- Ryan Summers -- 22 years old -- Musical Education major (roleplayed by Hamilton)
- - Ryan is a quite handsome young man whose features resemble that of a Filipino. He has dark brown eyes, and styled hair that's a deep chestnut color. He wears contacts, but also has a pair of glasses perched on the bridge of his nose at times. He does prefer his glasses, in the end. Ryan isn't exactly what is considered "skinny" no. He has a little bit of chub to him, yet he does tend to go to the gym. He wears you typical male clothing; cargo shorts or jeans, a designer shirt or a simple plain colored t-shirt, as well as Nike sneakers. He was the quarterback of the football team, and drum major of the high school marching band, up until he joined college, whereas he just marches his clarinet. (I might add more to his looks; but this is the gist of it). Ryan is a kind and caring young man with a heart for helping others. With that, he's also very stubborn, and loud mouthed. He speaks his mind without thinking, and he tends to get emotional;, but he hides it as best as he can. Ryan can have anger issues, but he is seeing a therapist about that. Ryan is quite the open book; always open to try new things.
Ryan lowkey looks like Ki Hong Lee, too.

Simons pretty... shy. Well, shy would be the nicest way to describe it. In reality he just lives in his own little bubble of fear, being too scared to even maintain a simple conversation with a stranger. He's always awkward even if he manages to converse with them, stumbling so much over his words that he usually falls silent after the first few minutes of talking. He has a small group of friends that he managed to make (Him having them help him when he talks to strangers), consisting of three other people, them being his roommates from the year before (Two girls and one other boy, he didn't live on the dorms). Simons the type to easily stress out, when even a small detail of a plan doesn't work out he tends to go from hesitantly optimistic to panicked and upset, as he needs everything to work out for it to be fine. Although he is a ball of stress, once you can crack that you quickly learn that he's a sweet and caring guy that could even be funny if he really tried. He is a total book nerd, and wants to start his own photography business (which is, by the way, the only time he can talk to people because he's already basically written out scripts for him when it comes to talking to people, plus most of it is directing and not talking so it's fine)
He's small, standing at about 5"6' and is pretty skinny, too. There is only the slightest bit of muscle on him, but he has such a high metabolism that he really can't keep fat on him if he tried. He has black curly hair and pale blue eyes and has a slight smattering of freckles on his nose. . He's severely allergic to peanuts, shellfish, and latex and has asthma. He's gay.

Has a brain that is seemingly bigger than her actual head. She's closed off, stubborn, and rude on the outside but a big teddy bear on the inside. Probably runs a black market computer repair shop out of her closet or something. Not surprisingly at all, she's single and has actually never dated. Very allergic to peanuts.

Victoria is a tiny girl that is made out of fire. She is overly energetic and definitely one of those activists types once she finds something she believes in. She's huge on Deaf and Hard of Hearing rights, as she's hard of hearing herself and has a comprehension problem to begin with, but there's other things that can get her all riled up too. Luckily she usually ins't rude to the people on the other side, she's just incredibly passionate and will keep on arguing until her side is seen as well. SHe's also the type to be found at walks and protests if she truly believes in the cause, and is kind of the opposite of mellow. She prefers sign language, but can speak. It's hard for her to hear or understand in crowded rooms, and if the person she's with knows sign she'll go with that because she actually can't hear the other person over all the volume.
- She's rather small, standing at about five foot one, with wavy dark brown hair that is currently died black with red tips, and is cut into a pixie cut. She has pale skin that is dotted with freckles and she has wide green eyes. She has a hearing dog, a border collie that is named Scout.

Meadow is easily one of the most stubborn people on the planet. She knows what she likes and what she doesn't and will fight you with all she's got if you try to change her mind. She hates being told what to do, and is known for her rebelliousness. She lives in the moment, and Meadow does what Meadow wants. She is rather cunning and has a wild side that will probably never be tamed. Even though she can come off as obnoxious and argumentative, she's actually a pretty nice person. She is fiercely loyal and is always there to lend a hand to those she is close with.

@ganymede: Plot not sure yet, I figured once I grabbed some people who were interested we could all formulate a plot together, that way everyone can get involved instead of it being some vague kind of thing. I would love help with coding since I have no experience with that whatsoever! I'm trying to learn though since it will come in handy for my future career.

I wouldn't only be interested in college, i just feel like there's alot of highschool and most of us...aren't high school, you know? Like i'm an adult and it feels weird to always rp someone much more immature and younger than me.

I'm not going to be graduating for a while yet, but after this semester I'll be done with my prerequisites for the nursing program that I want to get into and there'll be a waiting period after I apply before I know whether I got in or not I am planning on taking a couple of corequisites next semester to get them out of the way, though. Just two classes. It's going to be pretty nice, though I can't decide whether I want to take the earliest classes possible to have more time for schoolwork before I go to work, or if I want to take my classes slightly later in the day and get the opportunity to sleep in every morning decisions, decisions |

(Sleep in!!! I mostly say that because for the last 3.5 years I've had to take all early classes because I had field hockey practice in the afternoon, so I am jumping at the chance to sleep in for my last semester of college since my last field hockey season ended this fall. )

(I should probably clarify a few things now that I've read the rules more closely. Now, these may not be the moderators of the old WCF, but it seems like things are still fairly strict, despite all of us roleplayers aging throughout time, but there may still be some younger kids on here. I know I'm old as dirt (college senior), so I enjoy things to be a little bit more mature, so to speak.
No excessive swearing, so pretty much don't go around dropping f-bombs.
If you want to roleplay any intimate scenes more that making out, move into your PMs for privacy and make sure that both of you are at least 18 years of age if you do so.
Those are pretty much the only rules I want to abide by as well as any other forum rules, just so we don't get anything deleted

But i'm totes down for a college rp over a high school one.
i feel like the college one would have a lot more potential, since the characters would be more like adults instead of teens trying to figure themselves out. |

flint I'm also in college (sophomore, neurosci), and consider myself "lit" by whatever arbitrary standards we're defining that by
I enjoy college-age because it gives you more freedom with what you can do. A lot of college role-plays on the forums tend to fall into onto genre though, specifically rich-kids-at-private-school-go-to-parties. Which I find obnoxious because A. there's never any over-arching plot besides "stereotypical character 1 wants to get into stereotypical character 2's pants but SC1 likes SC3" and it's just. Boring. and B. i'm living a typical college experience right now I don't want to rp my character's going to parties when like, that's already my life. feel me? so I'd be down to actually formulate an interesting plot
edit: I'm like, not really on board for the "in a band" thing. Just because again, that limits what you can do and not everyone knows a ton about band. If anything brings the characters together perhaps it could be an incidence of plot. Like, idk, they all have this class together and the professor of the class is trying to coerce them to commit murder. which is an outlandish idea but something more along those lines

(I feel there can be some connections through some people, but in reality you meet people everywhere, you know? You meet some people in class or at a party/the bars, maybe you meet at an activity club or blah blah. So maybe some people are roommates, classmates, same activities, or maybe they just run into each other somewhere.)
