No, they don't have a sister, it's just the 2 boys.
Lunch went...ok. She showed me a picture of her cat, who is now morbidly obese. I told her that was extremely unhealthy for the cat and she needs to put her on a feeding schedule and stop letting her graze 24/7, and she was like "but then she cries for food". Trust me, once the cat learns the schedule, it will eat when it's supposed to.
The food was good, though the service was terrible.

The server just acted like she would rather be anywhere else than at work. It was 11:30, you've only been open an hour, you have a LONG way to go, and people are going to be much more demanding than us asking for 1 drink refill and some extra butter.

I hate servers like that. Like don't treat your table bad because you're having an off day or something or you hate your job, not their fault.
Also the cat thing I get, mine is overweight kind of {she's like..13 pounds I think?} and I ignore her when she cries for more food, pretty simple. Our only battle is someone..ahem...crawls into the shower with me if I don't get her more food or she steals dog food.
The dogs are below her, they let her do what she wants :/ Ah yes,the pet higharchy.Where the cat is in charge and the dog brings it food |

I had a cat that used to shower with me. She was a lot of fun.
When I say her cat is overweight, I'm talking it's probably close to 20 pounds. She was leaving the restaurant to go by clippers because it can no longer reach to groom around it's butt and stuff is getting stuck in the fur.

That's sad  My friend has a cat that groom around it's butt but that's because it was abused in it's youth and it can't really use it's back legs, it just drags itself around.
I hope the kitty loses weight!

my cat might be overweight
....and on the converse, the other is like...a twig
and the other is normal
we leave out a food bowl 24/7 and fill it whenever it empties but we kinda have to bc the 3 cats all eat from the same bowl and they aren't on set schedules so they just eat when they want to and we don't know when one cat eats or not - meaning, one cat could eat the whole bowl and another might not get any
they aren't unhappy though, in fact they are all very happy
we also leave dog food out all the time and fill that when it empties. one dog is normal weight and the other is a twig idk
the twig cat also eats the dog food. but she has issues so she throws up pretty much anything she eats
but idk, we don't treat our pets wrong? my cat who is on the bigger side just likes eating and I'm not gonna deny him his food when its something that brings him happiness lol he's adorable and he has no health issues. like if his eating too much was giving him health issues, of course we would make a change but, he's fine. just a big floof.
i mean...he weighs more than both my dogs but lol they are small dogs. one of my dogs is like 6 lbs and the other is 12 lbs or so...he might be on the 20 lb side or more...idk. he doesn't look giant to me
he doesn't have any issues with grooming himself at all or moving or anything - he is completely normal lol

The others do the eating for the twig lol
But one cat stays inside most of the time and so we leave food in a dish for her.The other stays outside most of the time but we still leave food out there for him until we go to bed bc the possums eat it.We give them food twice a day,once we wake up,and around 3-3:30

ya my cats are all indoor cats - after my cat got hit by a car when he was nearly a year old and my sisters cat (aka twig) nearly died from an accident outside that cost us nearly thousands of dollars for surgery. my parents wanted to put her down bc we didn't have the money to pay for it but they couldn't do it so we managed to get the money somehow
it would be cool if we had the schedule for feeding but we all have weird schedules so we wouldnt be able to stick to it

With us having so many, we have to leave food down all the time. There are 3 bowls, and we fill them once a day, and now that there's only 4 as opposed to 6 it usually lasts the full 24 hours. They learned pretty early on if they wanted to eat, they had to do it soon after the food was put down, because before Keiko got sick, she would pretty much empty the bowls of whatever was left after the initial food rush.
Torino is looking a little round lately, and possibly Squirrelflight too, though it's hard to tell with her since she's so fluffy. Probably around the 10 pound range each. Ravenpaw is normal, and Sydney is a twig.
Midnite couldn't groom her back half in the last year or so of her life due to being born with deformed hips, so she would get baths multiple times a week, and I would occasionally get shaved what the vet called her "potty patch". She kinda dragged herself around the winter of 2017/2018 because the arthritis was bad, but I'm proud to say that she made it through this entire past winter not only walking, but being able to jump up on the couch by herself. I mean sure her walk was a little funny, and she dragged this one back claw a bit (my husband said it sounded like a raptor walking around), but even the day she died, she was still able to jump.

I learned that not playing on the road saves cats.Too late after Newspaper died tho.Smokey is probably the smartest cat we have.He's not fixed(AKA broken since fixing a cat technically brakes them)unlike his sister so he probably thinks clearer.And he's coming up on his birthday next month,making him the first male cat we've kept to live that long.(Charlie having being killed by a coyote,Majestic being given away,and Newspaper getting ran over.)
Smokey used to sleep in the box he was born in but now he's starting to sleep under the house.
