Cloudpool had just recently gotten herself out of slumber, her limbs feeling as sore as ever as she stumbled her way out of the warriors den. She had a slight limp from pulling a muscle in her shoulder the other night, when Marshclaw had sent her and a few others on a late night patrol. She couldn't remember exactly what she had tripped on- probably a tree root that jutted out of the ground, but she knew she couldn't just spend the whole day in the warriors den. While Puddleheart told her to rest, she needed to get out and stretch. With her luck, she spotted both Frozenstep and Smokepaw sitting about. She carefully made her way over and dipped her head to the two. "Good morning Frozenstep, Smokepaw. Would either one of you like to go out on a walk to the beach with me? I really want to stretch my muscles but I don't want to head out alone." Cloudpool mewed softly, twitching her tail. Frozensteps' quiet demeanor didn't exactly frighten her, but she was curious and kept her distance. Actually, she kept her distance from most cats, unless she really needed to be around them. |

Frozenstep looked up at Cloudpool as she approached, his jagged ear flicking in greeting. While it wasn't common for him to speak much, he did smile when she asked for one of them to join her. He supposed he might as well go, if he was going to try to make more friends in the Clan. He stood quietly before responding with, "I would be willing to go, Cloudpool. I need to stretch my legs anyways." His tail tip twitched as Smokepaw purred in amusement, but he ignored her in favor of watching Cloudpool. Emerald eyes focused on the she-cat's face as Frozenstep waited for her response, his larges paws shuffling on the ground. |

Cloudpool purred and nodded thankfully before gesturing for the tom to follow. She looked at the tom for a moment before slipping out into the open of their territory. "It's nice of you to join me. I know we don't talk much, as it seems that neither of us really talk to anyone, me besides my littermates, and you besides Smokepaw, I assume." She started before turning to look forward once again. Twitching her tail, she swished up s few leaves with her tail and added. "Maybe we could change that and talk to each other more. I'm sure I'm not that bad of a cat. Annoying? Probably. Terrible? I don't think so." She chuckled softly and looked questioningly at Frozenstep. "What do you say?" The molly asked, a little more friendly and seriously.

Well- Sharkpaw is currently asking for Mistyfur,
And I think I had Rowanstorm looking foooorrr Noblelight for a hunting patrol, but he was also looking for Thistleshine c':
That's all i know as of now.
I also have Driftshade, Marshclaw and Saltpaw open.
We could easily do a Puddle and Marsh interaction, or Marshclaw and Breezepaw training sess.

Frozenstep purred in amusement. They'd been walking only for a few moments, and already Cloudpool seemed to be rambling. He listened to her speak, until she was finished, and thought for a moment before he responded. "I believe that would be nice. You're right, I do talk to Smokepaw more so than anyone else. And I don't find you annoying, Cloudpool. Just because I'm quiet doesn't mean I find anyone who talks to be a bother," he meowed jokingly, tail tip twitching. He turned his head towards the molly, smiling softly. Frozenstep supposed that, if he could make one friend each day, he could befriend the rest of the Clan in no time. Although, not everyone seemed to be fond of his quiet demeanor. He'd heard comments before, calling him heartless and a bore. He tried not to let it bother him, but sometimes it put a damper on his day. Especially when he wanted to spend time with others, but they all preferred other cats. |

(I’m up for whatever, I should warn y’all know that I do sometimes get overwhelmed if I have too much to reply to, and since I’m already in a lot of other roleplays, I’ll probably stick to the rule I have for myself where I can only have one roleplay going on with someone at a time, so like, one with whoever, one with another whoever, etc. but for now I could work on a reply for Mistyfur or something, and possibly someone else?)

There was something about the rain that Mistyfur had always enjoyed, maybe it was because she had always felt as if she was some sort of water cat and the rain brought out her natural habitat or maybe she just liked how the water droplets felt on her coat. The rain had a tendency to make her coat poof out like some sort of tiny gray and white cloud of energetic fury, but not even that seemed to dent the warrior’s spirit during the rain.
Which might be why Mistyfur was not among her fellow sleeping warriors in their den, instead the tiny cat had sprung out of camp first thing in the morning and started off to do some hunting. There weren’t a whole lot of animals that enjoyed the rain as much as she did, but she could still find a few voles if she looked and so that was what she had done. It had taken awhile to actually track down some prey, but once she had it had been easy to catch them. The rain helped disguise her scent and the patter of raindrops hitting the ground covered the sound of Mistyfur’s own paw steps, it was just another reason to thank the rain for everything it brought and enjoy her time out in it.
So, after catching herself a cold or two, Mistyfur seemed to have decided that she had been out by herself long enough and began her trip back to OceanClan’s campsite. It didn’t take her long to get there, as she hadn’t gone out too far into their territory, and as soon as she made it, Mistyfur made her entrance with two voles hanging by their tails from her mouth and her fur puffed out making her appear twice as big as she usually was - which wasn’t very big to begin with. -
Letting out a happy purr, Mistyfur trotted over to join her apprentice in front of the warriors den, dropping the voles at his feet. ”Morning Sharkpaw! I was waiting for you to wake up, I’ve got a big day planned ahead of us, it’s raining which means it’s one of the few times we can really get out there and train in a different environment,” Mistyfur explained, jumping down into an excited crouch as she looked up at her apprentice. Sure, most cats would rather not go out in the rain, but this was Mistyfur, and rain meant she was in one of her very few good moods. There would be no getting out of training today, not if she could help it.

