Butterflypaw sniffed at the rain falling on her nose before she quickly got up and entered the apprentice den. She no longer wished to see the mourning. She didn't want to be a part of it anymore. The last cat to know anything truly about where she came from and would talk to her about it, was gone. The proud tales of her lineage of a cat who had actually SEEN Leopardstar, wiped out before her very eyes before she could learn more about her ancestor. Flicking her ears, she noticed Daisypaw curled up, alone, in the back of the apprentice den. With a lopsided smile, she padded over to him, before flopping down next to her best friend and foster brother. She lay her head on her wet paws and sighed, flicking her left ear a bit before sliding her eyes towards Daisypaw. "It's... so sad out there. I didn't want to be part of it anymore. They're gone and we need to hurry and find our next leader. We will all starve if we keep wandering about like lost kits." Her tail flicked in what could be taken as annoyance, when in all reality, it was deep set fear that things would change and more cats would suddenly be gone if they didn't do something soon. butterfly to daisy |

After a long while of finding comfort in her sister's presence, Cherryshine pulled away. She gave one last lick to Maplelight's pelt before stepping off to the side. She could tell that her sister wanted to tend to some things by herself, so the kinder of the two had decided to make the parting easier on the both of them. Having found some comfort in Maplelight, Cherryshine was feeling momentarily better. ... Until she remembered the stiff forms of the deceased as she helped lower them into the ground. The fur along her spine began to spike up, eyes going round as she pictured the torn tabby pelt of Birchfur as Harestreak lay him to rest in the cold ground. Cherryshine shook her head. Don't think about that, she scolded herself, allowing herself one last thought about it all - how did elders manage to stay so calm in burying their Clanmates?
Pushing those thoughts aside to the best of her ability, Cherryshine was able to look through the throng of grieving cats to find Bumblebreeze. It took her only a couple of seconds to be standing beside her new mate, head lowering to press her nose against his cheek. For the moment she remained silent. All she wanted was to find some solace in the tom's presence. What could she even say right now? 'How are you?'. Of course not! That would be the worst thing to ask right now. No cat was feeling fine, and any cat that said that would be caught in a lie. For right now there really wasn't much to say, but at least Cherryshine had Bumblebreeze, and to her, that was enough right now. cherry to bumble |

Sheer panic flooded through Ashberry's body as his legs began to tremble with dread. This was it.. this was the end for everything and everyone. He knew he wouldn't be able to handle such a catastrophe. Just imagining what happened within the final moments of Yarrowstar and Birchfur was enough to frighten the tom. He couldn't keep himself on his paws anymore for the dismay was beginning to eat him alive.
His amber eyes went blank momentarily before he did his best to gain some composure or what he had left of it, anyways. Taking a step forward, the dark grey feline almost crashed into Swiftplover, who didn't seem all that bothered by the situation. A small grunt left his maw as he pushed his way past the she-cat that gave him an odd look. Her opinion didn't matter to him at the moment or so that's what he thought.
It took Ashberry a minute to realize he needed to find Fernwish immediately or he wasn't going to live through the ordeal much longer. Exhaling heavily, he nudged himself ahead, his paws growing heavy with each step.

Daisypaw looked up as Butterflypaw entered and made her way to him, in return, he let out a small, somewhat unsure purr of greeting, not quite certain he should be purring in the first place, and once she had spoken, it ended rather fast as Daisypaw instantly looked back to the ground. “...It is sad out there...I hardly feel I even have a right to be out there with them,” he confessed, pawing at the ground anxiously. “...That’s kind of why I’m here instead.”
A few moments later, he looked back up at Butterflypaw, glancing past her for a second as his eyes narrowed at the exit of the den. A sigh escaped him. “Someone will step up, and then, Duskwater and Buckpaw will hear something from StarClan, we won’t be without a leader long,” he paused for a moment, as if hesitating on his own words. No one could be certain of that, could they? That they would soon have a new leader and deputy? Nothing was certain, and his anxiety was happy to supply many other options, each one worse than the last.
He cast an unsure look at Butterflypaw, trying his best to control the pawing he was doing. It was a nervous tick, hardly something he could control, yet still something he was very much self conscious of. “You do think we’ll get a sign soon, right? StarClan wouldn’t leave us without a leader...would they?” Daisypaw questioned, voice soft and unsure, holding a twinge of uneasiness beneath it all that he was barely containing as it is.

so i did end up going to my boyfriends house
but we ended up getting into a playfight (so like meaning we threw physical punches at each other)
and it ended with him squeezing the living crap out of my hand
and well- it still really hurts. he didn't mean to do it, of course. but gOD that boy has strength from god i swear.
