Hmm, I'd honestly appreciate it if we had just one more change from the "descendant of the protagonist" trend that Warriors has going on. Like maybe an arc set in RiverClan for once

I'm just dying for a RiverClan POV at all in the next series  They're so forgotten for the most part, which sucks, because they're my favorite Clan, but this arc has given us little to no connection to them, so the chances of them having a POV might be slim... RiverClan's my favorite, too. Hopefully the Erins might want to write about one of Bluestar's descendants? Reedfeather's still alive, right? |

I'm just dying for a RiverClan POV at all in the next series They're so forgotten for the most part, which sucks, because they're my favorite Clan, but this arc has given us little to no connection to them, so the chances of them having a POV might be slim... I will legitimately always laugh when people confuse Reedwhisker and Reedfeather ;p RiverClan is so forgotten that their deputy, who's been deputy since the third book in OOTS and is also the son of the leader, is mistaken often. This has happened quite a few times on this board now. It's like that hand meme. I love all my deputies: Squirrelflight, Cloverfoot, Crowfeather, and... *looks at smudged handwriting* Reedweaker? I still want to know who Cloverfoot's apprentice was. Yeah, that's... really strange... :/ Incidentally, I suspect that the mentors of the ShadowClan cats were changed in the Norwegian allegiances. Strikestone as Blazepaw's mentor is definitely true, but the Allegiances list Sparrowtail as Cinnamonpaw's mentor and Stonewing as Antpaw's mentor, while within the book itself there is a line that strongly suggests Stonewing is Cinnamonpaw's mentor. Well, Sneezecloud is mentoring Harepaw in it, while over here it's Beetlewhisker. Even if that is a huge mistake and I still don't take it as canon. So it's possible. |

It's obvious Shadowkit is gonna have a PoV lol, considering the powers he has. Whether it'll be a constant PoV or not, it's gonna happen at least once in the series. Maybe he'll appear once, like Flametail having his own book. Either way, I'm certain he's gonna have one, whether people are gonna like it or not, 'cause you know how the editors are, shoving things against our faces whether we want it or not. But I personally don't mind it, 'cause I like Dovewing, and her kits. Ivypool on the other hand, can just go, 'cause she had her story. I wouldn't mind her kits though.

I think TBC will start off with just Shadowkit since he appears to be apprentice age by the end of TRS. Then they'll add in Thriftkit later on and maybe one of Violetshine's kits.

*leans into a mic* Listen....listen. No one wants to read about Dovewing's kits, cause the Erins will take the opprotunity to shove DoveTiger down our throats again. And I don't' think it's worth the risk. Imo I don't like Shadowkit or Lightkit for the generic Deviantart OC names, and they're "oh so special" especially the first who's lining up to be a Gary Stu. The only one I remotely am okay with tolerating is the only normal one, Pouncekit. We don't need another ShadowClan POV, we've had enough for one sereis, and honestly, they're all in a horrible sour light. Dovewing is still an irresponsible fool with no real loyalty, and Tigerstar II is starting to live up to his horrid name. No one wants DoveTiger kit POV's, or at least I sure as heck don't. I'd rather read about FinTwig kits, and I HATE that pairing lol. Dovewing's story ended way back in TLH, and bringing her back into the plot only ruined her character. Enough is enough Erins.

I hate DovexTiger but Shadowkit was cute. I just hope the Erins/ Editors don't make him too perfect in TBC if he does become a protagonist . Also we know the erins love having medicine cats povs so either he is going to fill that role or one of VioletxTree kits becomes a medicine cat but I doubt they are doing the latter since they have been making such a big deal of Shadowkit becoming one( it could still happen thought).

I can see Shadowkit being a protagonist. I doubt he'll be perfect. Nome of the protagonists are, and I don't see why they'd start now, even with the editors pretty much controlling the series. The same goes for Lightkit. But if one of Dovewing's kits were to get a PoV, I think I'd prefer it if it were Pouncekit.

And then we got Needle, Twig, and Violet instead, and Needle got axed half way through, but her pov became irrelevant the moment Violet was old enough. Sorry, but another generic oh so special medicine cat tom isn't really that entertaining to read about, especially if he's in ShadowClan of all places. |

I don't see why it's so unreasonable to be unhappy that the children of a disliked ship are going to be important. It's entirely possible to have both "Jayfeather and Hollyleaf are great characters" and "LeafCrow should never have had kits together" as opinions at the same time. Obviously don't judge the kits for who the parents are, but still, it's natural to not like it when a ship you dislike has kits.