h a w k s o n g [ dawn | camp ]  Sharkpaw shrugged and tossed his head to the side, noting that Firepaw was right. "It's a gamble either way." he answered back at the ginger tabby tom. He listened to the rest of what his denmate had to say and again, he was right. "I don't mind Rosepaw and Breezepaw joining in." the gray tabby meowed. "As long as it isn't Blazepaw." His eyes narrowed in annoyance at the shenanigans that the other ginger tom did.
Shaking off the droplets of water and his aggravation, the tom only gave a mrrow of farewell and limped on to the warriors den. He peered inside, softly calling out for Hawksong. "Please be awake. Please be awake." the tabby silently pleaded in his head. When he saw a flicker of moment, his heart began to pound.
"Mmm.." a mumble came from the brown she-cat's lips as her blue eyes fluttered open. "Sharkpaw?" she called back quietly before propping herself up. She blinked the sleep from her eyes and stared at the tabby tom. "Is something wrong with Firepaw?" she asked smoothly before getting up completely. She waddled around her sleeping Clanmates while stretching her legs. She quickly padded to the main walkway of the den. Noticing the rain, her face dimmed.
"No, he's fine. He's just worried is all. We both are. You sure, I kind of injured my leg yesterday, it's something very minor, but I'm afraid I won't be able to do my best today. It's also raining and I heard injured cats tend to fall ill quickly. I was wondering if Firepaw and I could repair the apprentices den today." he quickly mumbled out, not sure how to speak to the warrior.
Hawksong bent down and sniffed at the tom's legs. She didn't smell anything odd. The she-cat sighed. Training would be dull today, but it would be good for them to get out and train. Sharkpaw also wasn't her apprentice, but she was aiming to train in pairs. "I'll talk with your mentor, Sharkpaw. If she's fine with it, then Firepaw can join you." she yawned.
Sharkpaw's eyes lit up, but before he could get too excited, she continued on. "Though I do want Marshclaw to know and approve as well. I'll take Firepaw and ask him if Mistyfur gives the okay. Fair enough?" she asked the apprentice, her stern voice surprising him. She disappeared back into the den. Prodding the warrior with her paw, Hawksong softly mewoed to Mistyfur. "Hey, Mistyfur, need to ask you something." [ Does that mean I have to edit this? ^^] |

A trickle of warmth ran through the molly when Ravenflight agreed that they made a good pair. It was the little things like that which made the white female happy, made her have hope that one day they could be more than just friends. She often dreamed about being able to call Ravenflight her mate, able to sit in camp and share tongues with him while a little litter of kits tumbled and played at their paws... It was everything she wanted, everything she dreamed about. But she needed to concentrate on the hunt right now. Now wasn't the time to get caught up in such thoughts.
Luckily she was able to pull herself from such thoughts with ease. The sound of nearby rustling caught her attention, predatory instincts naturally kicking in.
Dogwoodbloom felt her claws unsheathe. The scent of squirrel washed over her just as Ravenflight instructed her on what to do. She nodded. It was better for him to make the killing blow - her white pelt would send any prey running the opposite direction before she could even get close enough to send its soul to StarClan, or wherever prey went when they died.
With the tomcat heading off to his designated area, Dogwoodbloom slid into the undergrowth. It wasn't long until the sight of the squirrel caught her attention. She smirked, lowered her body to the ground, and then shot forward, running the bushy-tailed creature directly toward the tree Ravenflight would be.

 Alderberry was on Sweetkit's heels as she scampered out of the nursery as she kept her soft amber gaze on her kit. She noticed something she hadn't seen before-- Sweetkit was growing by the day and how she hadn't realized it was a myth to the queen. She was growing up which meant that, soon enough, the kits and herself would be leaving the nursery. She could only imagine what returning to her warrior duties would mean for her family. Sure, she would be able to get some well-needed time in exercising and preparing for patrols, but it also meant that her kits would be apprentices. Letting out a sigh of relief, her eyes fell upon Sweetkit yet again.
"Of course you will, Sweetkit! Mind if I tell you a secret?" the dilute calico replied, purring in amusement. She glanced around as if she had a huge secret to tell her daughter. "I think you'll be the best warrior in OceanClan. Even better than Papa and me."
As soon as the dilute tortoiseshell kitten landed in a mound of mud, Alderberry froze before Sweetkit turned around, her face covered in mud. Hearing her young purr in amusement, she couldn't help but return the response. "Don't worry about it, we'll get you cleaned up later," the queen mewed, rushing over to Sweetkit. She quickly lapped at her ears, trying to remove some of the mud. "Besides, I did say you could have fun." |
