Fell Beasts, he strode forward, pushing his way into the group. “You’re sure? Do you have any idea how many?” He asked, before glancing at the trio of ladies. “Long time, no see.” He saw Fell Beasts before, throughout his 1209 years of life. He’s even killed a few before, with his bow.

Ahh sorry it's late again, I got sick as soon as I said I'd be on more often xD]]
But anyway, I've got an easterling who can 'control' dragons and such. He's got a grudge against Gondor and western Middle Earth in general. So, as you can see, we've got Melia, Minsy, Earwen, and Teonvan in Minas Tirith about to go pursue some serpents. Then I have Nerade and Daerion in the north, tho I might bring them back soon...
Since my dragon boy Acharnor has blood ties to ancient big bad Melkor, I thought it'd be cool if the 'good' charries in the rp could have a connection to the Valar (I have a better description on the front page) so feel free to choose one if you'd like~]]

Earwen glanced at Ragnar, a flicker of surprise passing through her at seeing yet another familiar face, before returning her attention to the guards. She couldn't help but question them along with the others, as to her they looked rather young and inexperienced.
The knights flicked their gazes between the four faces staring at them in horror. Well, three, Melia had more of a thoughtful frown on her face. Eventually one of them nodded and took a step forward. "Yes, we believe so - "
The doors behind them opened once more as Teonvan entered the hall. His eyes swept the room before he quietly dismissed the knights. "They're fell beasts, I saw them myself," he answered. "They were gliding just beyond the northeastern border, a pair. Spiked back, long necks and everything."

"Teonvan!" Minsy exclaimed with a sudden twist of joy at his arrival, before what he said sunk in and her thoughts turned dark again. The fell beasts were not a foe she wanted to come back any time soon, especially if they had ferocious riders who wanted to run the fields of Middle Earth red with blood. "Well if you can confirm what you saw, it was no simple mirage of the sky. There is a new foe amok in here. Shall we go investigate?" Her eyes glanced over her companions, her legs itching to run out there and find the truth for herself

Ragnar looked up, seeing yet another old friend. “Greetings.” He said, before his face turned sour as the news worsened. Ragnar shook his head slightly. ’Bad news, bad news indeed.’ He thought to himself. “Do we have any other choice?” He inquired, looking around at the others that were gathered around. “We can not let the beast’s stay, we can not let them make a permanent return.” Ragnar states, before adding “We investigate, see if we can figure anything out, but when that is done, we kill them. We can not allow them to get any closer.” He said as he turned his attention to Teonvan. “Exactly how far away were they?” He asked, trying to formulate a plan.

Melia let out a heavy sigh and her frown eased up a bit. "Well, at least we have a confirmed report, though good news it may not be," she murmured. "This isn't quite the welcome I had hoped for you all, to make our guests deal with Gondor's problems," she added with a bitter chuckle.
Teonvan forced a smile but it faded quickly. "It may be Gondor's problem now, but it could become Middle Earth's problem if nothing is done," he chimed in. He glanced to Ragnar and nodded in agreement. "Yes, I agree we should head out and investigate. I want them taken out if possible. They were just east of North Ithilien, soaring over Dagorlad."

Ragnar nodded his head slightly as he thought. “Then we must prepare for the journey. We will need to travel under the cover of the night, if we wish to remain unseen from unwanted eyes.” He suggested to the group. ’Why are they back? How is this possible?’ He thought to himself, worried for the safety of his friends, worried for the safety of everyone, really. The Fell Beasts were not immortal, they weren’t even extremely hard to kill, all you need is a well placed shot with your bow. However, they are deadly creatures, powerful beasts, and if they have returned, then others may return with them. “You’re right, this isn’t exactly the reunion any of us had in mind, but this will do, I guess. I’ll head back to my house and grab anything that we may need for the journe y, then we meet back here.” He said, before adding “Well, that’s my plan, anyways. Anyone have a better one?” He inquired, always accepting of a better plan that may work better than his own.

"Fell beasts roam at all hours," Minsy sighed. "I'm worried night will hinder us more than it will hinder them. But it will shield us from the riders eyes or any spies that may roam. Dark forces are once again afoot in Middle Earth...a sick part of me is almost excited to have another adventure. Just like the old days, am I right?" Minsy chuckled anxiously.

(Out of curiosity, I know they're supposed to be inherently evil and strive for destruction but would you allow for an orc character who strives to do good, but still struggles against his orcish nature and would likely still take cause with Easterlings as that's where he's from?)
